    I would like to said thanks to Grambo and the guys at Purus for the opportunity to log this stack.

    I'm going to start this on Monday.

    Little info on these two Supplements:

    Alright, a little about me now:

    Age: 30
    Height: 5'10
    Weight: 2XX (Will update tonight thought scale a little off.)
    BF%: xx

    Cardio Schedule/Protocol : 45 to 1 hour after every workout and at least 7 mins of warm up. Always between Treadmill, Rowing, Stairmachine.

    Diet:
    Breakfast: 5 egg whites and 1 whole egg, Ek. Toast
    Snack: handfull of Almonds or walnuts.
    Lunch: 1 Breast of Chk, Vegs or Fish and vegs. and a small saled with both
    Snack: about 1.5 hours before gym 1 breast of Chk and Vegs, 1 Protien Shk.
    Dinner: Changes a lot from Chk to Fish to Lean Red meats.

    Goal: My goal is to recomp, I'll be trying to lean out and shed body fat without sacrificing any strength.

    I'll be updating this with pictures tomorrow or Sunday to gauge results from beginning, middle and end. Hoping to see a very noticeable difference!

    Other supps:
    Creatine, Jacked 3d, Fish Oils, Fiber, Protien, and Animal Pak Vit.

    Review of Fat Smack and Slin Shot.

    I'm really going to put a stamp of approval on Fat Smack and Slin Shot stack.

    As long as I didn't really drop my carbs when I was dropping weight, I felt great when on this stack. No headaches or problems with digestion.

    If anyone is wavoring on takeing this stack Do it. It really helped me, even when I couldn't get to the gym it keeped me up and going with the weight loss.

    FS: 2 Caps - though out the day
    SS: 4 Caps - 2 with meal before workout and 2 with meal after workout

    First day on Fatsmack and Slinshot.
    Must say I did not have any headaches after taking Fatsmack which is big on my list of what makes a good Fat Burner.
    My leg day workout really didn't suffer any because of being tired or worn out.
    I had 2 scoops of Jacked 3D before my workout and with the fatsmack working I had a good line of energy for my whole workout.

    Looking forward to the rest of the month with Fatsmack and Slinshot.

    This first week is a little different, because of me working out everyday on the weekend. So I took Tuesday off. Nothing really to say because of no workout.

    I took 2 FS caps in the morning with my breakfast and I' not sure what happened but I could not take the headache and I had a hard time downing my 10:00am protein shake. But after my lunch I had no problems anymore.

    The Slinshot I'm not really feeling maybe I am but I don't know.

    Workout was beyond good just felt like I could keep going. Did light wieght and more cardio today because I'm trying to drop the fats. Tomorrow going for workout closer to my normal week for a Thursday.

    As far as the SLINshot. I really wasn't feeling much until the other day. I took 2 on an empty stomach and I felt it hit me in about 20min. I then carbed up and it helped at the gym.

    Thanks man. I always take in some carbs about 15 mins after taking my SlinShot. I don't know if that is why I'm not feeling it?

    I'm feeling alittle lighter or maybe its in my head. But I can also see my vines poping on my arms during my workout today. Going to have to weigh in on Tuesday.

    I think I can now control my problems with Fatburners I take in Carbs in the morning with my 2 FB pills and no problems.

    Had a good leg workout to day. I'm not really feeling sore from the workout the next day either so all the better. Seeing a difference in my arm and upper chest looks but the middle section is not really looking different? I will have to measure and see if it is going down in size.

    Today of a offday. I had a overly Carb induced day. I really didn't want it to be but my place I normaly goto lunch was closed and I couldn't get want I wanted so I got a sandwich, and I just felt like it was not one of my better days, also being that I didn't workout today.

    I feel like I have a good feeling with Fatsmack and Slinshot together. Good chest workout didn't really feel tired or wornout. I know my Preworkout is helping with it but I feel like the Fatsmack is helping me keep going.

    I'm at the Arnold Classic in Columbus, Ohio over this weekend. Not sure how my workouts are going to be.

    I went last year; crazy bizzy, at the expo. I stuck around long enough to grapple and only got a few samples because you could only move like 2-3 feet every 5 minutes. Olympia expo is so much better, not as many peeps. I also had a 10 hour drive back to MO

    It really is getting a lot worse. I'm normaly a pretty cool and calm guy and my friend that was with me said I looked like I was pissed the whole time I was at the Expo. You just have too many people in one place. And everyone is grabing for thereselfs. Then you have so jackwagons that just stop and stand in the middle of the lanes and do basicly nothing. Oh well I had fun and had a good time in Ohio.

    Not bad day have been trying to get more fat off my frame with HITT but not sure if its helping, I'm sure it is. I feel almost sick after my workouts. And sweating like a hog. (Got an extra bottle of SlinShot for the finish)

    Have acouple days left of the FatSmack, I'm really likeing the no headaches that I have with this supplement. My hardcore eating has been going down somewhat because of my working long hours and different companys taking me out to eat so we can talk about work. I really believe FS is helping keep a lot off when I fall of the clean eating train.

    Workout with Arms and a little HITT. Fell great not sure on the weight will weigh in tomorrow.

    Wieght is 219 not sure if the scale was off.

    Workout was a little slower today because the gym was completey full. Just don't fell like I got a good workout.

    Have 2 more days left with Fat Smack will be doing my final review soon.

    Review of Fat Smack and Slin Shot.

    I'm really going to put a stamp of approval on Fat Smack and Slin Shot stack.

    As long as I didn't really drop my carbs when I was dropping weight, I felt great when on this stack. No headaches or problems with digestion.

    If anyone is wavoring on takeing this stack Do it. It really helped me, even when I couldn't get to the gym it keeped me up and going with the weight loss.

    Thanks again for a great supplement, and thanks to Grambo and to Purus again.

    I still have a some way to go. But I'm finily getting my workout partner back this week so Its going to help me keep going.
