    I first want to say thanks to iForce for giving me the opportunity to log this. It's been getting some great reviews, and I'm looking foward to running this product


    Quick overview of what Tropinol offers

    Current Diet:
    5:30 AM - Whey shake
    7:30 AM - 1/2 cup oatmeal, 15 almonds, whey shake
    9:00 AM - 7 oz chicken, 1 cup of baby spinach
    11:00 AM - Met-Rx Protein plus bar
    12:30 PM - 7 oz chicken, 1 cup of baby spinach
    2:00 PM - 7 oz chicken, 1 cup of baby spinach
    3:00 PM - Met-Rx Protein plus bar
    3:30 PM - Pre WO Shake(7g Arginine, waxy maize, 200 mg caffeine, glutamine)
    5:30 PM - Post WO Shake w/waxy maize and gluatmine
    7:30 PM - 8 egg whites
    9:30 PM - Casein shake and tablespoon of natty peanut butter

    This is about 300g protein, 50g fat, and 150 carbs. I typicall cycle between 90 and 150 carbs throughout the week.

    Can you try the first 3 weeks at 2/day and then try upping it to 3/day? I think we might get to see just how well your body reacts to both doses! If 3/day ends up being too high, just lower it on down and you're all set.

    Can do. how would u define "being too high"? What kind of effects would i be looking for?

    Took the tropinol at 5:30AM and 2:30PM. Can't say i noticed much of anything, aside from the placebo effect of taking something thats going to raise my test levels, aha.

    Again took the Pills at 5:30 AM and 2:30PM 30 minutes before my lift. Today was legs day

    BB Squats - Warm up, 135 X15, 185 X 10 , 225 X6
    Leg Extensions (single leg) Warm up, 60 X15, 90 X12, 120 X8, 135 X6
    Seated Leg Curls - Warm up, 120 X15, 150 X10, 180 X8

    Still no real note worthy effects. Lifts have been pretty typical. From what I've been reading it takes around a week to start noticing some changes.

    im new here but i have two suggestions..

    1. glutamine (specifically glutamic acid) kills or neutralizes nitric oxide gas. i would delete it from your pre workout shake to get better NO production. bcaa's would be a better choice pre workout.

    2. your carbs seem low if you want to get/see significant growth.

    just my $.02 worth and i hope i didnt offend. good luck

    Didnt realize that about glutamine, will def give that a shot. I've only been on this diet for 3 months, but it seems to work well. By taking the most pre workout for sustained energy and immediately after to restore glycogen, i've been able to realize some gains. I know most will say its IMPOSSIBLE to cut and grow at the same time, but its def happenin here, lol

    "Citrulline is a potential substitute to restore NO production when arginine availability is limited. Glutamine appears to be an important modulator that interferes with citrulline-mediated NO production. " So glutamine only messes with NO converted from citruline

    Day 11
    Back Day, finally tried the free sample of maximize V2. Gotta say, by the end of the workout, my back and arms were super swollen. I got some assault coming in, but i might just have to order some maximize as well.

    Day 12
    Bi/Tri's today. No PRs or anything, just another nice pump from the second sample of maximize i had

    Day 13
    Delts/Trap today. Hit 235 on smith military press for 5. Uncharted territory for me, so i'd call that a PR.

    End of my lift/cardio, im weighing in at 174.2, 3 lbs up from the start of Tropinol. Last night was my cheat meal, which consisted of dominos thin crust and chocolate covered gummie bears, lol. So we'll see whether or not the extra weight is muscle or garbage, haha.

    Sounds like most people are seeing results around end week2/start of week 3, so hopefully i'll be experiencing some nice lifts over the next 15 days.

    Legs day, nothing great to record. Either the tropinol is making me really hot, or the gym decided the raise the thermostat to about 80 yestarday, cuz i was dying. And back to 171 lbs, damn gummi bears, lol.

    Rest day today. Feelin good. Got a nice 7 hours of sleep with some ZMA pre bed. Might go in for a litttle cardio/abs/forearms

    Sounds like you tried the Fruit Punch flavor. That one is my favorite of the two. I love how well it mixes as well and that it doesn't foam up like a lot of others do. I hate drinking foam.

    Hey, you got the workout in, that's what counts. My gym keeps the thermostat down do it's always chilly. I have to wear a warm-up till I do a few sets and get comfortable enough to take it off. BTW, I make my own protein gummy bears now. It helps me to have something to snack on that tastes good without the sugars.

    Noticing im getting much hungrier than usual, making it hard to keep my diet in order. W/e, an extra protein bar/chicken breast will be fine. Also, definitely buggin the wifey for sex more, lol, and noticing a decent amount of pimples on my chest. Strength gains are there, but nothing crazy. Hit 275 on decline BB for 4 today, PR for me. Still at 171 lbs

    Everything going well, killed back yestarday. Im feeling a fair amount harder, and noticing some width in my shoulders. Had some dude start talking to me about my routine and ask me what i weighed, and guessed 195. No homo, almost kissed the man, haha. About 1/2 through the cycle, def looking foward to the next half

    hahaha, totally forgot about that. I use unflavored protein and mix it in gelatine and heat on low and mix. Then add your desired flavoring, pour into cast or ice cube tray and stick in fridge for a couple hours to solidify. May take a couple times to get consistency and flavoring to meet what you like. I've tried tons of different things. I did a carb version with country time lemonade that came out amazing and then carb free versions too.

    Day 18
    Shoulders today, walked out of the gym with an awesome pump. Def starting to notice a hike in libido now. I know they suggest taking 2 pills if you are under 200 lbs, but 3 pills is working just fine, no neg sides as far as i can tell. Counted out the pills, got about 20 days left @3/day, nice
    Day 19
    Legs day, felt some added agression and drive to push through extra reps that i normally wouldnt do. Wobbled out of the gym with pride :-p. Still @171 lbs

    Day 20
    ****ty chest work out. Typically after legs/abs is my rest day, which i decided to skip this week because im going on vacation on thurs. Huge mistake, bench dropped a good amount which was pretty discouragin. Never underestimating rest days again. Still hit it hard though, and left with a nice pump

    Yea thats what i kept telling myself to stop from crying, LOL. Goin to Orlando FL to hit the parks with the GF. Already found a gym thats 6 miles away, which is a relief. A golds gym i think. It's gonna be good to get away, plus i need a fukin tan

    Back day today, it was a killer work out. Now noticing some added agression here and there. Also, not sure if its the tropinol, but been blowin larger loads then usual, pretty consistently. Def a plus

    Day 22-26
    Hit bi/tri wednesday, had a garbage lift. The gym i went to was quiet enough to hear people whispering across the room, couldnt rlly get into it. Got in orlando thursday, and have just been relaxing and eating everything in sight (feels better if i think of it as fueling myself from my lack of rest). Hit shoulders on saturday, which went well, and going to hit legs tomorrow. Probably wont post again till wednesday. And kingjames, im using the golds near international drive, its pretty sweet, huge wall of like 25 TVs, and great equipments
