    THE RUTHLESS RUTHLESS STACK LOG

    I took delivery of a shiny new bottle of Dermacrine direct from the caring hands of the Ruthless representatives the other day.
    Glory, glory, glory unto the muscle god.
    Glory be, indeed.
    Ruthless set me up with teh Dermage, so that I might log the results of its usage.

    With that gesture of good will, I added an ounce of my own.
    I bought up two bottles of phytoserms 347 to stack with teh Derm.

    Started on that JANUARY 20.

    DERMACRINE - 4 PUMPS PER DAY, SOMETIMES 5...
    347 - 2 CAPS PER DAY, WITH OILS/FOOD/SHAKE AND BIOPERINE/QUERCETIN SUPPS

    Notes so far?
    1: Increased aggression, basic short temper, easy anger.
    2: Sharp increase in libido. I mean, rolling over, standing up on the bus, these sorts of things - depending on who's in view - are out of the question.

    That is in 4-6 doses.

    WHAT COULD ACCOUNT FOR THIS?
    AFTER SOME THOUGHT, I REALIZED THAT -
    *** I FORGOT TO STOP MY METHOXY/DIVANILL/TONGKAT STACK IMMEDIATELY, AND SO, THE FIRST TWO DAYS, WAS ON THIS AS WELL AS THE DERMA AND 347.

    ANYWAYS, after dropping these other supps, THE EFFECTS HAVE NOT BEEN SO PRONOUNCED.

    IT IS MY FEELING AT THIS TIME THAT THESE IMMEDIATE EFFECTS WERE DUE TO THE WORK OF THE EXTRA METHOXY/DIVANILL ON THE DERMA.


    so, as of 1/25, i am reintroducing the methoxy...

    PURPOSE OF THE STACK:

    I have been reading other 347 logs, and there have been two reported effects and one presumed that I am hoping to play off of the tried and true benefits of Dermacrine:
    1) faster recovery
    2) increased energy/aggression in the gym
    3) increased protein synthesis

    What should teh Derm add to the equation?
    1) offset effects of tanked estrogen (as has been hypothesized by some as a side effect of the 347).
    2) provide necessary substrate to maximize the impact of the bulbine, by increaing the levels of various anabolic/androgenic compounds.
    3) bring some additional ai and estrogen control mechanisms to the table.

    SUPPLEMENTATION AND SO ON:

    test boosting and metabolism...

    this last few weeks, i had been running a stack of tongkat, methoxy, and divanill.
    coupled with other supplements and a decent diet, some hard work in the gym, results have been pretty good.
    body composition tests show lean bulk increase of 4kgs, with a drop of .5kg fat, and a net loss of 1%bf, in about 3 weeks...

    so, i will be replacing this stack with the 347 and the Dermacrine:

    the 347 has divanill (not sure how much).
    teh Derm has some bit of an ai ( that is if not the same thing as methoxy, a relative thereof?) 7,8 benzoflavone, as well as some chrysin and resveratrol, although it is mainly dhea made efficiently effective via transdermal absorption.

    I AM ALSO TAKING SOME THERMO PILLS FROM XYIENCE - 2 A DAY, ONE IN THE MORNING, ONE JUST AROUND LUNCHTIME.
    I AM ALSO TAKING 2 IFORCE TT-33 EVERY DAY, SAME SPLIT.

    THE DAILY SPREAD

    as of now, here is my supp routine:
    morning -
    1.5-2 liters of water with hco3 (sans aluminum)
    2-3 grams alcar
    1 gram vitamin c complex
    nac

    1 hour later morning shake -
    b coenzyme complex
    50mg zing picolinate
    quercetin/bromelain
    a handful of omega 3 gels
    1 gram caprylic acid
    coconut oil
    5-10grams bcaa with 3-6grams leucine
    20 grams wph
    curcumin
    100mg coq-10
    5mg bioperine
    1/2 gram l-carn l-tartrate
    a couple grams taurine
    a couple grams maca powder
    5-10 GRAMS LECITHIN

    a cup of coffee or 2...
    typically spiked with some tongkat

    workout intra/post drinks -
    1/2 gram msm
    10grams wph
    5 grams bcaa (3grams leucine)
    1/2 gram cissus
    1/2 gram l-carn l-tartrate
    a couple grams taurine
    a dash of potassium chloride

    20grams wph
    1/2wph gainer (30grams malto and maybe 7 or 8 grams wph)
    1/2 gram cissus
    5-10grams bcaas as above
    a couple grams taurine
    a dash of potassium chloride
    1/2-1 gram l-carn l-tart
    600mg ala
    curcumin
    100mg coq10
    5mg bioperine

    FOOD STUFFS AND NUTRITION

    maybe an hour after that, i eat some rice, drink some coffee...

    THIS IS NOT PLAIN RICE.
    IT COMES FROM A KOREAN RICE COOKERY DOWNSTAIRS FROM WORK.
    I EAT SOME RICE "CAKES" (DDEOK OR SOMETIMES TTEOK).
    THESE - THOUGH CALLED CAKES, ARE NOT CAKES AT ALL, REALLY.
    MOSTLY STICKY RICE THINGIES, IN SHEETS, OR COOKED RICE CUT INTO LITTLE BARS, MIXED WITH VARIOUS THINGS.
    TYPICALLY, I EAT 'YAHK BAP' (MEDICINE RICE) WHICH IS COOKED RICE MIXED WITH SOME SPICES, SOME SUGAR I GUESS, AND RAISINS, DRIED PEAS, SOME DRIED FRUITS OF VARIOUS SORTS, AND SOME SORT OF NUT - MAYBE RAW CHESTNUT?
    I ALSO EAT A GREEN PLAIN RICE 'CAKE' THAT IS BASICALLY WHITE RICE MIXED WITH SOME SORT OF PLANT MATTER CALLED 'SSOOK' AND SESAME OIL.
    CALORIES ARE A MYSTERY.
    I FIGURE BETWEEN 3 AND 500, MAYBE 600 IF I EAT A LOT.

    every day, i drink a couple more wph 'shakes' (it is pure wph from mvp 'iso 100' lately, and i love this stuff actually, but hard to call it a 'shake...' - still, perfect protein here. perfect product. love it!), drink some more coffee, some tea, some water, eat a few grams vitamin c, have a few multiminerals, sometimes some more b vitamins, a can of tuna and/or some chicken breasts, a handful of tangerines every once in a while, and so on...

    USUALLY, FOR DINNER TIME, I DOWN A CAN OF FISH (SOMETIMES ABOUT 250GRAMS OF FISH, WITH BONES AND SKIN ATTACHED, WOULD EAT THE HEADS I GUESS BUT THE KIND MEN ON SOME UNKNOWN BOAT CUT THOSE OFF FOR ME...), SOME KIMCHI, AND MAYBE SOME DRIED SEAWEED. YES, THIS IS WHAT I EAT.

    before i sack, i hit the cissus, the l-carn l-tart, gaba, melatonin, and some b complex and.or p-5-p and/or some extra biotin... get a wph and bcaa 'shake' in there.

    when i wake, usually every 2 or 3 hours, i drink a 1/2 wph and 5 gram bcaa shake (or just the wph and some leucine caps that my best bro sent me!).
    drink those with extra water...

    weekends, i am a bit freer.
    drank 4 beers this weekend - big time for me lately.
    sometimes eat some mexican food.
    sometimes go to dinner with the girl at a korean place, or italian, whatever wants.
    i stay way from sugar - no deserts.
    but, i wil eat most anything else.
    except for cheese, icecream, milk...
    avoid that stuff for the most part, though, it is not easy to do so with mexican, and sometimes i say wtf on the dairy thing.

    calories are up and down, but i eat when i am hungry.
    keep carbs to after exercise only, 90% of the time.

    anyways, that is the deal.

    EXERCISE MUCH?

    workout routine should change a bit to take advantage of the supps.
    gonna try to hit weak lifts, work on major body parts twice a week in expectation of the increased recovery from the Derm plus the 347.

    so, roughly, this is the plan

    supersetted everything.
    finished this workout in about 40 minutes, maybe 45.
    started with legs/db presses super
    then worked in crunchers/db presses
    then worked in tris/dbs, into pecdec
    then worked in shoulder presses/tris
    the machines are in machine code for weight, i dunno what the numbers really mean. they may be pounds on a properly maintained machine. or, they may not. i just use what seems to work for me, which is most often as much weight as the machine has on it.
    extensions, and squats, i am going light to preserve the knee. high reps seem to be offsetting the lighter weights... i read recently that similar mass is built with reps around 6, as with reps between 20 and 30, because of time under stress. so, when i go light, i try to maximize the time under stress. i tried out bombhead's 4 minute kill yourself routine on extensions the other day, and really - it works! though, i just used it as a long and painful drop set, rather than his method. however, i will likely use this approach more and more on some lifts - like extensions, leg curls (when i do them), pulldowns (i see a place for this with a really wide grip), and so on...

    felt big energy,
    increasing as the workout proceeded.
    though, i did stim it up pretty big this morning -
    1 energy drink (hot 6, a korean thing)
    and 1 scoop of white flood in some bcaas during the lifts.

    pre and post shakes as described in the first post.
    other food, same as described in first post.

    BIG DIFFERENCE TODAY?
    NOTICEABLE EFFECTS?

    WELL, the libido boost/aggression seems to have leveled off or fallen off.
    i think that this is because i came off of the methoxy two days ago.
    the methoxy was definitely a benefit stacked with the derma, i think, and this is likely responsible for the immediately perceived effects.
    as well, i had been taking extra divanill and some tongkat - bascially, well, i had forgotten to come off of my prior stack for the first 2 days i was dosing the derma/347, and i think that the other stuff amplified the Dermacrine, leading to the huge boosts in libido and so on.

    So, i will reintroduce the methoxy tonight/tomorrow morning to see what happens.

    i was advised that the 347 effects should not become prevalent for 10 days to 2 weeks...
    so, in the meantime, i will maximize the Derma with the other supps I have here.
    Why not?

    ****Also, i am putting this out there for all 2 and 1/2 readers of this log to help me decide:
    I am leaning toward introducing a pulse of either super or bola, mwf, 10mg super a day or 4-6 mg bola.

    please if you have an interest in seeing this happen, or figure i am insane for even considering it (10mgs, i know, big dose!), then please add a reply one way or the other.

    let me know what you think...
    i have even been kicking around the idea of running 10mgs super ED for 2 or 3 weeks, seeing as how i am lifting 6 days a week.
    but, i would prefer to pulse it.
    if you think that ED would be better for some reason, likely because of the Derma for support, then let me know.
    I want to get the most out of this run.

    Today is Tuesday, modified pull day:

    Added the methoxy and tongkat back in last night and again this morning.
    Some evidence of activity last night and this morning.
    Feeling more at ease, for one thing.
    I may add a bit more divanill as well from the private stash to supplement that in the 347.

    I will be looking forward to the 2nd week of the phytoserms.
    Maybe the third.
    Some reports are that the last two weeks of the 4 week course are when the effects of the bulbine finally appear in full form.

    That is, well, disappointing.

    Had I understood this well enough, I would have
    begun the bulbine and continued with my basic herbals two weeks prior to beginning the Dermacrine.
    Run the Derma as I am now -
    4-5 pumps a day (I shoot for 4, but if there happens to be a weak pump in the process, I will add one pump to the day... So, we can presume 4-4.5 pumps a day on average...)
    for 4 weeks,
    incorporating the second bottle of 347 in the middle of the Derma cycle.

    I think that I would also add a pulse of superdrol, 10mg/day.
    And, still might, once the bulbine finally presents itself.

    So far, however, the stack is proceeding nicely, as is.

    Here was the workout:
    Tuesday

    +++++++++++++sets/+++++++weights++++++++/reps
    bent bb rows - 4 sets/ 53,63,63,63 / 15,10,10,10 (warmup exercises)

    Finished this workout in 35-40 minutes.
    Supersetted everything except for the bb rows...
    did those alone, though in rapid succession, maybe 30 seconds between sets,
    just to get warmed up.

    Reflections?

    Well, with the reintroduction of the methoxy, I am feeling more confident.
    Still, there are some odd effects here.
    Nuts are wimpy feeling.
    Even withdrawn.
    Now, it is cold as f#c$ here.
    And, I have a bit of a sinus/gland thing working (snorted salt water last night and today and megadosed vita C and D yesterday and today to try to beat it back) but still,
    I am wondering if
    coming off of the stack i was on
    plus the Dermacrine
    hasn't led to a plunge in testosterone/concomitant rise in estrogen?
    and/or, perhaps a rise in cortisol?
    ...
    I was hoping that the 347 would offset this likelihood,
    as it would encourage my nuts to use the extra materials to produce more testosterone...
    But, if this feeling is any indication, the bulbine has yet to kick in.
    Hopefully, in a week or so, I should see a positive difference on this front.

    today, took off of lifting.
    slept badly, throat scratchiness, general malaise.
    snorted salt water, gargled and so on,
    ate maybe 10 grams of vitamin c last night,
    and slept.
    made it to the gym to shower,
    apply the derma,
    and of course i dosed the 347 this morning.

    also, added the full tongkat/methoxy/divanill stack back into the equation this morning.

    hard to tell what is going on in the body, as i am feeling ill...
    but, in a couple days, it will have been one week on the 347 and derma.

    i will taper off of the natty side stuff this weekend, and see how the 347 picks things up.

    so far, i have to say that i am getting nothing from he dermacrine.
    it smells nice.
    the girl seems to like it.
    makes the skin smooth.
    i get some dry patches on my flanks in the winter, and those are nicely lubed,
    no signs of dryness now.

    maybe i am sleeping a little better than usual, even given the illness.
    i woke only once last night, rather than 3 times,
    it was just hard to get to sleep with the throat discomfort.

    today, carbs will be lower, if not nonexistent, due to the lack of exercise.

    update again tomorrow.

    i took today off from lifting again.
    2 days in a row...
    sort of a recent record.


    i did get to the gym to shower and apply the Derma,
    one pump to newly shaved nuts even!
    (actually, the nuts are so tiny i could have used only a half pump, but they were dry, so it soaked in fast...).

    observations?

    well, i am feeling surprisingly upbeat of late.
    especially these last couple days, just feeling good, strong, confident, even optimistic.
    rather unlike me.
    this mood seems to mirror that detailed in some other logs on 347 and dermacrine.
    i take this as evidence that the synergy is beginning to build.

    Saturday will be about 10days in, about the time that the 347 magic is supposed to happen.


    i am excited about that...
    and, i have a few days off next week, too.
    so, i took today off to rest up.

    tomorrow, i am thinking about hitting chest, shoulders, and tris.
    saturday, the girl should be out of town, giving me the chance to do a two hour or two one hour sessions, back and legs.
    monday, i will try to get back on track with the 6 days...
    that should be the last of that, as next week university starts up again, and i will have no time to workout on tuesdays and thursdays.

    i am working two jobs, and have a book chapter to write for march 5th.
    anyways, things are heating up here.

    i am hoping that the 347 will help me to power through this book chapter,
    as the second bottle should run into march sometime.

    if things are looking good, i will start on a superdrol pulse...

    friday.
    first day back after two days off, and

    it is officially ON.


    i woke up today feeling as if i had been transformed.
    no ****e.
    as if in a werewolf movie,
    wherein the first bite makes you sick,
    as i was sick these last few days with some sort of fluish type thing,
    and you wake up feeling oddly strong,
    maybe immortal,
    and oddly not yourself...
    transformed!

    so, today i wandered into the gym before work,
    wondering how i would make up for two lost days,
    and here was the routine:

    one arm standing db shoulder press++++1+++++20kgs++++7++++a nd done.

    i finished this workout in 45 minutes, maybe less.
    35kg are the heaviest dumbells that this gym has.
    if there were 40s, i might have given a longer rest period between one of the supersets and gone for a set of db presses at that weight.
    35s were feeling light today, even with the supersets.

    now, i should mention that these supersets are essentially without a rest period.
    i finish one exercise, then either walk to a different station, and finish another, or walk to the dumbells and pick up the weights i need for the next run.
    so, maybe there are 20 or 30 seconds between sets.

    OBSERVATIONS


    BOUNDLESS ENERGY.
    CALM STRENGTH AND A CERTAINTY OF MIND - "I WILL LIFT THIS, WITH A SLOW AND CONTROLLED MOTION."
    IF THERE WERE ANY GIRLS WORTH WATCHING, WELL, LET'S JUST SAY THAT THERE WERE NOT (really never are), AND THE ABSENCE STRUCK ME MORE THAN USUAL.

    MOST IMPORTANT, FOR ME, IS THAT MY SHOULDER DID NOT HURT (MUCH) TODAY.
    MY SHOULDER IS CERTAINLY SHREDDED, AND USUALLY GETS IN THE WAY OF PRESSES.
    TODAY, THERE WAS LITTLE DISCOMFORT, EVEN ON THE MACHINE SHOULDER PRESS.
    I DID START TO FEEL IT ON THE STANDING DB SHOULDER PRESS, SO STOPPED AT THAT SINGLE SET, SO THAT I WOULD NOT AGGRAVATE THE CHRONIC INJURY.

    Now, what could account for the shoulder improvement?
    I am not sure.
    The Dermacrine is perhaps helping, here.
    As might be the fact that i have doubled my intake of curcumin, daily, and have had two days off in a row without stressing the thing.

    HOWEVER, WITHOUT A DOUBT, STRENGTH IS UP.
    HUNGER IS WAY UP - I FEEL LIKE EATING, CONSTANTLY, AND I DO NOT FEEL LIKE EATING CRAP CARBS - I WANT MEAT. GRILLED, LEAN MEAT, RARE FOR SOME REASON SEEMS MOST APPEALING.
    AND TOMORROW, I WILL CERTAINLY MAKE IT A POINT TO GET ME SOME!~
    as it is, job and all forbids it.
    tomorrow, however, after i hit the legs and back, a cow will die on a plate, in sacrifice to the muscle god. fo sho.

    ONE WEEK REFLECTIONS


    now that things are kicking in, i can certainly confirm the 'on' feeling reported by other loggers of 347.
    i also can confirm the overall sense of well-being, and perhaps even magical recovery afforded by the Dermacrine.

    the increase in libido that i experienced the first 2 days of this stack (on top of my test boosting stack) has returned, though in a more subtle, perhaps more patient form.
    the aggression that i am feeling is not the sharp, 'i want to kill everything that walks in front of me the wrong way' sort of feeling that pure testosterone tends to elicit.
    rather, the feeling is a stable, long-term sort of strong confidence.

    that being said, i am STILL on the methoxy/tongkat/divanill natty stack i had been running before these two additions, 347 and Derma.
    however, the upgrade is noticeable.
    the feeling in the gym is not unlike 20mgs of epistane, minus the constant tightness and (albeit minor at that dosage) 'back bumps' and so on...

    finally, body weight is down about a pound to 92.4kg, and that includes the two tuna sandwiches and the two oranges that i ate at 10pm last night watching 'superbad' (i was starving - really, hungry).

    i am excited to see what happens next.
    if this feeling and my performance improves much more, then i will not be adding any superdrol to the mix, at least until this stack levels off.

    today i made it in at lunch time.
    gym is open tomorrow, i think...
    so i have one more workout, then the beayatches close until next monday.
    the manager said he would open it up for me on friday/sat/sun, but the chik wants to stay in seoul on friday night, and she wants to get there asap on friday morn, which means friday and likely saturday are out.

    so, anyways, i will be depending on the supps to carry me through the 'break.'
    that and the 20kg db i have here at home.
    i may carry that up and down the 11 floors of steps in my building for a half hour on wednesday or thursday, do some pushups, some shoulder presses, some curls, and so on...
    tomorrow, i will try to squat, maybe deadlift, hit the machines for back - pulldowns and so on...

    squats i am liking the low weights, working on form, taking maybe a minute between sets.
    supersetting or giant setting everything else.

    strength seems good

    however, i have dropped the methoxy and the extra divanill from the equation as of saturday.
    so, likely i should see a dip.

    anyways, i want to see what the 347 and derma can do on their own.
    i guess i will have a chance to see it after week of rest.

    anyways, the upside may be that i will get to see what the supps are doing for me when i am NOT training so hard and so often.
    january was definitely some hard work, with i think pretty dammmm good results.

    since i started on the derma/347 run, my set volume is actually down.
    hours in the gym are down.
    so, whatever gains i make this month will be due to the supps, more so than the heavy training.
    so, maybe that is a good thing.

    as of now, weight is basically unchanged, 93kg.
    it will be interesting to see the body comp numbers in a few weeks.

    which is a refreshing change from the broken oldness that usually precedes my every breath.

    today, however, was one of the strangest workouts i have ever had:

    would have liked to have done more, but ran out of time...
    ran legs light as i had just done extensions yesterday and squats on saturday.

    anyways, the weird part is this...
    maybe 3 weeks ago, the last time that i deadlifted,
    i would have lifted maybe 90kgs for a couple sets of 5.
    the most i have done is 120kgs, last fall.
    today,
    well, i warmed up with 70.
    added 20, to do a few work sets at that weight
    (i am weak, and fat, yes, i know...)
    but, i couldn't even get it off the ground.
    not once.
    i dunno if it was purely mental,
    or if for some reason i am just physically incapable since i have not done that exercise in a while.
    (actually, i only started doing deads at all in oct/nov last year).

    meanwhile, the exercises that i HAVE been doing these last few weeks,
    pulldowns and so on,
    were surprisingly easy.
    not that i am using much weight, but
    the weight that i am using usually tires me out after a few sets, at least.
    today, not only was the weight easy,
    like the bar was floating down rather than me pulling it,
    but i felt like i could have done those exercises all d@mn day without a break.

    so, if i take my failure of a deadlift as a standard,
    then it surely seems that the supps i am using
    maybe the l-carn l-tart in conjunction with the derm and 347,
    are building the muscles that i am using more often at an especially high rate.
    this certainly opens a lot of possibilities for this stack for people who
    like me
    need to target certain muscle groups over others simply to balance themselves out.

    final words:
    after having dropped other supps from the equation,
    the methoxy and the divanill,
    the benefits of the remaining supps are shining through.
    i am looking forward to the next 2-3 weeks, and expect to see some real progress
    right after i get past this f-n chinese new years gym closure.

    yeah, the derma does some nice stuff for me.
    actually, it is especially evident now,
    because i didn't use it at all yesterday and felt a big difference,

    actually, as a support supp run under a cycle,
    i wonder if it would not be effective at 1/2 the dose.
    that way, one bottle of dermacrine would last 2 months.

    anyways, here is the update for this last week...
    sorry for a lack of posts lately.
    the lunar new year holiday is now over.
    back to work today.

    spent the last week with the gym closed.
    then in a hotel with the girl.
    then home yesterday for housecleaning,
    and what the girl called 'oven day'
    meaning that she cooked.
    rice.
    acorn squash.
    stuff she likes...

    well, the hotel had a pretty nice gym, actually, so i was able to get a couple of 1/2 hour sessions in there on friday night and on saturday morning.
    their equipment was much better than is the equipment at my gym.
    they had 'technogym' stuff.
    especially, the leg extension machine was fantastic.
    at my gym, the extension machine doesn't give a full even resistance.
    man, on that technogym machine, my quads were wrecked.
    makes me think that i am wasting my time on the machine at the gym, now...

    i dosed the dermacrine at only 3 pumps on friday/saturday.
    dropped the dosage for 3 reasons:
    1) 3 basically gets my covered pretty well. 4 and i am doubling up in some places, or smothering my nuts. 3 seems to work.
    2) i have been feeling a bit bloated. wondered if the dhea isn't getting shunted into estrogen as the body seeks homeostasis and the phyto kicks in... anyways, it could just be all the dammm rice.
    3) i want to extend the derma a bit. as it is basically a support supp under the phyto at this point, i see no reason to run it full strength. i figure that 2 pumps would likely do what i need it to do (countering the high-test intolerance might be foremost on this list, unless i wanna be single, fast!), but i will run three for a while now and see how it plays out.

    the phytoserms is kicking in bigtime.
    evidence?
    1) acne, especially on my neck and most especially in this one place. i always see to get this boilish pimple nasty on the back of my neck, sort of where the plug goes into the spine in the matrix, whenever i run a testbooster and start to feel something. this stuff is the worst i have ever had. yuck...
    2) general pissed-offed-ness. especially these last few days when i have lowered the dose of dermacrine, i have been short-tempered. intolerant. mean.

    actually, yesterday, i didn't dose the dermacrine at all.
    and, i can feel it.

    observations:

    the dermacrine is countering some of the high-test side effects, notably regarding my mood.
    on the dermacrine, i am a happy, easy going old bear.
    without it, i am a ****.
    plain and simple.

    i will be looking for strength increases this week when i get back to the normal gym and run the normal program.
    however, i must say that my test levels are obviously high, due to the phytoserms.
    so, now i just need to see some tangible results.

    i am about 1/2 way through this run.
    at the end, i will have the body composition run again.
    that will give objective evidence of the effects of this stack.

    monday's workout was basically a giant set.
    here is the post that i wrote up and forgot to paste here on this log:
    today's workout was basically a giant giant set of

    strength was good.
    energy was very high.
    endurance was good.
    felt like i had just started, but i had to get to work...


    dosed derma 4 pumps post shower.
    and...
    forgot the tube in the gym.
    so, no derma tomorrow
    i am a rockhead.
    phytos are in the pack for the trip to the university though.
    feels like the first day of school, again!

    body composition is improving - actually got a compliment from the trainer at the gym, dood told me that other people were saying that i looked 'bigger...'
    nice, considering that my weight is down another pound today.

    91 from 93+.
    hard to believe as i am eating the same or more.
    i am looking forward to the body composition results in 2 more weeks!

    met a student in there, by chance, ended up lifting his routine, sort of...
    no trouble.
    should have squatted harder, not done any shoulders, and added leg presses...

    strength was good.
    feeling was good.
    got some more compliments from the other trainer on apparent size increase.
    student kid told me i was "strong."
    well, he is stronger.
    i think he was just being nice.
    maybe surprised to see an old teacher sweat it out, at all!

    today was also not a normal day:
    db flat bench presses, 5 sets, 30, 35...kgs, 15, 10, 9, 8,7,5 reps
    supersetted with
    leg extensions, 6 sets, 11 (machine code- changed machines. light weight), 17 reps
    flat bench press, 2 sets, 70kgs, 10reps (testing the shoulder. no pain, but the grinding and popping remains. not good for benchin... but better than it was!)
    machine press, 3 sets, 150 (machine code - max), 10 reps
    incline db press, 3 sets, 25kgs, 10,9,8 reps
    tri pushdowns, 3 sets, 85 (code, machine max), 10 reps

    felt like i could have stayed on forever.
    no preworkout today, only coffee.

    observations:

    libido has taken a bit of a nosedive.
    i am not sure why.
    maybe it is because i dropped tongkat a more than a week ago, maca a week or so ago, methoxy a few weeks ago, and so on...
    maybe the dermacrine is shutting me down.
    i am not sure...
    the 347 should have me up, and i am, every morning!
    but, the mental part isn't there.
    might be the fact that i am thinkn a lot on my book chapter just now.
    anyways, other than that,
    strength is improved since i began this stack.
    and general feelings of health and confidence are high.
    (usually, when facing a deadline, a new semester, and so on, i would be a tragic wreck!)
    other people are commenting on an apparent change in my body -
    looks bigger, people askin if i gained weight, when weight is actually down a kilo or 2 depending on the day.

    my diet has been a bit irregular.
    lots of holidays the last couple weeks.
    so, lots of holiday food, which here is basically rice, rice with fruit, rice with sugar, and so on...
    i have also been munchin banana chips, almonds, and other hi cal stuff lately.
    anyways, weight seems to be going where it needs to be going, and not to the belly so much.
    i have about a week left on this stack, i think.
    my projection is
    bf% down 1%
    body weight down 1kg.
    lean mass up maybe 1 kg...
    modest gains.
    but this is only a guess at this point.

    yesterday i made it in for about 25 minutes cuz i wasn't able to get in my second run on monday
    v-day
    night.
    basically, one giant set:
    crunchers
    side delt raises
    ez bar curls.
    10 sets.
    it is a good thing that the gym is sort of between the other job and the bus stop from the first job.
    else, i would have had 0 time to make it at all.

    today, mixed things up again:
    one arm db rows, 48kgs, 6 sets, 7 reps
    one arm db shrugs, 48 kgs, 6 sets, 10 reps
    leg press, 160kg, 170kg, 180kg, 3 sets, 25, 20,20reps.
    calves (on press), 160kgs, 170kgs, 180kgs, 25,25,20 reps.
    wide pulldowns, 150(machine code for that's all there is), 3 sets, 10reps.

    observations:
    strength is good.
    however, started out feeling weak.
    lots of pain.
    slow to pick it up...
    maybe i need to get on a preworkout asap!
    def need some new music...
    feeln lean.
    confidence and well-being feelings remain high, even though i have a deadline comin up!
    libido is, well, mia...

    2 days of 347 left on the bottle.
    will have the body comp run on friday morning, then, and do a final write up on this run on saturday.

    not good.

    here's the numbers:

    Jan. 18th:
    93kg
    soft lean mass 71.6kg
    body fat mass 16.8kg

    Feb. 18th:
    91.7kg
    soft lean mass 69.5kg
    body fat mass 17.6kg

    not what a month on two supplements
    {{Phytoserms 347(65USD)- supposed to increase testosterone 347%!}}
    and
    {{Dermacrine (sponsored, but maybe 35USD)- 'the closest thing to injectable testosterone'}}
    should have done for me.


    Now, let's compare these results with what I saw between December 23rd and Jan.18th:
    Dec. 23rd
    90.4 kg
    soft lean mass 68.6kg
    body fat mass 17.3kg...

    In short, this stack put me back in 2010.

    TO BE FAIR:
    maybe something that i am using interferes with the Bulbine.
    specifically, i am wondering if the quercetin that i take daily might not be prolonging the activity of the compound, thereby pushing the effective concentration above the critical threshold, as Bulbine NOT ONLY stops working, but CAUSES DAMAGE (in rats) once it is dosed over a certain threshold.
    early testers (before rls) reported it to be ineffective at high doses...
    so, my supplementation for general health may have shortcircuited the Phytoserms.
    that said, there is similarly no apparent benefit from the dermacrine.



    i know lots of other guys seem to respond well to these things.
    so, i will leave it to your input as to what has gone wrong here...
    that's the only way we can learn, i guess, how to use new things -
    figure out how NOT to use them, first...
    my money is on the quercetin f-n stuff up...


    i saw MUCH BETTER results in january, on a pure natty stack of my own design.

    what is my next move?
    well, i am done with these supplements, certainly.
    (dropped 130bux on 2 bottles of phyto... got one still sitting.)
    was so disappointed, i basically walked out of the gym today (did five half-assed sets of incline bench, and sed fuk-it.).

    probably a bottle of h-drol.
    or a pulse of super.

    ordered 120 days worth of mk-2866 for 100USD.

    in short, i am gonna go with stuff that works.
    for less money.

    i could run a pulse of super for 20 weeks for 1/10th the cost of the 347 and dermacrine, with fewer safety concerns, as a matter of fact.
    and run my natty powders, with a few months of 2866 in between, for less money than this stack is gonna end up costin...
    done.
