    I would like to first thank APS and Jd for giving me the chance to do this. I have been waiting a good while to do my first log review. I wanted to share about myself for those who may not know me on the forums. My name is Tommy and I am 30 yrs old. I have two boys and a wonderful family, which is my most inspirational instrument in creating a healthier me. I started working out my senior year in high school. Doing nothing but basic dead lifts, bench, little squatting, db's, and leg presses. I really got into and at one time had my max bench at 350 at 5'5 180 lbs. Being short and back ground from a Pacific Islander family of Guam, I have always been able to gain mass easily. However losing weight is my biggest challenge. I use to work for a local GNC store years ago in which i gained a lot of knowledge. Back then Xenadrine RFA, Creatine mono, and whey is all I took. After working out for three years, I got married to my wife of what will be 11 yrs this Thursday. I ended up letting my self go, only working out from time to time. I stay only active with playing league softball from Spring to Fall. It is something I enjoy very well. However letting myself go, I eventually bloomed to 290 lbs. I knew with my height that was way too much weight for my body and heart to carry around. I made a decision to change the way I ate, instead of using the diet word. I am now under 250 which is an improvement, but my goal is to reach 175-190. I started to notice the more I lost the better my over all body was feeling. I was still fatigue but working long hours and being over weight contributed to that. Not to mention i tested low for low test levels. My uro now has my test with in normal range. My goal with the APS stack is to push myself not to the limit but over the limit. I see the biggest loser show and the dedication they have. Although I have never looked as big as some of those contestants have, I know my weight has got to go. I will be stacking Mesomorph, Creatine Nitrate,TestatropinV2,and Erase. Tomorrow I will be doing Chest and tri's along with cardio. I will log my results soon as I get home. I want to say thanks to all the members who have commented or helped me with threads I have ask about. I knew nothing of these forums back when I first started out, and I have to say it's the best thing I have ever found on the net. Thanks guys and hope you view when you get the chance.

    First thing first, I didn't get any sleep last night. I haven't been able to sleep well since getting this job almost 5 years ago. i work 10 hr shifts and then two boys at home keeping me up lol. I am working on getting better sleep techniques. Ok here we go!!

    Day 1
    4:45 wake up for work. Breakfast was 1 can tuna with olive oil and 1 tsp of mayonnaise. Snack at 8:00 break 1 cup of sunflower seeds. 1 capsule of Erase with 4 caps of Testatropin. Lunch serving of whole grain spaghetti. 3:30 mixed one scoop mesomorph with 4 caps of Creatine Nitrate.

    4:30 off from work and headed to the gym!!!! Although I felt very tired in the early part of the day, due to lack of sleep, that didn't last for long. With in 10-15 minutes of taking the Mesomorph and Nitrate I experienced a come to Jesus meeting lol. My body felt a bolt of energy that was unreal. Now take in mind, that when I worked at my local GNC store years ago, I took Xenadrine RFA the real stuff, along with creatine mono, and whey. I have also used Cell Mass, NO Xplode, NA Vapor, and the original NO2 Pump. I understand this is only day 1, but the feeling my body felt reminded me of my days of Xenadrine but with a more natural focused energy. Now I did bounce a little but a lot of this is also because I do not drink soda's or anything caffeine.

    I wanted to do 45 minutes of treadmill first. However the gym I go to is at my work which is Anniston Army Depot. We have over 8,000 people employed there. Thus being the new years res craze, no treadmill or stair climber was available. So I went on to do my chest and tri's routine. Take in mind that I am doing 10-12 reps with 3 sets. I am doing more form then worrying about amount of weight until I get some of this fat off.

    Incline Db Press 45lbs 10 reps 3 sets
    DB overhead pullovers 45lbs 10 reps 3 sets
    Incline barbell press 135lbs 10, 10, 8
    barbell skull crushers 45 12 reps 3 sets
    machine dips 120lbs 15 reps 3 sets
    pec dek 110lbs 10 reps 3 sets.

    Again nothing impressive as far as lbs but I know with time I can get back to the numbers where I need to be. Through out my workout, the rush never went away. I felt very pumped with my skin crawling. After training, I took 1 cap Erase, with 4 caps Testatropin, and 2 more caps of nitrate. Once home, my wife had made a really wicked meal with steamed flounder, onion, bell peppers cooked with coconut milk. serving of broccoli steamed no butter a newbie for me lol. 1 serving of quinoa steamed with chicken broth. First time eating this and it was very good. Once I go to bed I will be taking 2 tabs of ZMA. I may not log my food intake everyday, but thought I'd share day 1 for sure.
    My first day I would have to say without a doubt was amazing. If people say this stuff gets better and better by the day, then my body is in for a surprise. I look forward to day two and I have already spoke with 4 guys at the gym about APS products. Two guys got their site info along with the forums web site. I told them although this is my first day, it delivered amazing energy and pumps. Each rep I did with more ease then expected and more importantly I felt no soreness. Hope I did the first day log ok, since it's my first time ever. I don't mind any critique. "If one can't handle critique they will not make it far in life" Also forgot to say this on the other forum but will add. I actually started the meso yesterday to get a feel and I noticed both then and today my appetite was supressed.

    Great update bro! I really enjoyed reading everything, awesome detail, keep up the good work! 10 hour shifts and no sleep suck, I did that for about a year and I ended up getting away from it, kills the body! Now I try treating my body like a temple

    Yeah it does JD big time. I see my uro tomorrow for check up and will be getting some help with the sleep matter. As for today everyone it was my 11 yr Anniversay so the wife and I spent time after work. Lunch 1/2 scoop Meso. Today was off day. I took 1 cap Erase with 4 caps Testatropin morning, lunch 3 caps Creatine nitrate. evening 1 cap erase, 4 caps Testatropin with 3 more caps creatine nitrate. Extreme energy again from Meso, and felt refreshed from yesterday's workout. Really seem to feel less soar from chest which is a plus! Tomorrow will update with bicep and back day along with cardio!

    be on the lookout for an appetite increase with the testatropin v2-i had cravings for sweets, fight this urge if you can-bananas seemed to do the trick.


    enjoy the quick recovery for now-but don't be surprised if you get soreness around 2 weeks in-look at it as a good thing.



    btw-try to add a little more weight to your lifts every week, maybe 5 pounds-i see a lot of room for adding more weight on this stack. push it hard and you will see results.

    I'll be heading to the gym this evening after going to a friend of mines son's viewing. Pour guy's son hung himself 16 yrs old. The guy was my commander at Anniston Chemical Depot and is one of the nicest guys. Anyway will update log. I haven't had the craves for sweets yet, but the meso seems to curb my appetite.

    Thanks man! I need the support. Oh and I do eat banana's, along with oranges, apples, and avacado's. Those are my favorites. I just need to eat them more consistent. I have really got into the Quinoa and lentils. My wife cooked a dish the other night with steamed flounder, cocunut milk, onion, bell peppers, with quinoa steamed with chicken broth, and steamed broccoli. What reps do you think I should target? I always did high reps just cause trying to drop the fat. When I said I use to bench 350 yrs ago, I did 8,6,4,2 twice. Any advice will be taken. I am game.

    take what you are doing now at 15 reps, drop down to 10 reps and shot for adding 5 pounds on each lift every week. when you feel you have maxed out at 10 reps drop down to 7 reps and add 5 more pounds. lifting heavy builds more muscle and more muscle burns more fat.


    don't get carried away, make it gradual weekly increases instead of all at once. plan this for the long run-by the end of 6 months you should be looking like a new man. for me a weekly cheat meal was very important for keeping me motivated-once a week i would treat myself to my favorite food-krispy kremes, lol.

    i am a recovering alcoholic-it seems craving sweets comes with the territory, lol. all my years of drinking i could care less but now even 14 years sober i still crave them-for me testatropin v2 made my cravings for sweets even more....just saying.

    keep a log, record everything-it will help you stay on track. and remember shoot for small weekly improvements.

    first in 4 weeks, wow, that must have been a tasty cheat meal and depending on the carb intake of your regular diet, your insulin probably tried to grab every bit of simple carbs it could.

    I try to keep some kind of nutrient partitioner with me when I cut, that why I can make the most of those happy cheat meals.

    I'm on a pretty high cal diet right now, prob a bit more then 3000, but last time I bulked with around 5000 cals lol, which was a big fat mistake!

    Ah, clean bulking, I thought you were cutting. I've never done a clean bulk, only filthy, back-alley snuff porn bulks. After my 3 month cut I may give a clean bulk a try.

    Ya my last bulk I went all out, with healthy food but damn I gained to much fat and I prob could have eat junk food all day with the same results lol. I'm never over bulking ever again lol

    Day 3 log. Morning 1 cap Erase with 4 caps Testatropin. Pre-workout 3 capsules of Creatine Nitrate and 1 scoop mesomorph. I swear this stuff kicks in so quickly. It's like carrying a personal set of jumper cables with you to the gym.

    3 sets seated alt db curls 10 reps 25lbs
    3 sets ez curl bars 8, 8,8, 60lbs
    3 sets machine straight bar curls 10 reps 90lbs

    3 sets Wide-grip lat pulldowns 10 reps 115 lbs
    3 sets Machine rows 10 reps 110lbs
    3 sets db rows 10 reps 50lbs.

    post workout 1 cap Erase, 3 caps Creatine Nitrate, 4 caps Testatropin
    At bedtime will take 2 ZMA's and 2 HMB. Extreme energy and pumps through workout. I like the fact that you get a consistent flow of focused energy. From rep to rep I cont to push. Tomorrow will be leg day and I can't wait for this.

    Day 4 Leg Day! Let me say that I have not done squats in 6 years. I added them back today nothing big, since just back into it. This was the best leg day I've had in a long time. Energy and pumps grew minute by minute with a surge of energy that help me push myself. My body didn't want to stop for nothing. Hope this keeps up.

    Morning 4 caps Testatropin, 1 cap Erase. Pre-workout 4 capsules Creatine nitrate. post workout 3 capsules creatine nitrate. Bed time will do 1 more cap Erase with 4 more Testatropin.

    25 minute treadmil warming up.
    leg presses 4 plates 10 reps x 3 sets (note will go to 6 plates next leg day, 2 felt too easy.
    lying leg curls 80lbs 10 reps x 3 sets
    squats 145 lbs 10 reps x 3 sets
    seated leg ext 110lbs 10 reps x 3 sets.

    I felt like I needed to be carried out of the gym after this, but then with in minutes of taking 3 more caps of nitrate and taking shower I felt amazing again. I swear this stuff is unreal. It's like I can feel a recovery quicker then normal. I want to continue to push myself to the limit gradually adding weight each week. I just don't want to gain too much mass with me needing to drop fat too. I have never felt this good on a leg day never.

    Tomorrow will be cardio day then Monday Shoulders.

    I'm in and going to be following...this is awesome. I have a few friends who have used a lot of the APS stuff and I am thinking about it myself. Just reading and seeing how it has worked on a few others before I break into it myself. But I def want to try the Meso. and Test. to see how it would work. I do not need a huge stack.. Def. a great read and I agree with the others def. keep adding weight and pushing out the reps and the strength will come back.

    Thanks I appreciate that! I kick myself for stopping years ago. I keep thinking of how I use to bench 350 at 21 yrs old. I only took creatine mono, whey, xenadrine, and aminos at the time. I could do 225 15 reps for 3 sets. Then i got out of it only going from time to time. When I let my weight get to high, I knew something had to change, so I changed the way I ate completly. I have to say the log plus the APS stuff is taking a hold of me. I love to lift and I know the more weight I drop and better sleep I'll get back to lifting heavy again. They say mind over matter, and I agree. However when you're out so long and feel so out of place, you need an extra drive and by far this APS stack is a huge driving force.

    Thanks JD and yes it is giving me a drive. That is what I needed. Once this med kicks in to help me sleep at night, the gains and progress will grow even more. I'm heading to the gym after the Steelers game to do cardio, and shoulders tomorrow. APS will soon be a staple in anyone's arsenal that wants real results.

    Today was just cardio day 40 minutes treadmill. Morning 4 caps testatropin, 1 cap erase, took 1/2 scoop of meso with 3 creatine nitrates before cardio. After cardio 3 more creatine nitrate. After dinner 1 cap erase, 4 caps testatropin. Bedtime will take 2 zma. Felt good today even though little soar from leg day yesterday. Energy for cardio with 1/2 scoop was still great. Tomorrow will be shoulder day!

    Since I got a treadmill in my basement, cardio is much easier to get in and more pleasant. Just put on a show and go.

    I'm in the mix of trying to get a house and once I do trust me my basement will become my gym! Cardio is always hard for me.

    Same here, never had time for it, and it was a chore. Now it's really easy, I can even do my preference of high incline walking to target more body fat burning. It makes it easier to watch TV or read a magazine too, and the time drag isn't bad since you're already at home.
