Starting tomorrow I will be logging the new Controlled Labs Am and PM shots. I will be following a 6 day per week cardio and 5 day per week weight lifting protocol. For those of you who don't know I was out of the gym for almost 4 months due to back surgery....but I am back and reclaiming myself. I need to lose some of the fat I gained while recovering and looking to bring my strength back up. Thanks to CL for the Opportunity! Will post a bunch of different criteria once I get my first dose done. Tomorrow is 25 minutes on the stationary bike and 20 minutes on a mild circuit course of the upper body. I hope to drop 10 lbs this month...unreasonable...yeah... but it CAN be done.
