Can I Gain Muscle and take a Fat Burner to help get cut?

Hey I am about to go on a four week program and am buying a mass gainer and was wondering if i could also lean up using a fat burner. I want to gain muscle weight and will be increasing cardio along with my weight program I am just wondering if the fat burner will make me lose weight that would be negative for my gains.

Cannot do them at the same time, if you are trying to gain weight, some fat comes along with that. I would run your 4 week gainer first. Read up about fat burners too-a lot of them are thermogenic, they claim to increase body temps to make you sweat more, making you lose water not body fat. To lower body fat you need to eat lean. Hope this helps

    Good choice.

Also, I've been told in the past Muscle Milk is one of the proteins out there that has high sugar/fat content.. just an fyi.
It's too bad work gets in the way of training...gotta get paid though!
