    the last time i had really good tingles i mixed 3gms ba with 2 scoops poseidon-ba + niacin = damn!

  3. just got my tub of meso, used a full scoop for my first time and it is really amazing. lasted me for 2-3hours and im home now still wanting more! good buy

  4. I get em in the head too!Head and arms with meso.And for ^^^^this guy don't overtrain on the meso.It's true i can train for 4 hours full out on it.......but doesn't mean i should.

  6. Second day that I felt the Meso was able to lift me above my cold. Missed a couple reps on my last bench set but I was rushing for a spotter so I didn't get my rest so I think that had more to do with it than anything.

    Worth noting, I seem to have adjusted to the stim as I took a full scoop with no overstim effect whatsoever today. The question from here is does it continue to decline. My guess is yes but most pwo do that. Generally if I don't use it for a couple of days it's right back for a while. That could be a tricky balance since it overstimmed me the first time out.

    All in all. Another really good workout. Good pumps. Happy!

    Thanks again to JD and APS. This is a solid formula for sure. It's different than most I have tried. It seems to walk a fine line with the stim and the focus is not as long lasting for me as some but the balance is really good. Overall I'm very happy with it thus far.

    Oh..and I think maybe the flavor I have is grape. It's a very light flavor. I was used to the Grape N2KTS which is like a purple as hell. LOL.

    Glad your enjoying it!, I thought that I would get used to Meso, but really seems like every workout I feel very high energy, yesterday I felt a little rushed thinking maybe I only need 3/4th scoop lol

  11. Monday will be my first day back into the gym after an injury has kept me out the for the last 2 years..
    Back when I was training the preworkout king was NO EXPLODE! I have heard alot this Mesomorph and APS in general and wanted to know if it was as good as the rumors..

    Start off with half a scoop, then up it to a full one your second workout if you feel half a scoop wasn't too much

    Yeah, do what JD says. I did full scoop first time out and I was all cracked out. LOL.

    I'm not getting any of the overstim feeling anymore from the Meso. Just good clean energy now and the focus has improved for me.

    DB Alt. Curl 35x15
    Camber Bar Curls 90x9,90x8,90x8
    DB Alt Curl 40x8,40x7,40x9
    Incline Curls 35x12,35x10,35x8
    Skull Crushers 90x12,100x12,100x10
    DB Hammer Curls 40x7,40x6,40x6
    BW Dips 1x25
    Dips with 35added 2x25
    DB Rope Push Down 150x12x3

    My arms were burnt and pumped! I don't do these arm workouts often. Today is actually my leg day but I've been bothered by a strain in my groin so I decided working arms sounded like fun for a change.

    The pump was nuts! Now, I added in 3 Ancient Strength Creatine pre workout too. When I put on my sweatshirt that I always wear to the gym when I was leaving...well I couldn't get it on. And, when I did my arms barely fit in it. You could see my biceps through a sweatshirt! Hahhaha! Loved it!

    i am lucky-my arms AND legs grow like crazy when i work them regularly. i wish my abs were more defined, lol.

  34. Nothing new to report really. Another chest/shoulder workout tonight. I've dropped my daily creatine for a while and my strength is dropping off a little. Would be worse without the Meso in the workout.

    I'm easily tolerating the full scoop now so I might try upping it tomorrow a little. Back day so deadlifts are screaming for a little extra push. See what happens!

    That sucks. Yeah, I think I might be skipping mine tonight too. I "tweaked" my groin squatting. I'm worried that deads might hit it. I don't need a swollen nut!

    I know all about that "pain in the ass". 4 years ago I couldn't stand up for weeks my back was so bad. Also couldn't lift my 7lb son for months. That sucked. I've been clawing my way back ever since. Be careful with that!

    So did you hurt your back and the muscle got really weak? I tweaked my back so many times in the last month and it feels so weak now, I'm gonna try and focus on it a lot, really strengthen it up, hopefully that works...

    Yeah I totally screwed it. Had 2 bulging discs and was in bed on painkillers/muscle relaxers for a couple of weeks. Doctors recommended surgery but I said no and kept doing therapy exercises until I could work my way back into the weight room. Did a lot of core work and light weight lifting for 2 years before I stepped it up again. It was a loooonnnngggg road back but here I am. Core strength is critical!!
