Whats your diet/workouts look like
Starting this stack later today, doing 1 pill of each and will slowlyover 2-3 days to full doses per bottle. I had blood work drawn today cause I've wanted to know certain #s for a while (like test e2, etc). Me and friend actually running this and this time around we both doing 1 bottle cycles, so 4 weeks or so. I can post his general comments too. Natty was cool offering advice so I'd love to help back...via a log.
Lil about me, 37 YO male looking to cut/ . I lift weights 4-5 days per week, cardio 2-3 days right now for approx 20 mins with one of my off weights days being a core 30-45 min cardio day.
Lil History...last oct i was 280 lbs, and as of this AM I sit at 199 lbs and I would estimate 19% BF..so I am sitting on a lot of fat.
Im currently eating around 2350 cals during week, around 2600 on Saturdays and on Sundays I got one cheat in there so est my cals may shoot up to around 3500-4k cals. All in all im at a net loss of cals for week and cardio helps the deficit a bit more.
I may not go into details every single day but will include some workouts, some macros and general thoughts every day or two.
I am considering adding the EC stack to this a week into cycle but not sure yet. Any input on this appreciated.....I sorta wanna do an aggressive 4-5 week mini cut before I start my next cycle of something. goal is to lose 8-10 lbs during this window and I anticipate I got a 1-2 lbs of extra water weight still on me.

Test, serum, 507 - range 280-800
Estradoil 23.1 range 7.6-24.6
203 range 109-284
TSH 1.670 range 0.450-4.500
T4 8.6 range 4.5-12
T3 uptake 34 (then says %) range 24-39
Under lipids only ones that concern me are:
HDL Cholesterol 40 range >39
LDL Cholesterol 110 range 0-99 says im high on this one.
I also got some Comp. Metabolic panel and CBC with differential/Platelet if ne1 would like to know something in here. Everything looks normal under these categories.
Now from a lil bit ago...granted i didnt get some of this before and vice versa:
Total test: 510 ng (range 250-1100) This is highest its been...again, test was done around 9am.
Free %: 1.64% (range 1.50-2.20) *this one was 1.05% I think before.
Free: 83.6 pg(range 35-155)
Some other #s I dont know what they mean.....
TSH 3rd generation (353):
.769 uIU (range .510-6.270) *seems real low in the range.
7.6 ug (range for Am is 4.3-22.4 ug)
1.1 n (range.9-1.8)
Whats your diet/workouts look like
If you've never used either Alpha-T2 or Erase before, then just stick to using them. Once you've used a bottle of each, then you could add some EC to the stack and continue for another ~4 weeks. You should easily be able to lose 8-10 pounds with only one bottle of each - a LOT of that will go in the first week, honestly, especially the food and water weight (we often have more than we think we do!)
Overall, I think you'll love this stack. I am looking forward to doing it myself in ~4 weeks.

Being 37, you should see some better results than most others here.
The thyroidial effects of aT2 should affect you more than others, as well as the estrogen suppression and test boost from Erase.
This should be a fantastic ride.

id like to add i got a male blood panel done this morning and will have results back in a few days. i figure if im throwing stuff in my body i should have an idea whats going on in there! lol. i only did test, estradiol, lipids, metabolic panel, igf-1, CBC with diff, thyroid with TSH. was part of this panel on private MD.
To touch on base on diet....oh, to the poster asking about it, I did post the general idea regarding cals in the OP. To add to it, i get (approx) 240-280 protein, 60-80 fats and carb cycle. Cals average about 2350 and keeping them there for now while i monitor (i see on my behind all day!). Currently for carbs; weekends Id say higher, around 300g, 1-2 light days during week @100g carbs, couple moderates, for me is anywhere from 150-180 and high about 250 carbs during week. To make up cals I add in more protein and fats.
all the above really depends how i feel and scale if im losing to fast. i had 108 g carbs yesterday and lost another lb so today im eating more carbs. One thing im playing with is having most my carbs pre meal, pre shake and post shake.
Workouts im on a 4-5 day split. Ive been toying with hitting arms 2x per week, once tris with chest and bis with back then an arms day where i try higher reps, some supersets. arms been responding well i think. When I get into this I will throw up some examples of my workouts. Something like below:
Monday: chest/some tris
Tuesday: Back/some bis
Sat: is arms day, super sets, etc.
So far the arms doing ok when going back into the chest day.

any benefit to taking these pre workouts? i normally take some sort of preworkout drink and not sure if i want to be popping them with it. figure I would pop about 630 am and like 2pm on empty stomach. my workouts about 430 pm and my pre shake around 415. thx!
Just a quick update....i took 1 erase and 1 alphaT2 empty stomach about 30 mins before my workout today. I would have started this AM but forgot pills at home. Of course i dont think i felt anything just starting and all but almost felt a lil energy rush. Friend commented on it also.
Will do 1 of each in AM and 1 of each later in day then if I feel ok will kick it into full swing Sat.
Wanted to eat more today cause of weight loss lil fast. Would love 199lbs tomorrow but would be happy with 200 still.

took 1 of each this AM about 30 mins before breakfast. I feel like gives me energy so i didnt take my black cat with it...least not yet.
Friend is saying hes getting energy too and even made a comment that he felt giddy on the sales floor and wanted to wrestle! lol
hitting gym earlier today so will be taking 2nd dose after gym today. been checking out some bodyforge now and then too for predrink. not bad.
i got to say..i sorta feel odd now. cant really describe it...like ummm sorta outta it a bit almost like a bit im a dream. face feels a lil warm too.

Took 1 erase and 1 alphaT2 around 730 am, then ate like 8am. I then hit up chest and tris...40 mins cardio cause today was my cheat meal with my son! so about 30 mins before eating i had another erase and alphaT2. going to do the 3 and 3 today but sorta spaced before i jump into 2 and 1 (to equal 3)
Not sure if it was from the erase/alphaT2 stack or the sizeon max i took about 2 hours before i did the cardio, but HBPM were def much easier to get up on the stepper today.
Feeling tired from the workout/eats not.
Am down to 197.5 lbs as of this morning, FYI.
Added in I took the 3rd erase and alpha-T2 today. Lil late at 730pm but I wouldnt mind staying up a bit later tonight!
Had to fight my cravings to cheat again today, glad my son didnt want to eat!
Tomorrow may be doing breakfast with him, not sure yet. Should still be able to keep it 3k-3500 cals which is about my maint.
