Aight this is going to be a 3 month bulk and I have lost good amount of muscles during my cut but I can see them coming back from the last couple of days that I have been bulking.

Carbs: 600+g(I have to calculate to get the exact number)
Protein: 300+g
Fats: 6-9 serving of PB
Workout:
I like to do 4 sets of 6-8 reps but on some body parts I hit it better if I do light weight 15 reps(sometimes 20). I do drop sets at the last set(4-8 sets on the drop sets) and I also like to have 4-8 sets for the warm up at the beginning of my workout. Also I like to do jump sets so I would finish my workouts quicker and keep the pump going. If you have any questions about my workout feel free to ask.
Expectation:
I'm expecting to get all my size back and then some since I still have all my strength. Also from all the reviews I've read all of them mentioned that they lost 1-2% BF. So I would like to drop 1-2% BF but I don't think with the way I'm eating I will.
