The Log: OEP AND TT-33(LOG)!!!!
Hey guys Lues here to give you guys the final review on these two products. I ran these products for a month worth and I liked the results a lot. Now before I start I want to tell you guys that I made a mistake by not having enough fat and carb intake so I did lose a quite bit of muscles. 3/4" around my arms and 1.5+" on my quads but this was my very first cut and I learn a lot form it. I did overall of 8-9 weeks of cut and I went from 205+lbs to 179.4lbs
Before I start I want to thank: HereToStudy, Maxximal, and Rochabp! You guys helped me out a lot and you probably had to clean your mailbox couple of times because of me Also thanks to all of you guys who followed my log you guys kept me going and helped me to push myself(and do those cardios)when I just wanted chill.
The energy on it was pretty good. When I woke up and took it first thing in the morning it woke me up immediately and I was ready to go. Taking it in the afternoon also helped cause some days I was just OUT and it gave me a little energy to get my ass up and moving.
Fat loss: 5/10(by itself) 8/10(when stacked)
I had used OEP for the 3 weeks before I started the OEP and stack and I lost 5lbs on it but I had hit plateau at the second week so bad that I could not drop a single decimal or even 1/16" around my waist. But when stacked I noticed a lot better and faster fat loss.
Thermogenic Effect: 8/10
The first couple of days I took OEP I was hot as a mother fukker. I sweated a lot more and it was insane. But after couple of days I got used to it and everything was back to normal.
Aight if you look around you could find OEP for $31 and thats pretty damn good price for a fat loss supplement. Hell I found it for $23 one time
OEP its an ok fat loss but I personally think that if you want to see its full potential you need to stack it with supplements like TT-33 or Alpha T-2.
We I took it by itself it gave a little energy but not that much. Nothing that would make me go "wow!" But when stacked with OEP it worked a lot better.
Fat loss: 7/10
Target fat loss:8/10
The fat loss was amazing. It helped me plateau bust like nothing so I could of easily kept going. Every time I felt nothing was happening I would of just changed the dosing and the next day I would of seen an improvement on the scale and on the measuring tape. My dosage were like 1/1/1/1- 2/2- 2/1/1 I noticed that a lot of the fat went from my upper abs, lower abs(which is very hard for me to get rid of), and lower chest(which I still haven't been able to get rid of all of it ).
It's $20! Like for real what else can I give it. Its $20 for a month worth. $20!!!!
Overall strength: 8/10
My strength was pretty darn good during this stack it only started going down the last two weeks(only on concentrated DB curl and incline DB press) and that was also when I lost most of the muscles but I got stronger on the lat pull down and I plateau busted on flat bench press. But right now that I'm bulking my strength is back to were it was from what I can tell(I haven't tried incline DB press though).
Overall of this stack: 7.5/10
I loved the results and like I've said before I lost muscles cause of my own stupidity. It's an amazing stack and everybody should give it a shot.
I cant find the cord to the camera but I'm going to find it and post the pictures so don't worry there is going to be before and after pictures.
WARNING: Never take 4 caps of OEP!!! Just trust me DO NOT take 4 caps. If you do...well...don't make any planes for afterward.
TT-33 makes you lethargic but you'll get used to it but if you change your dosing from 1/1/1/1 to 2/2 then you'll be lethargic again for sometime until your used to it. But the first couple of days be ready to stay up for a good while. Other than that you should be fine.
