    First I would like to thank Primordial Performance for offering this stack and selecting me as a logger so I can share my feelings/reviews of the stack with others.
    For those not familiar, the fat loss stack + AndroHard includes Green Tea, CLA (shipment delayed), Dermatherm Target and AndoHard (Androsterone).

    I will be dosing this according to the layout PP provided as below.




    Other supplements I’ll be running are multi, fish oil, protein pwdr, super cissus Rx and occasional pre-w/o for stim effects when needed. Pre w/o is maximize V2.

    20 minutes of cardio after workout. Usually at 4.0 speed and 3.0 incline.


    Diet - Carb Cycling
    Monday – High Carb. 6 meals total with 3 meals containing carbs and fruit.
    Tuesday – Low Carb. 6 meals total with 2 meals containing carbs and fruit.
    Wednesday – No Carb. 6 meals containing protein, fats and veggies (minimal carbs)
    Thursday - High Carb. 6 meals total with 3 meals containing carbs and fruit.
    Friday - No Carb. 6 meals containing protein, fats and veggies (minimal carbs)
    Saturday - Low Carb. 6 meals total with 2 meals containing carbs and fruit.
    Sunday - No Carb. 6 meals containing protein, fats and veggies (minimal carbs)

    Some other notes – Just got blood work results from Dr. yesterday and all is good on that front.

    I have been battling a little tendinitis in my shoulder lately so I’ve ordered some Super Cissus to help out. It’s nothing real painful right now, after stretching for a bit, my range of motion is good, but benching and overhead presses are painful.

    Also, about a year ago I found out I had a ruptured disk in my lower back. After months of rehab, my lower back pain is gone. But the Dr. directed me to not perform any exercises where I’m in a vertical position and have weights bearing down on back which may compress the spine and cause pain to come back. So basically I’ve cut out squats (replaced with front squats) and I don’t go as heavy with overhead shoulder presses. So far so good with this approach and back pain.

    My ultimate goal is to get sub 10% BF without losing any strength.

  5. Day 1 - Aug 12

    Morning
    Green Tea - 1 cap in the morning, 1 cap Post W/o, 1 cap dinner

    AndroHard - Morining, dosed 5ml. I didn't have my dosing schedule and forgot how much I was supposed to take, so I followed dosing instructions on bottle and took 5ml instead of 3. I dosed 3ml at dinner. From other reviews I've read, people have stated getting mental clarity, drive and an overall boost shortly after ingesting AH, but I didn't feel anything as far as the 1st day goes.

    Dermatherm - 2 pumps in the morning on the midsection. Skin turned a reddish color. Smell was a nice cinnamon scent. My wife even commented on the pleasant smell.

    Training
    I was not able to work out Wed, so I had to combine Legs and Shoulders.
    Front Squats - 3x6 @ 185
    Leg Press - 3x6 @ 300
    Single Leg Extension - 2x6 @ 80
    Lying Leg Curls - 2x6 @ 163
    Stiff DL - 2x6 @ 285

    Seated Military Press - 2x6 @ 100 (shoulder pain was definately there)
    DB Upright Rows - 2x6 @ 55
    DB Lateral - 2x6 @ 25

    No time to do abs or cardio, had to take my son (age 5) to football practice and my daughter (age 7) to cheerleading practice.

    Diet
    Morning - Shake (1/2 cup of oatmeal, 3tsp of natty pb, 1 scoop of choc protein pwder and cinnamon)
    Lunch - Grilled Chicken with Green beans, 1/2 apple, fish oil,
    Post W/O - Grilled Chicken with Green beans, 1/2 apple, 1 cap of green tea
    Dinner - Due to lack of time had to make a stop at Subway. Got a chicken salad sub on wheat loaded with veggies and pepperjack cheese.
    Night - Cottage Cheese mixed with 1/2 scoop of choc. protein pwder, 3tsp on natty pb and cinnamon)

    Other notes - It was interesting I woke up yesterday feeling fine but about 10 minutes after dosing my AndroHard my throat got a little sore. I didn't think much about it because as the day went on the pain went away, but after dosing my AndroHard at night, my throat begain to hurt again. Not sure if this is coincidense or not but I'll keep a check on it.

    Glad you jumped in, I'm hoping to get 10% or below at the end. I've found my abs start showing pretty nicely in the low 9's.

    * I dig that you too do the cottage cheese + protein + Natty PB combo before bed. I love it and have it 4-5 times a week. I wake up dry and full everytime after I have it, best bedtime snack there is!

    LOL, I've been running the cottage cheese combo for about 2 to 3 years now. I have it every night before bed. I love it. After all this time I still haven't gotten tired of it.

    And yes eye candy is welcomed

    Morning

    AndroHard - dosed 3ml 7am, 7pm. I think I started feeling the mental clarity/boost from Andro today. More on that below in notes section.

    Dermatherm - 2 pumps in the morning on the midsection. I think you guys should bottle the smell up as a cologne/pheromone as my wife loves it.

    Training
    full court bball for 1.5 hours. These are pick-up games with wide range of talent from ex-div 1 college players to varsity highschool. The team I was on today was pretty good. We never lost a game, so I ran the entire time.

    Diet - No Carb day
    Morning - Shake (1/2 cup of oatmeal, 3tsp of natty pb, 1 scoop of choc protein pwder and cinnamon)
    Lunch - omlette with egg whites and veggies (no cheese)
    Post W/O - Grilled chicken salad loaded with veggies
    Dinner - Family wanted to go to hamburger joint so I got a hamburger steak with onions. Was about the healthiest thing they had.
    Night - Cottage Cheese mixed with 1/2 scoop of choc. protein pwder, 3tsp on natty pb and cinnamon)

    Other notes - Regarding the AndoHard. I believe the mental boost kicked in today. Not sure how many of you guys play bball, but on some days you just feel like an average player and some days you have an abudance of confidence and feel like an all-star. Well today was an all-star type day. I felt like no one could check me today. I just had that eye of the tiger feeling where I just wanted to abuse people on the court and then start talking smack to them.

  29. Im really interested in this combo. subbed for sure. Ive used the fat loss stack before for good results, but I ran out ( need to pick up some more ). Using Androhard with this is something I never really thought of before, but it sounds very synergistic. I like the addition of super cissus too. Good luck, and hit it hard.
