    Another Alpha T2 log....


    Started this today, took 1 this morn before 30 min cardio, lifecycle

    I'm at day 12 pct from 8 wk epi cycle. Good cycle, dropped from 245 to 235 adding lots of strength lean muscle, didn't shut me down much at all but kinda fatigued. Did 4 days light toremefine, now:

    formadrol extreme: 2 x 2
    6 bromo: 1 x 2
    testojack: 1 x 2
    divanex: 1 x 2
    jack3d: 1 scoop pre-cardio
    anadraulic state gt: 2 scoops before weights (its in the mail)

    Looking to drop 6-8 lbs in 4 wks and retain strenght, muscle from cycle.

    I'll be doing 6 cardio sessions per wk, alternate swim (30 laps), lifecycle (30-50 minutes, usually 30)

    I'll lift 4-5 times per wk, chest, legs, back, shlders, chest

    Diet is on.

    I may add broncaid and yohimine hcl to stack depending on how i feel. Also have some Albuterol. I'll just see how i feel and add stuff but i don't like feeling jittery which Albuterol makes me feel sometimes. So far so good, felt slight chills this morning, slight thermogenic effect but very tolerable.

    Question: I've got fish oil, cla, and sesamin coming from planet. Is it good to add fats w/ Alpha, ie fish, cla, sesamin or will that lessen its effect as its already breaking down body fat?

    90 x 7

    db declines:
    70 x 7
    80 x 7
    90 x 7
    95 x 7

    db flies:
    40 x 7
    45 x 7
    50 x 7
    55 x 7
    60 x 6
    65 x 5

    db inclines (not happy w/ this, going back to smith mach for these or incorporate in):
    50 x 7
    60 x 7
    70 x 7

    I think i'll separate decline/inclines on separate days so chest 2 times wk. I respond well to high volum on chest/legs.

    db close grip:
    45 x 7

    55 x 7
    60 x 7
    65 x 7

    20 min on life cycle

    This is mid wk on 3rd wk PCT from epi cycle. So far I'm maintaining most of my strength.

    Alpha effects:

    Slight chills sporadically like Albuterol chills but much less intense and only the first 3-4 days. Not feeling them much now.

    Thermogenic effect: felt 1 to 2 degrees hotter first 3-4 days, you want to turn down the AC 2 degrees of so. Not so intense tho and and I don't feel it much now at day 7. I'm sweating alot more during cardio/weights ie when I exert myself, that should be expected.

    Slight agitation/nervousness first 3-4 days esp. in morning on empty stomach before cardio. This might be due to Jack3d as well. Very tolerable tho.

    Improved bowel movements

    I havent been sleeping well since PCT, just tossing/turning sometimes 3-4 hrs sleep. You want to try and get good sleep on this stuff, your more agitated when you don't. I've taken xanax .5 mg twice and melotin .25mg other days. Still trying to get sleeping pattern ironed out. I think this is most important factor w/ feeling good. Can't really blame the Alpha for this but I don't think it helps w/ sleep.

    Striations in shoulders/pecs increasing

    Slight increase in vascularity in foreams, bis, pecs

    So far so good but can't really make an assessment yet, too early.

    Its all diet and consistency so I'll try and stay on that and we'll see....

    Studies have shown that 3,3'-T2 is more effective in raising resting metabolic rate when hypothyroid subjects are treated with T3, than when normal (euthyroid) subjects are given T3

    hey looks good except dont you think that you should stay on a SERM for atleast 4 weeks since you ran a 2 month cycle? IMO i would to be on the safe side if you have it theres no point not using it and if you dont restart your HPTA your going to only drop your Testosterone lower as you begin to cut and Drop Calorie levels which will leave you more fatigued and begin to lose Strength at a faster rate

    If the cycle was anything other than epi then yes I'd be running SERM longer. My libido was strong throughout cycle and ok day 1 of PCT. Epi just doesn't shut my nuts down at all. I was mainly concerned about an estrogen rebound (I have gyno from mega-trn cycle 2 yrs ago). I wouldn't advise anyone to not run SERM, and I'll be running clomid/nolva for upcoming h-drol cycle I'm planning. Epi is just an amazing compound for me. Past 2 yrs all I've run is 5 epi cycles. I just hate the dry joints and I don't know if I'll run a ph 8 wks again. The body/liver begins to exhaust, lethargy, sets in about 6wk mark and you don't get much last 2 wks. That exhaustion (overwok in gym too) has just carried into PCT. I'm fine just not feeling as energized as I'd like and sleep isn't great. I wouldn't advise anytone to run Alpha in PCT but it hasn't been bad so far.

    Any fat loss agent in PCT can be tough, but glad youre pulling through nicely.

    The sound of the dry joints makes me cringe

    I've been as low as 227 but got scared so upped cals. This is gonna be a SLOW recomp/cut. This is my dosing now at wk end of 4th wk PCT:

    Alpha: 2 x 2 (6 and 2pm)
    Formadrol xt: 1 x 2
    6 bromo: 1 x 2
    Testojack: 2 x 2 (increase)
    Divanex: 2 x 2 (increase)
    Anadraulic st: 3 scoops pre workout
    Jack3d: 1 or 2 scoops pre cardio
    NOW green tea: 1 x 2 (I drink 2 or 3 cups of green tea too)

    Tomorrow I drop Form to 1 a day, next wk I drop 6 bromo to 1 a day.

    Libido up, maintaining mass/strength from cycle.

    I'm neutral on the Anadraulic st but I think its helping a little w/ strength, not overly impressed but its cost effective.

    I like Jackd3d but my tolerance to geranium goes up quickly, but I can definitey feel it when its working, sometimes makes me edgy tho.

    I don't feel the Alpha much at day 16, to me thats good. I sweat a ton during cardio tho, good indication of thermo effect. Waste is little smaller, reduction in lower back fat. 36-inch parnts getting loose. Was pushing 40-inches before epi cycle. Starting to see more definition in upper back (fairly significant), tris, chest, striations in shoulders/pecs a little, forearm tightness/twitching, some vasodilation in biceps, so seeing slight recomp effect.

    I prob started Alpha @ 17 to 17.5 body fat. I'm guessing I'm now in the 16.5 to 17 range, going down slowly (its all diet and work!). The effects I think may be increasing, that is you feel it the first wk, then don't feel it but the sweat/thermo but I'm definitely seeing slight recomp, waste/back fat reducing a little, upper body recomping a little.

    I've got some Slin-sane. D-aspartic acid, and Flashover coming. I'll add the Slin for recomp see if it does anything, I'm out of Jack3d the Flashover looks to be about the same so be interesting to compare the 2. I'll prob hold a wk or so on the DAA before I begin experimenting with it. Also 12g fish, 4g cla, 3g sesamin.

    So far so good, I'm loosing a little fat and maintianing mass/strenght.

    Sleep is better than it was 2 wks ago but not great. 4-6 hrs is normal for me I'm an insomniac. I took .5 xanax slept deep for 7hrs feel great today but xanax is evil addicting and I don't take it for more than 2-3 days in a row.

    Melotonin works at low dose, .25-.50 but it gives me a bad hangover for 1-3 hrs next day and its not deep sleep and doesn't work as well as xanax.

    Drinking 1-2 whiskeys/scotches etc works sometimes. Ain't bad but aint good.

    Generally I'll struggle for a while then get back into a good sleep pattern, for me 5-6 hrs sleep. 7-8 is rare but better.

    klonipin is my desperation drug-prescribed for my insomnia. at2 actually helped my sleep, sorry to hear it didn't help you. look at somnidren by mst-great for sleep.

    Klonopin and xanax are same thing, klonopin has a longer half life doesn't hit as hard but lasts longer. Both are booze in pill form. Slept great last night 6hrs w/ .50 melotonin and 2 Advils. Maybe aspirin is the missing ingredient!

    I'm thinking of Ghenerate and GH1 and I have some DAA on the way, prob go good together. Looking at the Somnidren and Comatose as well.

    I'm starting wk 5 pct dosing 2 x 1 Formadrol xt and 2 x 1 6 bromo. Which dose should I lessen first, Form or bromo?

    just because you dont "feel" shut down does not mean u arent

    Epistane is a fully active steroid- for 8 weeks- chances are u are shutdown

    get bloodwork done then I will believe it- not trying to bash just saying man in all probability- your test is low

    Like I said I don't recommend doing what I did but I don't regret it. The lower I go on Form and bromo the stronger I'm getting, the Divanex (good stuff!) and Testojack is kicking in. I was 232 4wks ago I'm 230 today, losing body fat not mass. This has been one of the best cycles/pcts I've had, just gotta push thru sometimes. I feel pretty darn good and better each day.
