    Well with supplements I'm on right now, it's Sustain Alpha, HCGenerate, Need2slin and N2KTS that I find is helping the most, I'm feeling really good on this stack.

    I havn't had the best training in the last 2 weeks, but thats from nagging little injuries and work. But I plan on killing it from hear on out to Aug 21st, I'll be entering 185lbs grappling tourny, it's been way to long now and I need to start competing consistently.

    I felt ok grappling, I was a little behind one of my training partners today, he just seemed to be able to get the extra step faster, but hes peaking for his fight coming up as well.

    I'm resting thursday, my body just isn't responding today, will rest friday since I have to work all night, but when I get back saturday morning I'll take a nap then hit the gym and do some grappling, then work saturday all night, rest sunday.

    Starting monday I'm gonna kick training up a notch, I'm really motivated, I'm gonna get a lot of grappling, cardio and conditioning in the next 2 weeks.

    ugh my new Job keeps calling me for shifts out of no where, I had to work yesterday so I was only able to train once(Day20 will post soon) and I almost had to do another 8 hour shift right after my shift, thank God they never ended up needing me, or todays workouts would have sucked lol

    Hows it taste LOL well I'm taking the topical so I'll be honest I havn't tasted it yet lol ahaha but I'm putting on 5-6 pumps a day, drys up much better then the Dermacrine and smells kinda like green tea

    Thanks! aha it's all good, as long as I have a good group like yourself, Dr.D, Kristofer68SS, UKstrength,Andrew732 and Carpee watching then thats enough motivation to keep my logs up to date and not slack Plus I'm logging this on need2buildmuscle, so I get some extra motivation there too

    Yup I bulked up to 208lbs on Dermacrine, now cutting down to 185lbs, only took me like 3-4 weeks to lose 23lbs 3 more days untill my grappling tourny!!!

    Thusday I put lots of rounds of grappling in, it was a crazy session, ate very low cal, low carb.

    Friday rested up, only had a couple protein shakes with water and 4 peices of fish, it sucked lol

    SATURDAY!!!- tourny day!!! I'll be honest, my muscles and joints were hurting bad, but my mind and determination wanted it more then anything, I went against some pretty good guys, but I'm relentless and took 1st home

    The 1 guy almost got me in a guillotine, when I mean almost, It was super tight, I would never tap, but I was hoping for his arm to gas out before I pass out cause he was squeezing hard and his arm gassed

    I'm super Pumped, I wanna focus on a lot of stand up and conditioning for a bit now, maybe 6 weeks, still adding in grappling tho, but after about 6 weeks I'm gonna look for another grappling tourny or amateur mma fight.

    I'll see how everything goes with training, but if I do another grappling tourny after that one I will focus on competing in mma fights.

    Thoughts
    On this stack I really had some amazing training, I went up to 198lbs-208lbs on Dermacrine when Bulking and then with the NeedToBuildMuscle stack I went from 208lbs-184lbs for my tounry, I feel like the **** stack and Sustain Alpha worked better for me then the Dermacrine did, I was able to cut cals by A LOT and drop lots of fat and by the end I was lifting pretty much the same weight I was lifting at 208lbs.

    I'm very happy with NeedToBuildMuscle and Primordial performance, I feel like they are the 2 best supplement companies out there.
    I'm will be using both companies supplements in the future.

    I plan on doing a fat burning stack next with in a few weeks, which I won't be logging, but after that 6 week stack, I will log the stack after that.

    Which will be Dermacrine LV, AndroHard, GPLC, N2KTS etc

    But untill then Imma train my ass off get more hours in at work and enter another tourny, get Gold again Then I will log that stack which will be my pre amatuer mma fight stack
