Receive my bottle of Free Test this afternoon so I'll be starting tomorrow morning aka. Jun. 5th. Starting out with a kick-ass chest workout tomorrow afternoon. Unfortunately I ran out of drive today and my other bottle won't arrive until Jun. 11th . Might go find another sample bottle at the Vitamin shoppe or something. Tryin to gain a about 10-15 more lbs while on this cycle and retaining a decent BF%(sub 14% at least). Will also be lookin for 4000calories a day with a macronutrient ratio of 40/30/30 pro/carb/fat. Something like that. Weighing in at 170.4 this morning with a BF% of 12.5. Lets do work!
Muscle Hardness / Density
Been on Drive for a month now and my muscles have definitely went from a 6 to an 8 just from that so we'll see where we can go from there.
Not sure where my maxes are at but the latest squat max I tried was @ 315lbs and I just barely couldn't get it. I think my bench max is probably around 205lbs and I'd say that's a fairly accurate measurement.
As of today I have approx 12.5%BF according to my Accu-Measure BF calipers.
Weight Gain /Fat Loss
put on 8 lbs clean bulking in the last month with drive, went from 163.0 to 170.4. So there is my starting point for Free Test. 170.4 lbs.
Before starting Drive: 5/10. Now: 8.5/10.
Feeling rather tired lately and it has been kind of buffing me. Otherwise 7/10. Stress at school isn't helping either >
