    Receive my bottle of Free Test this afternoon so I'll be starting tomorrow morning aka. Jun. 5th. Starting out with a kick-ass chest workout tomorrow afternoon. Unfortunately I ran out of drive today and my other bottle won't arrive until Jun. 11th . Might go find another sample bottle at the Vitamin shoppe or something. Tryin to gain a about 10-15 more lbs while on this cycle and retaining a decent BF%(sub 14% at least). Will also be lookin for 4000calories a day with a macronutrient ratio of 40/30/30 pro/carb/fat. Something like that. Weighing in at 170.4 this morning with a BF% of 12.5. Lets do work!

    Muscle Hardness / Density
    Been on Drive for a month now and my muscles have definitely went from a 6 to an 8 just from that so we'll see where we can go from there.

    Strength Gain
    Not sure where my maxes are at but the latest squat max I tried was @ 315lbs and I just barely couldn't get it. I think my bench max is probably around 205lbs and I'd say that's a fairly accurate measurement.

    Body Composition
    As of today I have approx 12.5%BF according to my Accu-Measure BF calipers.

    Weight Gain /Fat Loss
    put on 8 lbs clean bulking in the last month with drive, went from 163.0 to 170.4. So there is my starting point for Free Test. 170.4 lbs.

    Libido
    Before starting Drive: 5/10. Now: 8.5/10.

    Mood
    Feeling rather tired lately and it has been kind of buffing me. Otherwise 7/10. Stress at school isn't helping either >

    Just maxed on bench this morning... Good news I put up 235lbs on flat bench woop woop! That's a PR for me. Very happy about it.

    Feelin pretty good, free test prolly hasn't kicked in yet tho so 8/10

    Weight Training:

    Flat BB Bench: Maxed at 235lbs. 185x7, 185x6, 185x6
    Incline BB bench: 135x12, 155x6, 155x6
    Decline BB bench: (gettin worn out here :<) 185x6, 165x7, 165x7
    Pec Fly machine: 90x10 for 3 sets with a good 1-3-1 speed.
    Push ups: (Death :x) 15x3

    I was dyin at the end of this workout but It felt great. Good start so far!

    feels nice, chest and shoulders are killin me though. But you gotta love the feeling of a good workout from a day or two passed

    Feelin good on legs today. PR of 315 on squats. Haven't maxed on squats in a while so not sure if this is super awesome or not :P

    Body Composition
    weighed in at 169.2 this morning with a BF% of ~12

    Feelin pretty good, but still stressed a bit from school. Happy about my gains thus far though! Don't really think I feel the Free Test kickin in hard yet however. 8/10

    Leg Day:
    Squats: 135x15 warmup, 315 max, 245x6, 245x6, 245x6
    BB Lunges: 110x10 each leg for 3 sets.... This was intense, I was sweating buckets but I refused to give up. So hardcore lol.
    Leg Curl: 185x10, 200x10, 200x10
    Standing Calf Raise: 135x15, 135x12, 135x10, 135x8 drop set to 95x10 then 55x10. The way I do calf raises is a little different and I don't know, ive never really worked calves as you can see by the weight, but I hold in the up position for a good 2-3 seconds and then release for a second and then go back up and hold.

    Overall feelin pretty beastly and post workout downed some pre-load creatine complex by ON and a double scoop of NutraPro protein. Going to be switching to a mass gainer in a week though to try and pack on some extra lbs.

    Good work out, arms were about to explode afterwords. Still don't really think i'm feelin the full effect of free test yet, but hopefully in the next few days i'll start really truckin.

    another rest day, but only because our mandatory PT was cancelled due to intense winds :\. Plus my legs and lower back are KILLIN ME! I even drank a ton of BCAAs for this reason. bleh. Oh well tomorrow should be a killer chest workout.

    Startin to feel the effects of Free Test I think and miraculously, I think I may be losing BF while going up in weight :\

    Day 10:


    Days 8 and 9 were both rest days, been busy over the weekend financing and buying a new care :/ At least I got wheels now!

    Anyway Had a pretty good back exercise today and seemed to have been losing body fat a long with gaining some weight... kinda funky but I'll take it!

    (Basic) Back:
    Power Cleans: Warmup- 105x12, 135x10,155x5,155x5

    Lat Pull-downs: 150x10, 150x10, 150x10

    Seated rows: 135x10, 135x10, 135x10

    Shrugs: 95x10, 110x10(wasnt getting a good ROM and full pinch so I dropped weight) 80x10 (this set felt great)

    Cardio: Treadmill uphill 15% incline @ 4mph with a 2 or 3 5mph runs scattered throughout for a minute. 3 minute cooldown then the good ol sauna.

    Muscle Hardness / Density
    feelin it a bit more 7.5/10

    Strength Gain
    Still goin up a bit gotta make it to my next rotation of flat bunch of DB and or BB. 7/10

    Body Composition
    9/10, lookin pretty solid now... maybe even less BF.

    Weight Gain /Fat Loss
    9/10, up 5 lbs and down a half % of BF?

    Libido
    It's almost annoying lol. 11/10

    Mood
    The GF is gone for a week and I have raging libido and a gnarly test week comin up But I still feel alright 7/10

    Everything seems to slowly be improving. I added Drive and a Mass gaining protein shake into the mix so these next couple weeks should be a blast.

    9/10 Slowly climbing. Definitely feeling an improvement here.

    Strength Gain
    9/10. Pretty dang apparent seeing as how I've had 2 prs already. 1 on bench and 1 on squat, and yesterday I did 85lb dumbells for 6 reps >.< Gonna max out again on bench next week. see how we're doing.

    Body Composition
    still 8/10, but seeing as how i've gone up 8 lbs so far and have only gained 1-2%BF in 3 weeks, it's not bad.

    8/10 mainly like the above statement.

    10/10. Not sure if it's this stuff and drive combined or what but it's wild.

    8/10. Stress, school, but feeling great all around.

    Been really busy with school and homework and the gym and now I've picked up some martial arts practice (which is amazing and helping every aspect of my workouts btw ) That's why I haven't really had the time to put forth much effort on this but i'm doin my best! (Done many similar workouts in the past few days as the ones in my previous posts.)

    9/10 Definitely harder muscles at this point.

    9/10. Same as last time, been feeling pretty beat because of the extra grappling training... my joints are killin me.

    9/10 For all the same reasons.

    Strength Gain
    9/10. Hopefully will put up a ton on bench this coming week and bump this up to a 10.

    9/10. Been packing away calories like a mad man. Read next.

    Weight Gain /Fat Loss
    9.5/10, Been dissapointed in my weight gain thus far, however it has been all lean gains even through a rather dirty bulk. I have gained about 5lbs since starting free test but have only gone up about .5% BF. Not bad.

    Libido
    10/10, still ragin...

    Mood
    Today is Thursday.. tomorrow is friday and i'm looking forward to a nice couple of rest days this weekend. 9/10.


    Abs & Cardio:
    Today I went to the gym and belted out 1000 crunches and 15 minutes on the stationary bike. 4 minutes warmup, 6 minutes HIIT 20 seconds effort 10 seconds off, 4 minutes cooldown.

    9/10 Feeling pretty good, but I could really use a lot more work before getting to the 10.

    Strength Gain
    8/10 overall, did get some PRs but not nearly as much as I thought I would get while taking Free test and drive.

    Body Composition
    8/10, feeling more flabby today.

    Weight Gain /Fat Loss
    8/10, wanted to gain a lot more weight and I guess i can really only blame myself... but if my calculations are correct I've been taking in at least 4000 calories a day :S

    10/10, as always

    7/10 my mood always corresponds to the amount of vacation I get within 24 hours of the current time lol.
