well, after seeing all my buds logging this with great results i thought i had better give it a try.
took 4 caps when i got back from gym this morning, i had just eaten my post workout meal 45 minutes before and to be honest didn't feel much from it. i got up around usual time feeling much the same as usual. tomorrow i will try different dosing. i will wait till afternoon when i usually take a nap and try it on a totally empty stomach.
this was on me, i know better than to take an hgh booster that close to post workout meal.
