It has been a long time cometh since I've unleashed the pure broiling hate that is me on a log. :gives: you may say, well I say I that is who. I will be doing my own workout, a combination of some westside principles, The Bible (The Arnold version that is), some built like a badass, Workout for Warriors, as well as some other of my personal favorite torture routines all in the name of gettin recomp or die tryin. I have been bulking for some time now and have put on some decent size but some unwanted bulk as well. I weighed in at 214 lbs. today dry weight. My goal at the end of the next 2 months is to be 218-220 and lose about 2-3% bf. Strength must continue to rise, and endurance will rise as well.

Now for the cast of supplements that will be helping me on my way through the mean streets of recompville.

Had a great sweat going, pace was intense as well as the pump. Day 2 was a rest day just ate some quality calories and relaxing, will do a leg and ab day tomorrow as well as some cardio.

I was away this weekend but did some abs, cardio, and pushups each day, also went on a zipline course and crushed it. I will be doing chest and back tomorrow. On the supplement side of things I have more oily skin than usual, and my libido is on the rise, no pun intended.

only thing id rec you throw in is pp's BETA-ALANINE and ASGT from lg I feel thows would help out alot also with a rise in endurance and preworkout kick.

cant wait too see the end result of this one. :)

I've never tried beta alanine, but I will definitely add it, found it cheap on pp's website,

According to the label the only ingredient is beta alanine, which is nice I hate some of the extra fillers that some companies throw in, not a fan of putting random junk in my body.

Today is a rest day, worked 12 hours, diet was on point. I will be doing some stretching tonight for recovery, getting some good sleep then off to the gym for legs and abs in the morning. I have been getting some great sleep lately, been waking up refreshed and ready to go. I know powerfull helps with sleep but can the tcf-1 or sustain alpha help as well? No major sides to report so far. Libido is still on the rise, muscles are feeling full and hard. Upper body was not sore at all from yesterdays workout, just a pumped feeling but no lactic acid burn.

I figured I'd throw in my diet, here it is:

Preworkout: 1 scoop nutrapro, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 10 cc tcf-1
Wait 45 minutes then 3 scoops glycocarn, 30 minutes later 3 caps powerfull
Postworkout: 2 scoops waxy maize starch, iBCAA's, 1/2 scoop gatorade powder... 20 minutes later 1.5 scoops nutrapro in 1.5 cups skim milk, MVI
Meal 1: 5 eggs, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 caps cla
Meal 2: 1 scoop whey, 1/2 cup nuts
Meal 3: 8-10 oz lean meat, 2 cups brown rice, MVI
Meal 4: 8-10 oz lean meat, 1 cup brown rice
Prebed: 2 caps powerfull... wait 30 minutes 1 tbsp flax oil, 2 caps cla, 1 scoop myofusion, 1 cup skim milk, sustain alpha, melatonin, vit c, zinc, magnesium

Some tough workouts but still not very sore, end of the first round of tcf-1 today, time for 12 days off. Really noticing some nice test boosting effects, libido, acne on back, slight aggression, mood improvement, and strength are all on the rise. Have not noticed any gi upset like some people taking bulk daa have.

I picked up the insanity dvds from a friend, don't worry I did not pay for them. Going to use it for cardio as often as I can. Skin has cleared up as this is day 3 off the tcf-1, still have a massive libido. Aggression has stabalized, feeling very confident. Strength and recovery is awesome, really noticing the addiction of the ibcaa's. Thinking about picking up some phytotest, what does everyone think?

Hit up the beach today and did some running, also did the p90x stretch dvd, worked up a good sweat. Skin is clearing up, libido still up, loving this stack so far.

Really having some great energy and recovery, ibcaa's and glycocarn are really surprising me as how well they work, tons of clean energy and no crash.

Almost out of my powerful, I think it was a nice addition to this stack.

Alright today was a rest day, going to do some stretching tonight and then its legs tomorrow, probably some light cardio as well. Diet has been on point thus far, been doing the monsterbench diet, did it once before and liked it. Just as a side night, harder erections, yes erections not erection, and large semen volume was noticed about 10 minutes ago. I attribute it to the phyto test.

Just finished legs, one hell of a workout, started jack3d today 2 scoops, on another I will be comparing different preworkouts, more on that later.

Had another intiment encounter last night, that's a double for me yesterday, its my gf though didn't really take much trying. Libido is still high, skin actually clearing, tcf 1 must have really been kicking that up, felt strong today, almost puked which is nice on leg day. Recovery is up, did some foam roller on my lats they were sore, chest and triceps not very sore today. Mood is kinda null today, not sad not happy, looking a tad bit leaner, I will post up some before pics soon that were taken at the start of the tcf 1, they willl conclude after my pct is finished so not for some time now.

Strength was huge today, had some morning sex which usually takes about 50 lbs offf my max effort work, so today was a decent day considering. Recovery has been great, not much soreness, libido is still high, skin clearing, mood today kinda depressed. Will continue to monitor and see how mood goes, urine smelling different, not quite maple syrup yet though.

Tons of energy last two workouts, recovery between sets is improved. Not nearly as much soreness in the back as after last weeks workout. Libido has reached a whole new level. I'm getting hard ons out of no where, literally. And scrubs don't hide a boner very well, although I have been getting a lot of wow you look good lately from my coworkers. Lets see if I can make that happen. Did some flexing in the mirror today after the chest workout, I know super super homo, but I'm definately looking fuller and slightly more cut, been considering adding androhard into the end of the cycle, kinda wanna see if it can get me ripped and increase my strength still.

Quick bicep workout today, tomorrow is another floor press day, looking to hit some good numbers! Yes working 12 hours then a lift is tough, was dragging during my warmup but after my 2nd set really picked it up for the leg day. Arms still pumped right now. Skin is clearing nicely, just a few zits nothing terrible. Libido is stable, nothing negative to note as of now, recovery is great, legs are slightly sore but not terrible. Working on my tan today and hopefully getting laid, it is Friday night after all.

Hit 385 easy then tried for 2 but paused too long and triceps couldn't fully contract from the floor. Feeling great, will weigh in today and see where I am at. The gf says I'm looking like I'm on something, so must be significant changes in body composition. Tonight is back then off to work, will update tonight at work.

Great pump today, arms looked new jack citied. Feeling strong, libodo is level, mood is slightly better than yesterday, hunger has increased over last week or so. Looking leaner, feeling harder, and I keep putting up big numbers, so far so good.

I'm definately down atleast 1%, after the cycle I'll post up before and after pics for comparison. Adding in the androhard whenever it comes in, should be anyday now.

Ok today went well, changing things up a bit and going for more of a body building split, adding 2 days of steady state cardio as well to help out with the recomp.

Shoulders, cardio

Machine military front/rear/seated laterals 3x8

Incline walk 30 minutes
Tomorrow will be a recovery day, nothing but sleep, floating in the pool, and eating.

Get that Androhard yet buddy?
Had a slight mix up with method of payment, I clicked one of the wrong boxes I guess, I contacted primordial performance's customer service and they fixed it right up for me, they even added free shipping for my trouble, which was my fault in the first place. Stand up company pp should be proud of themselves.

I am eagerly awaiting the androhard, I am gonna tear the gym up tomorrow with legs, watch out. In other news myself and the gf broke up, cry me a river I know, I'm not sad about that, I am distraught over the fact that once the androhard comes in, add that to the dermacrine and phytotest, and tcf-1 that will be coming back into play, I am gonna need someone to take all that test out on, I do however have a few grams of azithromycin on hand just in case any std's come my way. Damn I'm a scum bag.

Good workout, legs felt strong, core gave out first on squats, back still not recovered from the dl, overall good day, hope my androhard comes in soon

Had a great pump, pretty sore after all that volume, also ran at the beach did 2 miles barefoot, will use shoes next time sore as hell. Libido is stable, skin is slightly more oily than usual, mood is neither happy nor sad, energy is steady at about 20% above normal.
