It has been a long time cometh since I've unleashed the pure broiling hate that is me on a log. :gives: you may say, well I say I that is who. I will be doing my own workout, a combination of some westside principles, The Bible (The Arnold version that is), some built like a badass, Workout for Warriors, as well as some other of my personal favorite torture routines all in the name of gettin recomp or die tryin. I have been bulking for some time now and have put on some decent size but some unwanted bulk as well. I weighed in at 214 lbs. today dry weight. My goal at the end of the next 2 months is to be 218-220 and lose about 2-3% bf. Strength must continue to rise, and endurance will rise as well.
