OK Most of you know me, I am somewhat new, been running a workout log and learning a lot since I showed up a month or two ago :D

1 thing I learned is if you put pictures of hotties in your log more people track it $$$ so expect lots of pictures of hotties, and feel free to post your own! I will throw in a random pic of something that is probably not hot, but hilarious :D

Workout

I am in the middle of an HST routine right now, my first day of 5 reps was yesterday.

Flat Bench: 150x5 - 3 sets + 5lbs per workout for 2 weeks
Squat: 185x5x - 3 sets + 10 lbs per workout for 2 weeks
Deadlift: 200x5x - 3 sets + 5kg per workout for 2 weeks
Dips: 35x5x - 3 sets - will stay at 35 until 5RM day, then 45
Calf Raise: 470x5x - 3 sets +20lbs per workout for 2 weeks
Tri extension: 65x5x - 3 sets +5lbs per workout for 2 weeks
Chinups: 25x5x - 3 sets - will stay at 25 til 5RM day, then 35
Shrug: 150x5x - 3 sets + 5lbs per workout for 2 weeks
B.O. Row: 130x5x - 3 sets +5lbs per workout for 2 weeks
BB curl: 75x5x - 3 sets - may raise at 5RM day.

I will be judging this Hemavol stuff on:

1. Vascularity: it says it makes em big, so I will check

2. Pump: it says I will feel my muscles swelling with first dose

3. Focus: once again, because it says it does it :)

4. Longevity: it says increased effects with each dose...will log for 30 days

5. Strength

Anything else you guys want me to watch for, let me know

Me too, the iForce guys all said run the stack so I just took some slin-sane and an extra shake for my carbs, poppin the hemavol shortly

OK...It's been 20 minutes since I downed the 10th pill...took it with my pre-wo of 1 scoop ignite and 1 scoop creatine...didnt put the wms in pre today...then I took my pre-wo dump, which smelled disturbingly similar to WMS...

My chest and arms feel like I am flexing right now...I'm not flexing.....

I threw in some db curls to test the pumpage a little more: 35x6 25x6

Hemavol/Slin Sane: I took slinsane 1 hr pre, drank a shake 15min later, took hemavolx10 15mins later with 1litre water + 1scoop ignite and 1scoop creatine.

Before I left I was feeling like I was flexing...

At the gym I got better than normal vascularity by my 2nd warmup set for bench...only 95x10...

Doing BB curls I have massive veinage popping out on the inside of my forearms...looked like brains lol.

I measured my pumps about 15mins post gym, after doing some pushups to get a little more in, gained about 1/8" to arms and about 1/2" on chest over normal pumps.

Mental focus was there for sure...as was a little extra strength...if you look at my HST log in my sig, I was having trouble with 95 on Mil press...I knocked out 100 today, 3rd set was tough but I got it.

Breaks were shorter than normal, and I had the focus to actually time them lol...

Now it must be mentioned that this workout is not a pump workout at all, and I am extremely impressed so far just gaining 1/8" to arms from some puny curls at the end...

Next workout I will bring my tape to the gym so I can get some measurements 1sec after I finish...

It's too early to give it a point rating but I am very impressed with the first workout...

This is going to be a 30 day log, I finish HST up in a few weeks and the last week or so I will do a split to get some pumps on purpouse with drop sets at the end and all...here's to hoping the Hemavol increases its effectiveness each dose like they say it will!

Pump was nuts today...I was getting pumps in my lower forearms closer to my wrist, totally weird and they hurt like hell, was also pumped in my elbow area and it messed my curls up lol

Forearm: 13"
Biceps: 15 1/4"
Chest: 44"
Calves: 16 1/8"
Thigh: 24.5"

Vascularity is also nuts, I can't wait until I start doing a split...I may burst a vein or 10 :p

Energy is great, I am increasing weight every time and staying in the gym the same amount of time whereas before the hemavol/slin sane I would increase time in gym as weights went up

Strength, hard to tell if it's up because I haven't really guaged my real maxes since starting this routine.

Longevity: I would say the claim that iForce makes about Hemavol effects increasing each dose is most definately accurate...I mean a 1/2" difference in my chest and forearms and 1/8" in my biceps when I am not even doing a routine for pumps is just nuts...

I have 3 more workouts on my 5rep time for HST, I think I am going to stop after that instead of dropping to 3reps, and take 1 week off to rest, then start a split so I can get a solid 3 weeks of better pumps from this stuff...

Took my hemavol and went at it. I hurt my rotator cuff last workout, and wasn't expecting much this time at all, but it didnt hold me back at all (except mil press)

I had some gnarly wrist pump, still weird lol. I had like 1 inch around my wrists =x

Only 2 more workouts of this left, then I am swapping to a 4 day split, so going to have a much bigger pump to report on :D

Next workout as in two days: will be the same + weight :D

Last HST workout is 6/6 and it will be the same + I will just go as high as I can and do drops until I can't move for all exercises! I'll probably throw a bunch more in too, because after that I have to take a week off lifting so I will be crushing everything I can to grow as much as I can in that week

Next workout as in routine: hmm looking at doing a 4 day split...chest/back/bi-tri/legs perhaps? I was thinking about doing 5x5 form starr or ripptoe, but I think I want more reps for awhile. I definitely want to incorporate as many compounds as possible, probably 2 per day or more..was doing full body HST in order to build a base, and I think it is good to start smashing sections of my body now :D

Decline press

cable flys
elbow in dips

Legs:
Squat

I had CRAZY focus today, I was pumped as hell to get to the gym and just felt like I could destroy the earth.

I also noticed I had some burst blood veins in my thighs when I got back to the trailer.

I would assume that is because I ran...but it may have been from squats, either way it means hemavol is nuts, and very much powerful lol...
