That girl is wearing a Texas Longhorn bikini. I like her less than I originally thought. Considerably less

    IM BACK

OK, I am back from the break

    Here's the new routine

    A1: Decline Bench Press: 135lbs
    x10, x10, x10, x10, x9, x8, x9.5, x8, x7, x7+2

    A2: Chin-Up: Body Weight
    x10, x10, x10, x10, x10, x10, x8, x10, x8, x9

    B1: Incline DB Fly: 25lbs
    x10, x10, x10

B2: One Arm DB Row: 45lbs
    x10, x10, x10

As you can imagine, the pump was nuts. Honestly I think the pump may have been interfering for some of those last reps of decline press.

Focus is totally insane, probably from the 46,000% DV of B12 lol

Took a week off lifting so the continuity portion is getting a gap, going to be going solid for 6 weeks though.

I also noticed my bottle does not seem as empty as it should. This stuff actually lasts a little bit.

Tomorrow I am going to start the doseage of 5/5, have a feeling it will be even better

    A1: Squat: 155lbs
    x10,x10,x10,x10,x10,x10, x9, x8, x7, x10

A2: Lying Leg Curl: 15lbs each leg
    50lbs x10 (too much, dropped to 30) x10, x10, x10, x10, x10, x7, x9.5, x9.5, x10

B1: Low cable pull ins: 22lbs
    x20, x20, x20

    B2: Smith Calf Raise: 110lbs
    x20, x20, x20

Leg pumps were not huge or anything, but then again I already have huge legs, I don't think there is much room skin wise for a pump lol. I will say that I attempted to run after this workout and made it .5 miles before I said no.

Still getting the same results on everything though, I couldn't judge the feel as well on leg day, not sure if its my fault though.

Thanks man! Yeah Hemavol is pretty solid, today was my first time doing 5/5, and I was impressed. I had to widen my grip on the decline BB to keep hitting my chest lol..

Sorry about the lazy logging o.O

Hemavol is working like a charm.

I am seeing great focus every single day in the gym, I want to go more every time, but have to cut it because of time constraints pretty often.

Pumps have continued to be insane. I wen for a run this morning and actually had some pain in my calves from pumps. Very odd, since I didn't take any Hemavol lol. I have to change my grip on the bench because I can't go full ROM sometimes.

    Hemavol is some good stuff

That is one thing this old bady is missing... I beat the crap out of my body and rarely get "the pump" I can go to failure in the 5x5 and then want to jump right back on trying to get the pump. Just doenst happen all that often. I am growing but asside from doing very high mid weight reps I do not get the sensation... After the my Natadrol / Formadrol run with the 5x5 I will go back to 8-12 rep sets and shape whatever I come up with till then.

You look like you have things kicked in the back side man. Keep going strong.

Thanks E, I will say that I didn't get any pump with Hemavol from 5 reps, I started it when I was in the last phase of HST, but with the 10x10 routine I am doing now I have nutty pumps. They don't last long but they hurt lol

Sooo Votum this is where you've been. . ahhh i see i see. . i will have to agree. . the 5x5 is a great pride booster and if your a powerlifter is very nice when you plateau and or use when your entering the big vast world of powerlifting. . if your looking for skin bursting pumps you have to have maximum blood flow which imo is that 8-10 rep range. . . i think better than 5 x 5 is the 6-8 range. . .

5x5 is what I will be hitting up when I get back from vacation :P No need to look good after vacation is done so I will have a few more months (if extension happens) to hit it heavier. Although I must admit that 150 10x10 is not exactly chump change...I'd like to be repping 225 here soonish

    Final Review

Here is the Final Review for HEMAVOL.

    Check it out:

    What hemavol claims:
    Cellular Volumization
    Peak Vasodilation
    Anabolic Nutrient Shuttle
    Non-Stimulant Mental Focus
    Increased Effects with Each Dose

    My analysis:

    Cellular Volumization (Pump): 9/10
There is no doubt that hemavol gives you a pump. Every chest workout I had, the pump was there. In fact I had to change grips sometimes because the pump was painful. I burst some blood veins in my legs once too.

    Peak Vasodilation: 7/10
To be honest I did not notice extreme vasodilation, but then again my BF was a bit too high to tell. I know my forearms were nutty, and towards the end (BF lowered) I could see veins in my shoulders.

    Anabolic Nutrient Shuttle: NA
This goes hand in hand with pump and veins. No way to judge on it, but since I had pumps and bigger veins it naturally meets this claim, increased blood = increased nutrients.

    Non-Stimulant Mental Focus: 10/10
Focus on this was the most noticeable. Often times I had things ot do and just wanted to stay in the gym. I had a one track mind. All the vit B in this stuff is intense, and you will definitely feel it! I was using ASGT most of the time with it, and those two together are very nice

Increased Effects with Each Dose: 9/10
True. Dose 1 I did notice, but not extreme. By Dose 10 I was going nutty Obviously there is a limit, you are not going to keep getting more and more pump and such, but you can definitely tell the effects are increasing as you go on.

Dosage: You can take either 5 pills at wake-up, 5 pre-wo, or all 10 pre-wo. I tried both, and had a better experience with 5/5. With 5/5 I was waiting to hit the gym, with 10 pre it would hit me 10 mins into my workout or so.

Note: Make sure to drink a ton of water with them. I had the best results when drinking 1 litre. You need the extra water for the pump.

    Value: 6/10
If you have the money, it is a greta product. I would not buy it for 50 dollars, even though it does last a full month, but I got it on sale, and if you find a good sale then go for it!
    http://www.nutraplanet.com/product/i...-160-tabs.html

    Overall: 8/10
Experience with these types of products is not huge for me, I am rather new and have only used a few pre-workouts. I will say the focus was my favorite part of this. I was never feeling off when I took it. The pumps were great as well, and I would recommend stacking it with whatever pre-workout you are using, not using it alone. I think the synergistic effects are very good. The citruline malate and B12 are just sexy additions to whatever you have going. If those are not already in your pre-wo, then stick them together and prepare to have your mind blown! Main reason for docking 2 points is the price, at $50 there are better options, but if its on sale then go for it! And it is!
