I start my slin shot this comming week. Something I did do last 30 days is consume very little carbs as I was taking a GH product. This 30 days I will still keep my carbs low except post workout with slin shot. For every 14 grams of whey protein/milk protein has 38 grams of carbs. I will take 2 servings and a slin shot post work out. I look foward to seeing if I gain only muscle from this 30 days.

lunges 3 sets 50lbs 6 sets
leg press 665lbs 1 set 6 reps
leg extention 3 sets 6 reps 200lbs
leg curl 3 sets 6 reps 100lbs
I feel pumped post work out could it that slin shot is working already? I will tell you tomorrow

I than took two caps waited a bit then took my shake. I also added some con cret as a source of creatine.
I will see if I look pumped or full.
Dumbell inclined 65/70 6 reps than when it came to 80 got in 2.5 reps.
Incline pressed 165lbs 6 reps 3 sets
Cable flyed 3 sets 25/30/30 6 reps than held my chest in for 1 minute for a deep stretch
tricep cable push down 65/70/75 6 reps 3 sets
cable kick back 35lbs 3 sets 6 reps

I felt pumped yesterday
Post work out. 30 grams of protein isolation 78 grams of fast acting carbs.
Than I added another 20 grams of caseine hydro from vpx zero carb 45 minutes later since the slin shot should have made the 30 grams work really fast.
Today was back.

Cable row 160/170/180 3 sets 6 reps
pull ups 10/20/25/30 6 reps
dead lift 235/275/285 6 reps
than I dropped a 25 pound plAte on my foot on accident.
Yesterday I did biceps forams and abs.

Workout partner threw up so we ended it short.
I ended up muscle stimming and today I can't walk.

What am I supposed to feel. Pumped? I mean I lift heavy and I feel pumped to begin with.

I felt awesome i ran out of my post work out shake so i did bean and cheese burito 80 grams of carbs 30 grams of protein. Felt awesome today. Last time I squatted 225 I did not even go to 90 degrees so i had to work my way back up. Well ladies i did it today i wish i could have filmed it

Incline barbell bench 185/190/195 6 reps butt was not 100% flat but next week will be better
