I start my slin shot this comming week. Something I did do last 30 days is consume very little carbs as I was taking a GH product. This 30 days I will still keep my carbs low except post workout with slin shot. For every 14 grams of whey protein isolation/milk protein isolation has 38 grams of carbs. I will take 2 servings and a slin shot post work out. I look foward to seeing if I gain only muscle from this 30 days.

Just got done with my pills and post work out shake.
Smith squated 3 sets 6 reps 185+ smith bar
lunges 3 sets 50lbs 6 sets
leg press 665lbs 1 set 6 reps
leg extention 3 sets 6 reps 200lbs
leg curl 3 sets 6 reps 100lbs
I feel pumped post work out could it that slin shot is working already? I will tell you tomorrow

i recommend creatine 15 minutes after taking slinshot. i am using creapure, and grape juice.

Shoulders last night.
Dumb bell pressed 60/65/70 each at 6 reps
barbell pressesd standing 115lbs 3 sets
side laterals 25/30 2 sets and 1 set 6 reps.
Cable cross over 17lbs 3 sets 6 reps
I than took two caps waited a bit then took my shake. I also added some con cret as a source of creatine.
I will see if I look pumped or full.

Dumbell inclined 65/70 6 reps than when it came to 80 got in 2.5 reps.
Incline pressed 165lbs 6 reps 3 sets
Cable flyed 3 sets 25/30/30 6 reps than held my chest in for 1 minute for a deep stretch
tricep cable push down 65/70/75 6 reps 3 sets
cable kick back 35lbs 3 sets 6 reps
cable extention 100lbs 2 sets

I felt pumped yesterday



Post work out. 30 grams of protein isolation 78 grams of fast acting carbs.

Than I added another 20 grams of caseine hydro from vpx zero carb 45 minutes later since the slin shot should have made the 30 grams work really fast.

cable pull down preacher curl each hand 25lbs 3 sets 6 reps
reverse curls 3 sets on cable 60lbs
forams cable row machine 3 sets 6 reps 100lbs

Abs muscle stimed it.

I did legs last night.
180+ bar 3 sets on smith machine.
Lunges 40lbs 3 sets 6 reps.
Workout partner threw up so we ended it short.
I ended up muscle stimming and today I can't walk.

Post work out shake slin shake.

Hit the gym hard. Dumb bell pressed 60/65/70 6 reps by my self. Side laterals 25 3 sets 6 reps. Machine pressed all of it. 3 sets 6 reps. cable side laterales 3 sets 35lbs 6 reps.

I felt awesome i ran out of my post work out shake so i did bean and cheese burito 80 grams of carbs 30 grams of protein. Felt awesome today. Last time I squatted 225 I did not even go to 90 degrees so i had to work my way back up. Well ladies i did it today i wish i could have filmed it

The cool thing was my form and depth was there. That's what made it exciting. Btw my triceps are hella sore right now. I can't even bend my bicep

Holy dear god man that is the worst form I have ever seen. I am not being a **** but you are one unlucky day away from being effected for the rest of your life. This is no joke, please learn how to keep your back straight and dip your hips. Your legs should not lock out until he end of the movement. Please man I know from experience and my form wasn't half as bad as that and I will never be the same and my workouts are changed forever.

SO yesterday and today I did the same as last week as my wriste is killing me from martial arts. The only thing I Did less in weight was my dead lift 325 vs 345 but I did not hunch as much since my hams and quads were not sore.

Do you deadlift at the end or the beginning?

On back day, I usually start with deads. You might also want to try some rack pulls. I love those.

My trainer also told me start from dead lifts as it takes the most amount of energy and guess what I love it.

What do you mean rack pulls. I do weighted pull ups 25lbs sometimes 30. Love them. I am willing to try rack pulls.

Weighed my self. Im at a 135. I started at 133 so I am up 2lbs. Awesome. Wish it could be more but 2lbs so far is not bad at all. My bf is still the same as when I started.

So I have about a week or two left of this. I am also taking it on the weekends too just not posting and I usually take the caps with breakfast which has my protein shake 80 grams of carbs and my omega 3's at about 4 grams.
