    I'm around 210 to 215. I have been taking it with lower weights lately because I have been nursing a back injery. That will just not go away.

    And I really think I have to change my workouts around because I have been doing these workouts for about 6 months now so I think it is time for a change.

    HA No offense taken. That was about two years ago. I have done alot of cuts and because I would like to lose the belly and tone up. Trying to get around 10% to 12% BF if not lower.

  10. I've been doing a constant bulk for the fast few years haha. I hate cutting, but I'm actually doing it now. Pretty much eating a lean and clean diet, running alot more, But im taking the Natabolic Stack and that really gave me a huge burst of strength so Its hard not to lift like a beast.
