    get up and go stack (unsponsered) aplha2 and OEP.


    well gang my other log was the starting of my bulk . now i ended that and going into my weight loss phase since picking up a little more weight than wanted plus water weight obviously so decided this stack.


    This stack will be done 4 weeks for now . (probably will up it to 8 weeks , gotta get the funds !!)

    stats...

    Height: 5'6
    Weight: 172
    Bodyfat: 20.8

    Will i be doing pics ? Not until the end . but believe me already took starting pics and will finish with pics but will keep track of weight. Not sure if daily or once a week. (what do u all think?) --when i do weight it will be right as soon as i get up in the morning .

    Training schedule

    Monday: Shoulders/Triceps/Traps followed by Low-intensity cardio: treadmill 30 minutes at 3.0mph and a 12 degrees incline

    Tuesday: Quads/Hamstrings followed by Low-intensity cardio: treadmill 30 minutes at 3.0mph and a 12 degrees incline

    Wed: OFF

    Thursday: Back/Rear delts followed by Low-intensity cardio: treadmill 30 minutes at 3.0mph and a 12 degrees incline

    Friday: Chest/Biceps followed by Low-intensity cardio: treadmill 30 minutes at 3.0mph and a 12 degrees incline

    sat : Low-intensity cardio: treadmill 45 minutes at 3.0mph and a 12 degrees incline

    Sun: OFF

    ha will do it by weight and u know i hate the fat pics so to speak . but also for dramatic pics doing it this way . i may take a transform pic after 4 weeks and then final at 8 weeks i will do that deal

    I'll be following along too. And since you asked, I don't see the point of weighing in daily, just do it once per week. Depending on what you ate, drank, etc it could fluctuate a bit day to day.

    Mc loving this workout today. i know last week i judged uber low so pumped up the intenisty . So crazy insane today. so dead on today .

    Today was crazy started my supp routine. I could have done forever on cardio . Extreme focus'd and just was like i can do this . It was like deer in headlights . BOOM BOOM POW ..and rock'd it out. I didn't lower the speed at all . and usually i do cause i am dog tired. so loving it so far . Bar is raised.

    Are you running Vitamn C as a cort-control? If you're running PCt with this, do not drop your cals. You will lose gains as well as fat!

    i'm running vit c ..cause normal supp that we dont get enuf of . i will stay on target for the calories and thanks for the tip !!!

    Mdrol and epi is serious haha.

    I'm not sure on the dose for cort control with vit C but I'd definitely consider something to counter cortisol spikes in weeks 2-4 of PCT, especially since you want to lean out during this time and your running a stim. I use Relora @ 900-1500 mg a day cause it's cheap and it works for me. Just my .02 cents

    backlog ....april 24th ....(comp was down. weigh in tomorrow )


    cardio day

    45 min @ 12 incline with the speed of 3.0. Just glided thru it while watch THS : hulk hogan ...guilty pleasure ... but other than that rest day tomorrow however i am going to pull myself in the gym and do at least 45 min more cardio whether it be run or jog but i wanna do something just to kick my metabolism up and keep it guessing and then go back to normal training as usual.

    Everything is giong as planned thus far may actually up the calories (at least protein ...cause i think IMO losing some size as well. ) So will stick with the low carb but at least feel the muscle a tad more.

    Other than that nothing to report just coasting along . Next week i will be adding ab exercises twice a week. probably will be wed and sundays . cause as the bodyfat drops i wanna be able to see the abs.

    5 miles on treadmill no incline done in 1.18:35 ..shew sweating but made my goal for today to kinda jump start metabolism.

    I alternated from 3.0 speed to 5.0 and last .50 miles ran all out at 5.2 ..

    results.

    well week 1 is down. I hadnt been on computer issues.

    weigh in : 170 pounds
    bodyfat : 19.3 percent

    so down 2 pounds and 1.5 percent bodyfat ..so thats pretty good in my opinion and hopefully will continue to lose bodyfat . goal is back down to 12 percent . so we shall see. what i like about the product is yes i sweat but no jitter feeling and no spikes of up and down. so soild product thus far !


    going to workout later tonight . so even at this rate in 4 weeks . maybe 16% bodyfat. but trying for lower. and then at 8 weeks 12 percent . so we shall see. I want like 10 percent but happy with 12 . since i just got done bulking .

    Good day today shoulder was acting strange but going to add more fish oil and animal flex. so should be ok. but good workout . Found that i can do more weights with Hammer strength cause its single weights for each arm so switched to those hence why lower in weight but i feel like it got more Umph and pump .
