Topical Fat Burners - What to expect?

What is a realistic expectation from using topical fat burners? Is it really going to spot reduce FAT or does it just make you sweat out sub-dermal water?

Is this a product for someone who already has a 6-pack and is looking to bring out more definition or can someone with a beer gut take advantage of these kinds of products?

Not much. Most say they only work on a calorie deficet diet. Well all weight loss products work on a calorie deficet diet. My wife has tried nearly all of them an she has yet to find one that has much impact.

Someone with a beer gut needs a diet and exercise. Not a miracle product. They are more so for people looking for a little extra boost with definition.
