Cool BDub's in an ANADRAULIC STATE of mind (a sponsored ASGT log)

LG was kind enough to let me log their new pre workout product, ANADRAULIC STATE GT.

Here is a little information regarding the product:

    Name: anadraulic_gt_large[1].jpg
Views: 1294
Size: 117.7 KB

The indisputable EMPEROR of pre-workout formulas has finally arrived…again!
LG Sciences new, long-awaited, reformulated pre-workout product is here!

    Anadraulic State GT: Special Edition
    What has changed?
Our customers asked for it, so we’re delivering it. The new and improved Anadraulic State GT: Special Edition lacks nothing in its complex design.
Unlike our competitors who promise you a “new and improved formula” that simply means their most powerful ingredients have been stripped from the product to accommodate government regulations, we have actually kept everything, and added more, all in beyond-effective doses! We have…

    • Vastly Improved the Flavor (Strawberry Lemonade)
    • Added a Higher Creatine Content
    • Provided a More Advanced SARM Complex
    • Created Smoother and More Hard-kicking and Focused Energy with NO CRASH
    • Pumped up the Servings
    • Lowered the Cost

What should you expect to see from Anadraulic State GT: Special Edition?
    AS-GTSE may improve your…

    • Endurance and Energy
    • Pumps and Muscle Density
    • Fat loss and Vascularity
    • Testosterone Output
    • Sexual Stamina and Performance
    • Muscle Growth and Muscle Quality

How is Anadraulic State GT: Special Edition best used?
AS-GTSE is best used when taken 1hr to 45mins pre-workout on training days, and once in the morning on off days. When extreme pumps are desired, take advantage of our dual-phase technology by combining AS-GTSE with Anadraulic Pump. Simply take AS-GTSE 45mins prior to training, and Anadrauic Pump immediately before training, and prepare yourself for the best workouts of your life!

    Starting Stats:
    Height: 6'1
    Weight: 208
    BF: Around 12%

    Goals while on ASGT:
I a currently 4 weeks into my summer cut phase, so I am trying to get as lean as possible in the next 10 weeks. With ASGT I hope to ramp up my energy, focus, drive, and pump during my workouts. I am trying to maintain/gain LBM while cutting, and I think ASGT will give me the intensity in the gym to achieve this while on a fairly low calorie/low carb diet.

What I will be looking for while on ASGT:
    Pump
    Endurance
    Energy
    Libido
    Strength
    Sides

    Training:
I will be doing a Tabata style routine for the next 10 weeks.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with Tabata, it is a type of HIIT.
Exercises are performed in 8 cycles of 20-second high intensity bouts
followed by 10 seconds of rest. This type of training is supposed to
increase both aerobic capacity, and anaerobic output. Here is the breakdown
    of the routine:

    Workout #1: Chest, Abs
    Push-ups
    Incline Bench Press
    Flat-Bench Dumbbell Press
    Cable Crossover
    Reverse Crunch
    Crunch

    Workout #2: Legs, Calves
    Squat
    Leg Press
    Leg Extension
    Leg Curl
    Standing Calf Raises
    Seated Calf Raises

    Workout #3: Shoulders, Traps
    Overhead Press
    Upright Row
    Lateral Raises
    Reverse Pec-Deck Flye
    Barbell Shrug
    Dumbbell Shrug

    Workout #4: Back, Abs
    Bent Over Row
    Lat Pulldown
    Seated Row
    Straight-Arm Pulldown
    Alternating Oblique Crunch
    Cable Crunch

    Workout #5: Triceps, Biceps, Forearms
    Lying Triceps Extension
    Cable Pressdown
    Overhead Press
    Barbell Curl
    Incline Dumbbell Curl
    Hammer Curl
    Wrist Curl
    Reverse Wrist Curl

This is the program I will be using, but I'll be throwing in a few more things here and there to keep things interesting(Such as Brad's Fab Abs, and some other forms of cardio).

    Nutrition.
As I have never done a true cut before, I am pretty much going with how my body feels. For the first week(starting today), I will be greatly reducing my carbs. The only source of carbs will be from protein powder, and veggies. This is to kick start my body into fat burning mode. After the first week, I will be adding carbs in for post workout, breakfast, and lunch. My aim is to get around 50g of carbs for each of those meals, with a daily total of around 150g. My main sources of protein will be tuna, chicken, and eggs, along with a couple shakes, for a daily total of around 270g. As for fats, I don’t have a total yet, but they will be good fats of course from nuts, avocado, and such.

I will be posting some before pics this evening hopefully.

    Day #1

    Chest/abs

I took 2 scoops of ASGT 45 mins prior to the gym.

    First impression.
The taste was not bad at all. Like someone said before, kindda like lemon propel. The powder mixed very easily, with a little settling at the bottom.
The effects started to hit me about 20 mins after drinking. Started feeling warm, and a little tingly. Energy boost started kicking in after about 30 mins.

I got to the gym right at 7:30

5 min warm up on elliptical
12 pull-ups to get the blood pumping

    Push-ups: 8 sets

    Incline Bench Press: 95x3, 85x2, 75x3

    Flat-Bench Dumbbell Press: 35sx8

Pec Deck: 90x8 (Both cable stations were broken, so the Pec Deck had to do)

Incline hammer press: 180x12, 205x10, 270x8, 180x10 ( This was not part of my workout plan, but I was so pumped I decided to throw in a non-tabata exercise)

    Reverse Crunch: 8 sets

    Crunch: 8 sets

Pump: Awesome chest pump. I was starting to feel pumped after the pull-ups, and it kept getting better throughout the workout.

Endurance: Tabata is brutal, and ASGT really helped me get though the workout, plus a little.

Energy: I was energized the entire time. My intensity did not drop as the workout progressed.

Libido: Too early to feel these effects, but I am looking forward to them. I think the SERM/SARM complex is gonna to good things in the near future!

Strength: I was able to get though more sets before dropping weight tonight. The weights might not seem like a lot, but after 80 reps you get kindda weak. ASGT helped give me that extra push to finish the sets.

Sides: The only side I felt was an increase in body temp, but thats not a bad thing. I was drenched by the end of the workout.

Overall, I am very impressed with ASGT so far. I know its a little early to feel all the effects, but from what I felt tonight, this stuff is gonna be awesome.

Tomorrow morning is legs day, so I better get some beauty sleep. Stay tuned for Day #2.

Alright, I lied. No legs this morning. I woke up at 0400 and was exhausted, so I decided to save legs for after work. Can't wait for round 2!

    Day #2

    Legs Day

I took 2 scoops of ASGT 45 mins prior to hitting the gym.
Once again I felt the tingles and heat about 20 mins later, and was ready to his some legs by the time I got to the gym.

5 min warmup on the elliptical

Squats: 95x8 (I got way past parallel on these, and got a really good stretch)

    Leg Press: 550x4, 500x4

    Leg Curls: 120x8

    Leg Extensions: 90x3, 75x2, 60x1, 45x2

    Seated Calf Raises: 60x3, 50x3, 40x2

Awesome leg workout this afternoon. My legs were pumped and dead afterwards. I could barely walk out of the gym. They are gonna be sore tomorrow. I was sweating like crazy again as well.

Pump: Killer pumps today. Legs felt very full

Endurance: I felt really drained after this workout, but it felt great.

Energy: I don't think I would have been able to go as hard as I did today without ASGT. Helped me push thorough the exhaustion.

Libido: I am not seeing the wife until this weekend, so I will see if its kicking in by then.

Strength: Slowly moving my weights up, and maintaining my form throughout the entire 8 sets.

Sides: Only side is still the bod temp along with the sweat. Good times!

I am about to cook me some turkey and onions cuz that workout left me starving!

Tomorrow morning is Shoulders/Traps day. I'll make it to the gym before work this time.

Hope your legs are as jello as mine. I was good until half way through my supersets of box jumps/sumo deads. The lunges drove the nail in the coffin and the C2 rower 500m x 3 was actually refreshing. Of course it always helps when you get to the gym and decide to start with heavy squats first haha.

    Day #3

    Shoulders/Traps

Woke up at 0400, took 2 scoops of ASGT at 0415, and was out the door to hit the gym by 0500.

5 min warm-up on the elliptical

    12 I am Legend Pull-ups

Smith Machine Press: 105x4, 95x4 (Up 10 lbs on my starting weight from last week. Only made it through 4 sets before dropping though.)

Smith Machine Upright Rows: 95x8 (Up 10 lbs)

    Lateral DB Raises: 15x8

Reverse Pec Deck: 75x8 ( Last week I had to drop to 67.5 on set 6. Made it all the way through this time.)

    BB Shrugs: 145x8 ( up 10 lbs)

DB Shrugs: 60sx8 (up 5 lbs on each DB)

Another great workout this morning. I was a little light-headed for a bit though. I think I might drop my dose to 1.5 tomorrow. Just a little to much stim I think. Other than that it was fun times. I was able to really focus on my form and hit every head. I also added a few more lbs to most my lifts. The delts and traps were toast after the workout.

Pump: I didn't really feel a big pump until the trap sets. They always get me pumped. I did however really feel the burn throughout my entire delts.

Endurance: Upped my weight on most lifts, and was able to finish lifts I had to drop before. Endurance definitely up.

Energy: A little too much at first, but my adjusted and it was on after that.

    Libido: 3 more days!

Strength: As I stated above, weights were up. Good times.

Sides: A little light-headed at first, but that was it. Sweating buckets again.

The legs are gone today. I had a hard time walking down the stairs this morning. I am really feeling it my glutes and calves right now.

I am gonna be working on a testimonial video for ASGT here, so keep an eye out for that in the near future.

Tomorrow is back/abs day. Gonna get beat!

    Day #4

    Back/abs

0400 came nice and early this morning. I was looking forward to ASGT as soon as I got up. I took 1.5 scoops this morning at 0415.

    5 mins warmup on elliptical

    Set of 12 pull-ups

Reverse grip bent over rows: 85x6, 75x2

Lat Pulldowns: 120x5, 105x3(up 15 lbs on my starting weight, lasted 5 sets)

    Wide grip seated rows; 90x8

    Straight arm pulldowns: 100x8

    Cable crunches: 130x15, 140x15, 150x15, 160x15

Weighted side bends: 4 sets of 25 per side with a 45lb plate

I changed it up a little bit on a few of my lifts today to mix things up. It was good times.

Pump: Lats were popping this morning!

Endurance: I powered my way through this work out. Endurance was awesome.

Energy: I was really tired this morning, but the ASGT changed that very quickly.

Libido: I was feeling something today. Not sure if it the upcoming weekend, of the ASGT kicking in.

Strength: Went up on lift, and was able to get good form through all the sets.

Sides: No dizziness today. I think 1.5 scoops is gonna be good for a while.

Tomorrow is Arms day. Can't wait!
