Meal 1- Protein shake with milk
Meal 2- 1 Extra lean hamburger with multi-grain buns, with cheese.
Pre-workout Meal- 1 Scoop of Jack3d
Workout- Back, Biceps, Forearms 4-6 reps
Dumbbell Rows- 6 sets 2 New PR's for DB rows today 140lbs 6 reps and 110lbs 20 reps
Seated Rows- 3 sets
Pull Downs- 3 sets
Barbell Curls- 3 sets
Arnold Curls - 3 sets
Pump Circuit 4-20 reps
Pulldowns(change to 6 diff grips, change every 5 reps)

Appearance: Looks very professional, looks like a great staple combo!
Smell: The Greens have a nice mint smell to it, and the Fish Oil really didn't smell like anything.
Taste: Best Greens I have ever tried, very easy to take down and the Fish Oil was also easy to swallow and no fish brups!
Mixability: Greens mixed right away!
Profile: Looks like a very nice spectrum of ingredients and I'm looking very forward on seeing how I feel with the Greens. I've never been able to consistantly take any other Greens supplement because the taste is so gross, but this stuff tastes good!

I have been off for a week from being sick and having strep throat, but did Chest, tri's, shoulders, Abs and Cardio yesterday and a workout today and some how felt much stronger! This week will be abit of Weights, Cardio and MMA training.
Next week will be focused a lot on Grappling because I have a No-GI Grappling competition coming up April 24th in the Welterweight division 170lbs. Last year I was 195lbs but I was out for awhile from a shoulder injury and it's been about 3 months of hard workouts and I'm ready to compete, never competed at welterweight before, so should be fun, I feel very strong at this weight class.
