Hey, I'm back for another run at AI's testosterone boosting stacks. I'll be running them for a solid month. I will be taking two pills A.M and 2 pills P.M. for both products. This log will be a continuation of my Swole stack log which i have just finished a one month run on it. I'd love to tell you my new workout plan but i've gone back to training instinctively so that my muscles are constantly shocked into growth. My current goals right now are to pack on a little more mass without to much fat, bring the size of my calves up, and bring up my arms a touch more. I plan on getting on stage hopefully in November depending on my wifes health so i have a fair bit of time to pack on some muscle:fest30:. I hope you all enjoy the ride as it's going to be packed full of bonecrushing weights and hopefully lots of muscle growth.

Barbell Military Presses 135x10 / 185x8 / 235x6 / 255x5

Dumbbell Rear Lateral 25x10 / 35x8 / 45x6

Cable Laterals 30x10 / 35x10 / 40x10

Upright Rows 115x10 / 135x10 / 155x7

Tricep Pressdowns 145x10 / 190x10 / 235x7 w/ dropset 120x12 (Sick Pump!!!!!!!!!)

One Arm Dumbbell Extensions 30x10 / 35x10 / 40x10

Notes:
- still absolutely loving the alpha male feeling!!!
- crazy pump in my shoulders today
- tricep strength was a little down today but i still had no problem inflicting pain on them though!
- really happy with how yesterdays workout went

Thanks for joining everyone! I'll be in this morning to destroy legs so numbers will be posted some time this afternoon. Libido is still ridiculously high, with wood being sported like a have a damn kick stand....lol!

Front Squats 135x5 / 185x5 / 235x5 / 285x5 / 335x3 (Felt damn strong on my front squats today, would have gone for a couple of more reps on my max but i didn't have a spot)

One Leg Presses 180x10 / 230x10 / 280x10

Leg Extensions (Dropset) 285x8 / 240x6 / 195x6 / 150x8 (I was limping after this, unbelievable pump!!!)

Lying Leg Curls 70x10 / 90x10 / 110x9

Seated Calf Raises (DC Style) 115x10 (Ouch, these hurt like hell!!!)

Standing Calf Raises 385x8 / 345x10 / 305x12

Notes:
- amazing workout today!!!!
- acne has been flaring up a bit so it's a definite sign for me that my testosterone is up!
- legs are definitely trashed and in need of some recovery time

Well I used to be able to get close to him in front squats, ... not anymore. I think my best ever was 300 for 5.

My long term goal for front squats is to hit 400 for reps. It's going to take some time but i know i'll get there and can only imagine what my legs will look like by then.

Regular Squats with 400+ are bad enough!

I couldn't imagine that kinda weight on front squats! What kind of grip are you using, the crossed arms or the "hang/power clean fingertip" grip?

i'm using the hang / power clean grip as i find the bar chokes me out alot less with this grip.

Yah I have to use folded arms, it chokes a bit sometimes but I can't get the right position for the other grip.

Pro Grip Pulldowns 200x10 / 250x8 / 300x5 w/ dropset 150x10

One Arm T-Bar Rows 90x10 / 115x10 / 140x5 (Strength fell right off as my left shoulder feels a little tweaked but just on this exercise)

Barbell Rows 135x10 / 205x8 / 275x5 (Did these undergrip today and was getting amazing contractions!!!)

Dumbell Shrugs 100x10 / 130x10 / 160x8 ( Haven't gone heavy on these in a long time so i decided to just trash them)

Rope Pullovers (FST-5) 130x10 / 120x10 / 110x10 / 100x10 / 90x10 (Training partner started heavy on these so i decided to just go for it today. Pump was absolutely amazing, felt like my lats were spread like bat wings...LOL!

Notes:
- have been feeling better on this stack than i was on the swole stack! Which is saying a hell of a lot considering how much i enjoyed it.
- felt amazingly strong and just wanted to destroy my training partner today....Aggressive as hell, just wanting to lift heavier and heavier!
- really have enjoying having a training partner again as it drives me to push harder and gets me going on the days i don't have enough drive on my own.
- Still absolutely loving Maniac!

I feel under grip barbell rows hits the lower lats better as well. yeah a good training partner is very inspirational.

My chest feels smashed and trashed today. Todays a day off so i'll be relaxing and chowing down all day long. Absolutely loved the fights last night as i can't stand frank mir and his fat mouth! Plus it kicked ass to watch a GSP dominate once again!

I missed it I love watching GSP very big fan of his. I am resting today too. As a matter of fact I am cooking about 14 lbs of meat on the pit to eat some tonight and weigh out and freeze the rest in single storage bags for some convenience meals.
