PLCAR 1.5 grams AM and 1.5 Preworkout or before bed on nwd's

Then I hope to throw in some pink stuff from USPLabs when I start logging that as well.. quite a lineup!!

I did 7.5 hours of cardio this week and will go down to 4.5 and will be starting HST on Sunday...

I will get some pics up towards the end of the month, I am moving on March 15th and it's a bit busy with my current workload.

Body compostion is about 8.5% give or take at about 218. I will confirm the numbers as I go. I want to get down close to 4-5% in the next 8 weeks which is only about 10 lbs so it's going pretty close to perfect right now. I may actually gain some mass with this lineup, the sky's the limit!!

I am pretty excited about this one, I always love a good Prime run but the CEO dosing is gonna be nuts!! Then AI is coming out with HGHPro and the profile looks fuggin sweet!! Purus chose me to test out their new preworkout muscle marinade which I am hearing good things about and I just can't tell you how excited I am about the Pink Magic... Then the TNA is in there as well and I have been hearing good things about that. Stoked as a staple Pepto Pro, Plcar!!

I really dont see why u wont be gaining muscle up until u walk on stage if ur diet stays tight.

Im gonna have to save up before i hit up that CEO protocol. Currently im on the 69 protocol and will ramp it up to a 15/8 protocol.

15/8 is pretty nasty GoHard, might want to bring those a bit closer even to get more on off days for recovery. DW may have a better idea on that though since he has ran Prime mega dosed.

I've been thinking about that for a long time now and it stands at 15/8 for now due to trying to save up for 2 more cycles of the 69 protocol.

At this rate i may bump it up and hit up a dosing protocol almost exactly like DW save for the CEO style of 21/15. Maybe go to 12/9 then 15/10(on a 5 on two off protocol) as a climax before starting TNA. But im pretty much learning how to does accordingly from DW.

As well as the rest of his stack, im already gonna run something very similar during my next cut so im taking notes. Cant wait for this to get underway!

As long as the dosing is progressive there is a multitude of ways you can dose prime. Find the plateaus in your routine and that's where increased dosage is going to pay off.

Yah that's gotta be my M.O. I try to cover as much as I can think of at all times. To me this is the secret to success in herbal supplementation, get that engine firing on all pistons... I will be turning up the volume on this one for obvious reasons!!
