Body compostion is about 8.5% give or take at about 218. I will confirm the numbers as I go. I want to get down close to 4-5% in the next 8 weeks which is only about 10 lbs so it's going pretty close to perfect right now. I may actually gain some mass with this lineup, the sky's the limit!!
