I'll be runninglv and lv to finish up my bulk until the First week of March then I'll be adding in some Oxyelitepro for a recomp. Right now my calories are at 5000 and I'll be dropping to 3000 for my recomp (might go as low as 2500) . Right now my supps are
Jack3d (on occasions)
/ (I got a good deal)
LV 4ml twice a day (may bump to 5)
Formestane LV 2 ml twice a day on non workout days 3 on workout days
Oxyelitepro first week of March
Possibly (I'll leave that up to you guys)
Full body 35-45 minute workout 4-5 days a week ( to promote growth hormone release and fat burning)
Might do some interval sprints in a couple weeks as well.
Day 1 - just recieved this afternoon. I took my first dose after my workout. Calories are a little low so far today I'm at about 2100 but it not even 3 yet so I'll be ok.
