Tried 1/2 scoop of Somnidren w/ 1 serving of 1-C (took both sublingual) and had a nice workout minus the heavy sweating which is not normal for me. I was sweating so hard you would have thought I was a pedophile at a kids playground. I will have to try Somnidren by itself to compare the workout results. Gonna try the new formula tonight with someto see how sleep goes compared to the old formula.
I find switching it up sometimes like some days doing 1/3 under the tongue and some days doing a full serving can be fun
Upped the dosage of Somnidren last night to 1.5 scoops sublingual, still did not notice being drowsy but was relaxed. Sleep was awesome, very little tossing and turning (unusual for me) and woke up very refreshed. I'm tipping the scales at 227 right now so I may have found the sweet spot for my sleep, 1 scoop is good for relaxation IMO. Have yet to try preworkout, will get to that soon. You may have mentioned this, but have to tried the Somnidren and Rag together Big T?
