Ultra Rag - 1scoop 20 mins prior to work out
Cordygen5 - 3 tabs 45 mins prior
DTP will be on a 2 on 1 off split 2 + 2 + 2
Zmk - 4 caps 1hr to bedtime
Somnidren - 1 scoop 1 hr prior to bedtime

If there are any crituques please let me know what ya'll think stats currently are

rag 30 min before workout, cord5 1-1.5hrs pre-workout, my only critiques.

I'd take the DTP immediately upon waking to support the a.m. anabolic opportunity :)

be sure to l method with the somni.
no food prior to or immediately after both somni and the zmk, macros can blunt absorption and effects of both.
I'm assuming the sublingual method means no food proir or after the taking of zmk and somn togetha?? hahah :32:

the sublingual absorption method is when you place the product underneath your tongue and allow it to absorb for around 60 seconds, then you take a small sip to swish around your mouth and swallow. It really helps increase the effects of the somni. This method won't work for the zmk as it's in pill form.

somnidren sublingual totally rocks and doesnt taste too bad either. I usually squish it down in the scooper with a finger and then dump it to my hand so I have a big solid ball and then right under the tounge!!! You notice the effects right away

DAY 1 The Beginning

COME OOOOOON IIIIINNNNN!!!!! :32: Well everybody!! I would have checked in earlier but with the holiday season there is always some last minute shopping that has to be done!!! I wanted to say that its a great morning to be alive :firedevil: and My back isn't as healed as i thought but i will be tailoring my work outs accordingly!!! hahah I was pushing it in weight a lil bit to see where my breaking point is and i still have some ways to go but i figured that by the end of the week i would be feeling closer to 100%

I'm going to work on breaking down the carb/protein/fat rates so i can get some critiques on that as well but just work with me a lil bit here and by the end it will be flawless!!!

Well let me tell you wha. . .haahah the work out went great minus the irratation in my back! I won't make any assumptions yet due to the fact that it was the first day. I liked to feeling of the Ultra RagNOrak. . . . I have a high stim tolerance with a not so pretty past soo i will bump up to two scoops!!! The Vascularity was nice with the Ultra and can't wait to see as time passes how reps and weight will slowly increase. . . I'm planning on doing legs today. . .with a super set styling!!! so I can't wait to see what happens with vascularity and muscle density!!! I think that is what this stack will help me achieve. . .

ZMK is a great product I am using that now and man it help with my recovery

yes judo!!! hahah i won't lie it will take me a couple a stabs at it to get the hang of it!!! hahah its not that bad but its not that great. . . I've eaten a lot of exotic food but there is something about a brown sugar looking ball that then melts into this citrus like entity in your mouth hahah its crazy as all get out :32:

rag/cordy/dtp pre-workout and somnidren/zmk before bed, damn man you got your bases covered. i told you somnidren/zmk was great for sleep.:veryhappy:

I take somni 45min pre-bed and zmk immediately pre-bed, I seem to get a deeper sleep with this method, must move towards REM that much quicker
only thing that knocks me out better is my prescription klonipin.

Warms Ups Rear/Front Squats 10/10 split Weight only

THis Routine Consists of 4 routines that can be subbed but must be super stetted. I choose this split due to back issues still but don't need to lift big to get big!! :deal: Trust me do this and you'll understand. You must do 20 reps for each exercise.

Front Squat
70 x 20 70 x 20 70 x 20

Hammy Curls
70 x 20 70 x 20 80 x20

Rear Squat
135 x 20 135 x 20 155 x 20

Quad Extension Single Legged [middle/outer/inner]
70 x 21 80 x 21 80 x 21

Summary
Super setting this routine is what makes this soo difficult!! hahah but i will say that todays work out was wonderful!!! I love leg work outs!!! Sorry it took soo long but I'ma busy guy this time of the year!!! hahah I'm starting to SEE VAINS IN MY QUADS BABY!!! HELL YA!!! i will say that this stack already is very nice!! hahah i think its the right combination of test and endurance and all the above baby!! Its still the second day but i will say that it wasn't as bad as it has been in the past!!! The Cordygen5 is something that i'm very interested in but my vascularity is much better with the ragNOrok i will say. . its nice to have the libido and focus boost with DTP!!! I feel like my muscles are harder already but i know this is all placebo

I think that the gains will start coming along next week throught the rest of the stack!!! itS VERY HARD NOT TO STACK ON THE WEIGHT but i need to make sure that i last longer than 5 years haha. I'll get back to were i was. .. i just need to mix up the routines so i can still gain muscle mass!!! I need that foundation as Arnold says. .. . soo all in all i stiffed my calves but i'll bust'm out tomorrow with shoulders and bi's. . . should be interesting but Stiff deads or deads are still out of the question until i know that i can rake on my BACK 100%. . .

Great session man! Remember that the C5, ZMK and S-GH will increase libido and test to a good extent so combined with DTP you should be a walking hormone in no time. Have a great night!

HOLY REPS BATMAN!!

Talk about hitting up that pump.

What is your specific goal for legs? It looks like ur going for endurance and size there but the looks of the intensity and amount of reps. haha did you walk out of the gym or crawl?
Well after this particular leg work out!! i Crawl!!! haha but i'm going for size and endurance so that way when i go to cut weight i'll have some great definition and i love front squats for the sw33ps!!!!!

Now i will say that my updates will be more current but the site and my computer were having a lil war soo here I am know!! BOOM BOOM BOOM :1244: So for i woke up at 7:15 and dosed 2 dtp in the morning Dosing scheme looks like this

DOSING
DTP - 2 tabs - 7:15a.m.
Cordygen5 3 tabs - 10:15
DTP - 2tabs - 10:15
MSM/Glucosamine - 3 caps - 10:15
Ultra ragNOrak - 1.5 scoops - 11:00
Lifting By 12:00

I like this dosing scheme so far!! I was all charged up by 11:30a.m. and by 12:00p.m i'm in the zone baby!!! WOOOOOO WOOOOO!!!

Day 3
Shoulders and Bi's :firedevil:

Warms ups
5 lb weights in each arm streching and swinging for about 10 minutes

Arnolds
45 x 10 45 x 10 60 x 7 60 x 8

Straight Bar Curls
40 x 10 70 x 10 80 x 10 80 x 7

Cross Cable Shoulder Fly's Staring from the bottom and Going up (not sure what its called0
50 x 10 60 x 8 60 x 8
note: left is weaker than right

Cross Body Curls
40 x 5 40 x 5 35 x 8
note: Shoulder was irrated so i need to back off when doing these together. . .this is a bad exercise when coming from teh previous routine.

Standing Cable Curls
60 x 10 60 x 10 60 x 10

Standing 3 delt head raises
20 x 10 17.5 x 10 10 x 10 all super setted

Summary
Hahaha well i took my time with the Arnolds and that left me no time for the other exercises. . . . Doh!!! but its all good baby!!! felt good although i wanted to do sitting military press but not yet!!! Back still isn't 100% but thats to be expected!!!

Vascularity - Is wonderful with this stack!! No more need to be said

Muscle density - I feel is beginning to become better but i'm sure is still placebo but no matter what I like it!!!

LIBIDO - Is becoming out of control!! I would be doing the Libido checks but for all those women out there haha I welcome you to post up haha but I would like this log to appeal to all!!! hahah

Overall - This stack is very wonderful and I suggest it to everyone!!! OMG. .. the focus is wonderful in the gym. . . The aggression is insane and the focus is insane. . . i will say that the sleeping needs to get better. . .two nights ago didn't wake up but i woke up around 4:30 and again at 6:30. . . soo i don't like that because i want to grow in my sleep not grown about my sleep hahah!!!

Food Intake - MOrning - 2 hard boiled eggs/Bacon - egg - wrap/yogart / protein shake. . .

Lunch - office ordered Korean food so can't break that down. . . rice/noodles/squid/chicken/beef/broccoli/and mroe white rice.

I'm eating sushi lata tonight soo i know that will be great and well no drinking during this stack baby!!! hahah its a way of life and i try to only limit myself to a glass of wine. So other than that ya'll thats all i got!! COOOOM OOOONNN IINNNNN!!!!! WWWHHHEEEOOOOOO I"M IN THE ZOOONE BABY!! :shocked:

Sides - starting to notice some pimples poping up on my for head and right cheek but well. . .when you start injesting all these products its to be expected for me. . . . as a mixed black man i have very sensitive skin so it comes with teh territory :32:

hahaha, david you are a trip man. glad you went with dtp instead of dthc, i have tried both and definitely like the dtp.
