Just started my third week (today) using testopro, glycobol and lean xtreme. I've also been using creatine.
My starting stats were as follows...
Weight: 77 Kg (169.4 lbs)
Body fat: ~10%
Current stats
Weight: 79.5 Kg (174.9 lbs)
That's 5.5 lbs in just over 2 weeks. I've probably put on 1 t 1.5 lb of fat!
Aiming to finish this course in a weeks and a half. Should hit 7 lbs. Then do a 4 -5 week ketogenic cut and drop bf to ~ 8% (lowest I've been).
