    Narrative:
    I got a chance to sleep in today!! Woke up around 12, cut my hair, got a shower and then made me some eggs and steak.. Mmmmm! Lounged around and relaxed and then went to get my son from preschool. When I got home I started on some homework before class. I made me a anadraulic drink and drank it while I was reading. About 30 minsI felt it starting to kick in, you know that energized I can do anything feeling. So I jump into my workout. It went great! Strength is still climbing. I didn't get a chance to do the whole full body routine as I had to cut it short and get a shower to leave for class.
    On a side note, I left for class imeadiately afterwards and I did notice an increased focus while in the classroom where I normally day dream and drift off or browse AM forums on my phone. This stuff just keeps getting better and better

    Narrative:
    Worked today 12 hours. Was a gruelling looong day. In the beggining of the day I had dismissed the idea of working out after work being I was feeling so exhausted at work and it was crazy busy. Well closer it came to quitting time I played with the idea of doing a kettlebell workout with some ab work and rotational work. Well the more I thought about it the more I wanted to see how AP would do for me in this type of lifting. And it went good. Although I was tired afterwork I came home, made my drink, started reading a school book while drinking it. Once I got up and started to warm up it hit me and I had that I can take on anything feeling. Energy was through the roof whole workout.

    Took 1 serving pre workout

    Heres the workout:

    Warmup-
    20 burpees

    Workout-
    Kettlebell circuit- done twice

    Swings (2-Hand) x10
    Dead Clean to Press x10 each hand
    Upright Row to Squat x 10
    Halo x 10 each direction
    Around the Body x10 each direction

    (All done with 35lb Kettle Bell and done twice)

    Leg throws with 5lb weight on ankles 1x15
    Seated plate twist- 1x10

  4. Thinking of taking tomorow, saturday, off. I have class for 8 hours where we will go over a new section and then test on a completely different section!!!! After class I was gonna go to the gym but I think ima just rest tomorow and do some yard work, rake some leaves and what not. I'll lift again sunday at home and then monday I will get to the gym and try 3 servings and see if I can muster up the energy to swim after lifting and see how that goes.

    I really wanna try this stuff once I get back into judo, would like to see how the increased energy and drive does to me there. See if I notice an increased aggression or anything different

    Rest Day

    Narrative:

    I had class today.. a 8 hour class!! We went over a chapter and then had a test, I hope I did okay. I failed my last 2 test. I actually think on the days I had class after working out I was more attentive and focused as a result of the AP still in my system. Wonder if it was the geranium or something else.

    Anyway I been cheating all day today, bout to order some chinese food now.. mmm... and then watch a movie with the family and go to bed.

    Tomorow I have work for 12hrs, plans are to lift after work tomorow, I might try 3 servings to see how it goes but I am worried that I might not be able to sleep afterwards. I get home from work around 1030pm and AP takes about 30-45min to kick in and workout last bout a hour for a full body and then shower and cool down.. So not sure if I want to do 3 servings tomorow night.

    I do know monday I definetely will try 3 servings out and see if I can doa full body routine and swim afterwards inbetween my classes. Anyway bout to grub.. later..

    Narrative:
    Worked today 12 hours. Its sunday so I been on carb up saturday and today. I been basically just eating whatever I wanted or can get my hand on. After work I snuck into the gym next door (where I use to belong) and drank my AP and got to lifting. Pumps are coming in a little harder. Tomorow is class and I go back on keto. In between classes I am gonna hit the gym up and get a nice full body workout and then try and get a couple laps in the pool. I will be trying anadraulic pump at 3 servings tomorow!! I have high hopes...

  9. 12 hour shifts suck for working out, when I was doing 12 hour shifts last year I always felt so lazy during my workouts. Logs lookin good!, Keep up the good work

    Narrative:
    Last day of AP I got 7 more scoops out of the bag and that was all there was. Well I had breakfeastthen went to class. After class I had my AP shake and headed to the gym. I lifted then swam some laps in the pool for 15 mins. I swam back and forth across the pool a total of 5.5 times with about a 60 sec rest inbetween sets. After that I had a shake and nuts and went back to school. Took a test and passed!!!! I just have my final friday and school is done!!

    Just wait until you feel them coupled with GHenerate! PAINFUL!

    Make sure that if you're stacking it with AS that you're timing it right. They have to be taken separately or else the creatine in AS may interfere with the nitric oxide uptake of Anadraulic Pump. We designed the two phase system (AS + AP) specifically because of this. Most pre-workout products you see today contain both NO factors AND creatine. That's a huge no-no as one of them is going to be getting wasted.

    I would recomend 1 serving to start out with but trust me your gonna want 2 servings. 2 servings is great man.. 3 was awesome but I think excessive and really depends on the type of workout ur gonna do and duration of it. Like when I did the full body lift and then swam for 15mins 3 servings did me justive. My shoulders were PUMPED!!! but for a regular workout 3 would be too much IMO. And I think 1 would be okay but 2 is just so great. I dunno the profile of purple wrath but I do got some free packets here maybe when my tub comes in ill mix some and see how that goes. Lemme know when you get yours in and if you mix it how it turns out

  22. I'll post how it goes if 1 servng is 3 scoops I was thinking I'll start 2 scoops pre and 2 during my work out. I will be using ghenerate as well it makes me sleepy so I like to sip on a stim during my work out to keep focused. All in all it will be 1 and 1/3 serving to start. Again w. Purple wraath during.

  23. Get it in bud and let me know how it turns out. I'm on the fence now between hgh'up and ghenerate. I'm leaning toward ghenerate as I have felt with LG a couple times and they have such solid products I have a feeling ghenerate won't let me down , how do u like it? I mainly want it for increased REM sleep and recovery.
