Energy 7/10 Felt a little bit tired so got a few decent naps in
Mood/Aggression 9/10 Left 4 Dead 2 will get one going "Die zombies!"
Quality of Training 9/10 Went and got some back bis and abs in at the gym with a friend of mine.
Pump and Vascularity 9/10 Some nice veins going.
Muscle Hardness/ 9/10
Body Composition and Look 8/10
Appetite 5/10 Still had some left overs and they werent safe and neither was chicken and cabbage
Overall Sense of Feeling 9/10
Ready for more gym time.
