My product will be here soon, thus, my Epistane pulse cycle will run as follows. This is my first cycle of PH. I am a Former Fat Boy, who used triathlon and multi-sport the first time around to 'get in shape.' Problem is, I just got skinnier but was still weak
I've been back in the gym for 2+ years and working hard. My objective for the next 2+ months is Recomp:
All doses taken 45 mins before WO and 1-1.5 hours after for a 3+ hour total between doses.
Week 1: 10/20/20
Week 2: 20/30/30
Week 3: Off
Week 4: 30/40/40
Week 5: 40/40/40
Week 6: Off
Week 7: 40/40/40
Week 8: 40/40/40

Pulse Day Supplements: Taurine, Life Support
Off Day Supplements (On Cycle): 50mg Formestane, Sesamin
Off Day Supplements (Off Cycle): 100mg Formestane, Sesamin

Weight Training: Stronglifts 5x5 T/Th/S
Off Day Cardio: 2x per week HIIT-style with sled dragging, hill sprints, box jumps, tire work, etc. Short and intense.

Diet:
On Days: 3,500 cals with 75% of carbs coming in Pre-, PWO and PPWO meals.
Off Days: 2,000 cals with <75g of carbs predominately coming in Pre-, PWO and PPWO meals.
My diet is dialed in ala Berardi and focuses predominately on whole foods, good fats, complex carbs and local, organic quality proteins.
