Hi.

So it is cycle time again.

This time I have decided to go with X-mass 80,80,80,80
And I plan to bridge in Epistane in week 4 at 20,40,40,40

I started the X-mass on June 1st.

My goals are to put on a bit more mass, while working on deff.

Other supps are:
Cycle Assist dosed 4 caps twice a day.
ZMA 3 caps at night.
Whey protein. 3-4, 52 mg shakes a day.
Fish oil, 2 caps 2-3 times a day
Jack3d pre workout 2 1/2 scoops. (My sweet spot)
Taurine 1,000mg as needed.

For PCT I have on hand Tamoxifen citrate: Just in case. Not planing to use it unless,, Well you know.

Main PCT will be:
PCT Assist 3 caps twice a day. and

Advanced PCT 1 cap 3 times a day.

Any advice on PCT is welcome.

I'm 29, 5-4, 185lbs as of 06/01/09

Today I'm at 188lbs.

So far I did notice a bit of agression, and some mood swings the first 2 days, but things seem to have smoothed out. No big deal. :)

I felt more focussed during my workouts, and less time needed between sets
to get ready for the next.
Not sure if that is the X-mass or some changes in diet, and lack of booze. lol.
Yea. I gave up the sauce. lol.

I will be trying to update the log every other day after my workout.

Looks good Bro. This should be a fun lean bulk/recomp. The aggression/easy aggitation was a big one for me the first 2-3 weeks, and I didnt notice a pronounced 'kick in' till about 1.5 weeks.

"Jack3d pre workout 2 1/2 scoops" - Are you kidding me?! I get real hyp'd off 1 scopp and light headed off 1.5! This comming from a guy that is not sensitive to stims, but RPM and this stuff is crazy potent to me.

Day 5.

I had a really good workout today.
There was some good agression and focus on the bench today.
I worked out in my basement so weights were limited but here it is.

BB Flat bench 185x10x3---175x10x2

Flat DB Flys 30x10x2----20x15x2

DB Curls 30x12x4

DB Arnolds 30x10x1---20x15x2

So far so good. Nothing really bad to report. Starting to feel hunger jumping up.
Curent weight is 187lbs.
Also just got around to posting the "Before pics" Yea!!

A day behind my work out, took an extra day off. oops.

Anyway.
Had a great work out today. I worked last night and was tired as hell when when I got home.

Notes: Felt really pumped up today.
It was one of those days I just did not want to stop.
Libido is really high. No sd as of yet.
I have been getting some zits on my back and shoulders. But nothing I can't deal with.
Mood is pretty good, although there are times I can go from 0 to pissed off really quick. Mostley at work, but I'm pretty good at managing it for the most part.

My wife noticed more deff in my arms and shoulders. I'm seeing alot more veins bulging out, both in arms and chest.
Just for the hell of it I will check BP next time I hit wally world.

Over all. I'm feeling really good.
The only other thing to report is I have been haveing some really wild vivid dreams like every night. Not really a bad thing, just worried I will wake up yelling out a name other then my wifes. LOL!! :)

Had to cut it a little short today.
Felt like I pulled somthing in my left bicep. Almost like a charlie horse.
It was more of an annoyance while doing curls, so really did not want to push it.

Aside from that, all is going good for the most part.
Only neg is acne on my back. Seems to be getting a bit worse. "I'll live"

Had a nice workout today, left arm was lagging a bit. Almost feels like I threw it out.
Feels alot better then the other day.

I bumped the X-mass to 120mg a day.
Mood has been good. I am feeling more agressive. Had a minor outburst at work. But in my defence the guy had it coming. oops!
Just words nothing big. Although I felt alot better after I got it out.
Have noticed a bit of S/D even before bumping to 120mg.
Also Acne is still there on my back.

Over all I'm good.

Cut it short today, and I missed the gym.
I had this idea the other night to hit the tanning booth. Now it has been forever since I used one and I thought that 15 mins with no tanning oil would work.
Well it seemed like a good idea at the time.
Needless to say I burnt the hell out of myself.

Aside from that all is good.
I changed up my cycle a bit and started the Epistane today at 40mg.
I found I have an older bottle of Epistane and the doseing per pill is 20mg.
So for now taking it twice a day with 120mg of the X-mass.

So far so good with the Epistane. No bad reaction. This is a huge plus. I really was not looking forward to looking like a lepor. LOL!!

Mood an drive is good.
Been sleeping a bit more, and still haveing vivid dreams everynight.
It's all good.

Well, As you can see. I just did not have it on the bench today.
So we bombed the tries. It still hurts to type.
I felt really good today, with the exception of the bench.

Aside from that everything went good.
Feeling good all around. Just really sore.
Killer pump all day.
Deff in muscles is showing alot more. Strenght is still shooting up.
I like this. :)

Mood is still good. As you can see been training in a split the last few days. Seems to be working out pretty well.
I could not find my Jack3d today. Not sure where I left it, so used super pump 250 and an "E"
I like the Jack3d more.
Today I did notice some puffyness in the nips. Going to boost my Vit B intake a bit.
Still at 120mg X-mass and 40mg Epistane.
This is my last week of the X-Mass.
Hopefully the puffyness will go away after this week.

Will update later if I hit the bench.

JP - So is this a 6wk or 8wk cycle? Have you ever ran a tren-like compound before? If so, do you know how severe your shutdown usually is with these? Whats your overall cycle experience with and without PCT?

With my two past experiences with GL M-TRN (17b-Methoxy-Trienbolone), in which I was severly shut down on bridge cycles (both ran for 4-6wks), was replicated very closely with my recent run with XM/Epi.

So, frankly I would strongly consider your status near the end. Obviously, the longer duration of the cycle, the more severe your body will shut down (especially at 8wks!). I would recommend gauging (size/libido) where you are and utilize a low dose tomox for atleast 3 weeks; 4 weeks if your duration is 8wks (which IMO is too long).

Hey JZ.

This is my first ever Tren run.
Never ran a cycle without PCT.
S/D has not been that bad as of yet.
libido is lagging a bit, but still there.
This is my last week of the XM, then just the EPI at 40mg. So yes about a 6weeker.
Thanx for the advice with the Tomox.

This is only my 2nd cycle, last one was with the AMS stack.
PCT went good with the Aromx at 6 caps a day.
I always have a SERM close by just in case.

I ended up takeing some free samples I had and made a jungle brew.
Not one of my better ideas.
Felt wired, then like crap half way through the workout.
Good pump, but focus and mood were in the crapper.
Getting more Jack3d on Monday.

Aside from that all is going good.

Oh, side note.
I saw a 500lb calibration weight with an O ring on it. I also found a short tow strap and the wheels started turning.
I looped the O ring with the strap and lifted.
Well, I got it up.
So, pretty pumped about that. :)

Really good workout today. My Jack3d came in yesterday!!! YES!!
Man I missed that stuff.
Everything elese is going good.
Mood is good. Muscle deff is showing even more.
I got my EPI doseing right.
I misread the lable like a tool, and have only been doing 20 mg for the last week or too.
Yesterday I bumped it up to 40mg a day.
I felt really focused with alot of drive today. Thank you Jack3d.

I was pressed for time so I did a high intensity workout today, only resting 1min between sets.

Nice workout tonight.
Mood is really good. taking ZMA before bed again. Got some in when I ordered more
Jack3d. I wake up feeling great.
Sweating like crazey when working out.
But feeling good.
Oh, there is one little side............
This happened a few days ago.
But I hope it goes away fast!!
It seems I had a clear oily discharge from my nip.
No lump or pain, just a discharge.
Any advice on this is welcome.
Trying not to freak out.
Aside from that all is good.

i can't believe you're taking tren and stims at the same time! how's blood pressure?

with regards to your puffy nip, add in some kind of L-dopa or 1-carboxy at night, and either some B6 or P5P (p5p preferred) for morning and maybe afternoon.

Hi Suncloud.
BP has not been that bad, 135/78 last time I checked last week.
I have been off the Tren for a few days now, Just the EPI @ 40 mg.
I am taking a p-5-p now twice a day, been reading that takeing it more may help.
I did have this issue when I was in week 2 with the Tren, but up to a few days ago it cleared up.
So I am 100% sure it is related to the Tren.
Any advice on doseing the p-5-p? I had read people taking up to 6 caps a day.

Kept it simple tonight.
Still hitting the chest as hard as I can in the dungeon with no spot.
I should be able to hit the gym Saturday morning.
On a side note I discovered the perfect pre workout stack!!!
I just used the Jack3D 2 1/2 scoops waited 40 mins then talked to the ol lady VIA cell phone.
Great way to boost the agression through the roof!!

Another side note, while watching Manswers I just saw a chick with a 61 MMM bust size.
Wow. Nice!! :)
Just thought I would throw that out there.

Feeling good, zits seem to be backing off a bit.
Nips were puffy in the am, but seem to be going back to normal. Just hope it stays that way.
I had total power and focus tonight while lifting.
Felt great. I'm sure I'll be feeling that tomorrow.

Is it good for your body to be doing all this bench pressing? I'm not being a smart ass I really would like to know, cuz i'm really trying to tighten my chest so if it is safe please inform me.

Not really sure. lol.
Since I really started to hit the bench with a goal in mind I keep going up.
Now there are times I over do it, and end up with red "Blotches" behind my shoulders.
But that is about it. (That and sore as all hell)

Truth be told back in early Feburary or January of this year my max bench was about 190lbs. 1 rep max.
My PR now is 285, so I'm pretty happy with that.
I'm no expert myself, but it seems to be working. :)
