Thanks bro, yeah a little libido boost i think, its mainly the other department more than the libido, the winkel hocker department, it feels like rock, but im, not to comfortable talking about such things, lol.

In answer to RONIN, no sides at all yet, no headaches, and no jitters, just the crash i experience after each workout, but i do mine at night, funny though i dont think geek poops has noticed this, so it might be just me.

GTK ...did you not notice a crash after your intense workouts before though lol? BTW I am going to try your calf workout tomorrow heh it sounds like my kinda pain.

When i use a pre-workout formula, normaly on leg days, i feel tired after, but can still go and play soccer afterwards if i have a game, but at the moment, that would be out of the question, i literaly just feel dead, im not sure why, but the next day after sleep i feel full of energy, what im going to do over the next few workouts is on workoyt days, take 5-6g of vitamin c through the day, That will be my first option i think, and see hw it goes.

You will love the calf routine, its amazing, really ive never tried a better routine for growth and shape, hope you enjoy it, take care my friend, RS.

That is a consideration, it doesnt feel like normal fatigue, so to test, tonight im training without smash to see, and will report later, these are how facts are formed.

UPDATE

I trained today without SFL to see if i had a major crash after working out even without using it, and the results were as follows,

I had less energy in the gym, less motivation and drive, and had to force myself on the last reps mentaly, and about 35 minutes in i felt so tired, so i decided to finish, i was gone, fell asleep as soon as i had eaten, and still feel groggy, so i think its just my fitness level is low, and i havent adjusted, so its not SFL causing the crash.

Oh bleeding blue Moses Russ....my fricken legs!, I just finished this with squats then calves today...I am not going to lie ...I threw my guts out. My calves are retardedly pumped more than with my huge calve drop sets and my hams/quads feel like murder lol.Im going to go lie down and die now.....

Lol, its a great workout isnt it, i tell ewveryone about it, and the first time everyone is saying they can hardly walk, i took my nephew for his first training session about a year ago, and got him to do this, the next day he phoned me and said he had to crawl downstairs because he couldnt stretch his calves without acute pain, he took ibruprofen so he could go to work...i couldnt stop laughing, but it is a killer.

Egh legs are pretty stiff hip to feet lol, I am walking around like frankenstein...still gonna do pecs today though lol....maybe I'll try the 75 with pecs too

GROW YOUR CALVES


Calves are one of the most stubborn if not the most stubborn bodyparts to increase in size, countless episodes of training, trying new methods, and what do you get, just painfull calves, well this routine will get some growth into those stubborn muscles, this is a very well used routine in russia, and its the most effective ive used, and here it is...

First donkey raises, the ones where you sit down and push the weight up with your calves, find a weight you can only do 5-7 reps with, now do those reps until falure, perfect form. Once youve done that rest for a few and i mean a FEW seconds, and push out 1-2 more or however many you can do, keep going like this until you get to 75 reps, never resting for more than 10 seconds in between.
This takes 4-6 minutes to finish, and in that time you will have hit the deep muscle belly of you calve, the slow twitch endurance fibers, and the explosive fast twitch fibers.
After this set is done stretch fully, for upto 10 minutes to help your calves recover, then repeat this time until you get to 45 reps.

These will make your calves grow, stop you from walking, and give you a good excuse to put your feet up and have a well earned rest.
