    Muscle Milk

Wow!!! I've heard good things about the flavors, but I didn't expect this. Mint Chocolate Chip mixed with milk, tastes like mint chocolate icecream. There's no hint of protein shake flavor, no bad aftertaste, and I still have the minty coolness on my tongue. I think I found a staple for me. I really do reccomend people to try this.

It is the best tasting protein powder I have ever tried, other people have recommended others to me saying that they taste good too and most taste like crap compared to muscle milk. Anyone else have any favorites for taste besides MM?

Muscle Milk contains glycocamine, a precursor to creatine, but there is evidence to prove it can cause heart problems. It isn't even an effective precursor. Perhaps Cytosport has removed it from their products though, but there is also Monosodium Glutamate in MM as well.

Personally I prefer Xtreme Formulations' Ultra Peptide 2.0 or Ergopharm Mass meal. Better ingredient profiles in both IMHO.

I've enjoyed every MM flavor I've tried. My last round of of protein included Banana, Blueberry, and Orange. I like to keep a mix of flavors around.

Now, I'm onto Syntha-6 (BSN). It's pretty tasty, also.

I love MM, but I think my personal favorite is Sytrax Matrix 5.0 - the orange cream flavor. I highly recommend it!

MM is probably the best tasting protein out there but it's too high in fat and sugar. Check out the All The Whey protein isolate or blends; they have amazing flavors with a far better fat, sugar, etc content...

Cinamon bun and chocolate peanut butter are favs of mine...

I have a jug of choc peanutbutter and cupcake batter, and while the price is nice, mm just destroys it with taste. mm has 4g sugar and 12g of fat, which I am not worried about in my bulk, but I can see where some may avoid it. I want to try the blueberry next.

MM does have more calories than other 'only protein' products. But, it is soooo worth it.

I might add that I consider MM more of an MRP product than strictly protein product.

+1. MM is awesome protein, but not the only. Im looking forward to getting some of that ATW Cake Batter. The carb content on the MM products is to high to use with CKD. Hopefully the taste stacks up, Cinnamon Bun is the shiznit.

I swear by MM and ON. I wouldn't really touch anything else. I've been downing mm since it first hit.
My diet is pretty damn pure anyway so why would I worry about MM's sugar or fats? Also, the one I use does not have 12g/fat. Still, that really holds no importance because my overall diet stays so damn clean ..

the amount of msg in there holds no importance what so ever to a complete healthy individual...you should only down 2 a day at most and allow real food to be your vice...

lol, everybody wanna be a bodybuilder but no one wants to eat some damn food...
