depends on where you are buyin it... buy it online for the best price

I have taking a ph's before... I found it for 56$.. I just didnt know if it gave you serious gains.. may buddy blew up but i know he was stacking it with something else....

spawn would be good if you trained hard and ate right.. haa just like everything else
but if you have your diet, training, and pct in order than go ahead and use it
if you have more specific questions about the compounds, or expected gains, or anything like that then ask away

I have heard good things about it. The price is a bit high but then again your getting 2 products in 1 .
