I just wanted to update everyone as to the routine I will be running during this cycle. I will be running Sheiko, which is a Russian power lifting routine with a high volume base. I have just completed 3wks of Sheiko 29 which is the beginner version but after week 4 I will be transitioning into Sheiko 37 which has more volume and a greater variety of exercises. Here are the links to both programs: Number 1 is Sheiko 29 and number 2 is Sheiko 37.
So as far as what program I will be running for the cycle of liquidrone, it depends on when I receive the product. If I receive it later in next week I will start it that following Monday coinciding with the start of Sheiko 37.
