My name is Ryan and here's some of my current stats and current max lifts:

Bodyweight: 181
Bench: 275
Squat: 335
Deadlift: 385

I won a can of Test on here by reppin' Animal so I held on to it till I could create the perfect stack. Here it is:

Pak - with breakfast
Test - meal before WO
Stak - 45 min before WO
Pump - 20 min before WO
Intr-Aid - during WO
Nitro - immediately after WO
Torrent - 20 min post-WO

Here's my split:

Monday - Legs
Tuesday - Chest/Bi's
Thursday - Back
Saturday - Shoulders/Tri's

I'm starting the stack today because I just can't bring myself to wait. Tomorrow will be my first day in the gym on this stack.

Glad to have ya Broc. So far I am really liking the new stack. My appetite is ridiculous right now. I'm eating almost anything I can get my hands on. This is growing time after all.

Of course I'm doing 2 cans, is there any other way? Oh I'm eating big!!!! I never stop eating. I'd say about 80% clean.

405 x 0 - Got it to my knees and was pissed!
405 x 0 - Same as before. training partner thinks its all mental and i have to agree.
315 x 4 *PR for reps* - I had to redeem myself somehow. I actually puked in my mouth on the second rep, swallowed it down, hit rep three, same thing, swallowed it down, and forced myself to do a fourth. Training partner said he heard it, kinda made me laugh.

So far I'm really liking this stack. Gains are great and I love the alpha feeling I'm starting to get. I just feel like I can't be stopped in the gym and that's a great feeling! I'm curious to see what I tip the scales at tonight.

I'm sad to say I missed legs yesterday due to some family issues. I will be hitting chest and Bi's tonight.

I will also look into getting some pics up in the near future.

So the effects of my weekend took its toll on this workout. My tri's were still sore as hell and it really showed on my pressing. The bar seemed to fly off my chest but I stalled at lockout. My diet was off Sunday and Monday and that showed on the scale. Here's the workout...

-I felt great the whole time in the gym. Strength wasn't bad really, and the pump was great.
-Tri's are still sore today, wonderful.
-This workout was day 11.

i can remember feeling that way on this stack...
i just wanted to keep training and training and training!

i pretty much had to make myself leave the gym.
i knew i was probably over-training, so i tried to compensate by getting extra sleep and food.

-My back had a crazy pump!
-I'm starting to feel my muscles getting more dense and taunt. For instance, on deads, I felt every muscle in my upper body tighten and stretch with the movement. Pretty wild feeling.
-Today is an off day and Saturday is shoulders and tri's.

-This stack is awesome. I've been feelin' great on it. The muscle soreness is really lingering but its kinda nice feeling all that work I put in.
