This is my first log here at AM, So i Welcome everyone to join in ! I will accept all advice, comments, either good or bad ones! lol. I would like to Gain LBM while on this Cycle, which I hope goes well. I would like to thanks the Folks at LG Sciences for shipping this to me, and giving me a chance to log their products!

This will start on monday, But Im going to start loading the pSarm on Saturday January 3rd. I wanna get my body used to it, or make any changes I need to before Monday. Im going to be dosing it 4 caps -ed and only 2 caps on the weekends. By doing this, this should spread me out to a full month.
Workouts will go as follows
Monday- Chest and Tri's
Tuesday- Back and Bi's
Wensday- Shoulders /Trap's
Thursday- Legs
Friday- all around day
Cardio and Ab's will be hit 3 times a week, looking like M-W-F. I might play with it.

Final Review Of LG Sciences pSarm
Length -36 days, ran 4 caps ed for 9 days, then 6 ed

Review:
pSarm is a great Non hormonal product! There are many out there, and im not knocking anyone brand, but i would recommend this before any of them The 7lbs gain are lean, which I am glad for. The tuffest thing about this product is being able to handle it, I have used Yohimbe in the past and never had any problems, I truley thing the sickness/nauseous problems come from the Osthol, I see some folks having a slight problem with this. But your dosing times, I have found must be with food to avoid these sides. after time , the sides are down to about nothing. Now some people complain about the yohimbe, but Lg is talking about coming out with a Y-free version, which I think people would be more interested in. All in all this was a solid product.
LG folks has been great through this whole log, and kick in an extra bottle to run it at full stats-ty

Very good. I also suggest using Jumping Squats during your leg day. It will hit your glute, hamstring, and quads. One of my favorites that I try to alternate in every third week leg workout.

5 days-3 caps
15-25 days days-4 caps
or some version of that, you can modify it, but that looks good to me.
Trust me, i start slow bro, your not gonna gain more effects by started fast,not with this product.
Me too, once i get a new product, you wanna go full blast, but trust me, take it slow, or youlll pay
Starting slow will mininize side effects, and that way you wont stop the log due to stomach issues like others.

I typically will do it like this:
- Front squat/Leg Press
- Jumping squats
- Leg extension
- Leg curl
- Lunges
These reps are all subject to change. I usually try to put failure on the last set or two depending on how I feel that day. I also substitute jumping squats for where I normally would do squats.

also you when u hit 4 and 3 caps, you might want to divide the doses throught the day
2 caps is more powerful than 1
this all depends on your stomach, so just experiment a little as well.

Nicely laid out... Thanks. I have never done the jumping sqauts, but for sure throwing them into the mix! Im sure I'll feel it the next day.

Yes, I plan on going 1-1-1 to start with then maybe, depending on how I feel, I might leave the 2 for about 50 mins pre w/o, but that just depends on how im taking to this stuff.

those jumping squats kill my hamstrings for 3 days or so. and toast the rest of my legs as well. Also try switching off between angled leg press and Front squats
