    Got my LG goodies the day before Christmas, been waiting anxiously to get this going. SO...here...we.....go!

    12/25/08
    1-T-991 30m minutes prior to workout along with 1 scoop AS.

    -plyometric warm up on boxes
    -squats
    335x10

    -Conventional grip Deads

    -rear shrugs

    supps:
    *taste-2/10-gonna take some getting used to
    *energy-10/10-rest between sets was damn near unnecessary!
    *Focus-12/10-cheezy i know, but the psychological state this put me in was indescribable, damn near narcotic!
    *strength-NR-really hard to gauge on just one workout.
    *pumps-6/10-but hard to gauge on this type of workout

    loved the combo so far, homerun LG!

    I'm really tempted to run a kick ass stack right now, but I feel I have to get my body back to the norm after hdrol. This combo in this log is making me very jealous!

    *side note-the thermogenic effect of the t-911 is terribly understated, a cool heat ruch from the yohimbe is a nice effect!

    WHEW: this is the best over the counter supp combination since i used M1T and transd 4ad with an ECA stack. Focus and recovery are INSANE! taste still sucks but damn that is trivial considering the effectiveness, going to 2 t-911 tabs tomorrow.

  22. Thats what I thought Craig. I didn't mean to hijack Cleetus's thread but I will start my own here once I can get my hands on all the goodies. I will solicit opinion on dosage and timing and length. The usual stats.

    OK, this workout was an exemplary exhibition of just how potent this stack is, when i left, after all that, i still wanted more! If it werent for time restricitons i might still be in the gym! The pumps are starting to get better the longer i use the AS as well. LG, this is truly a winner you have on your hands!

  36. you'll love it, i know i sound like a mark for LG sciences, but thats not the case. I have tried ALOT of different supps, managed a GNC for while, and never have i been more pleased with supplements as i have this pair, a truly great set of products.
