    Hey everyone!!! I have used this site for a while now - looking up information, learning stuff - and have now decided it is finally time to contribute something. I researched a shiitt ton of supps, and after picking out a "few" I thought looked freakin awesome I have them, thanks to great parents and a well planned out "little Christmas list" lol. I have wanted to do a log for some time, and hope to gain some mass while losing the much expected "christmas weight" that I have put on. Basically I am excited as F***!!!!. One last thing: Merry Christmas everyone, hope its bada**

    Supplements!!!:

    Test Boosters- Primordial's Phyto Testosterone(1), AX's Mass FX(1)
    Natty GH enhancer- PowerFULL(1)
    Fat loss supps: DCP(2), Leviathan(1)
    Other "toys" include: X Factor(1), Muscle Synergy(1), Dark Matter (1)

    Supplement Cycle:
    Phyto Testosterone: 8 weeks (1-8)
    DCP: weeks 2-12
    X Factor:8 weeks (1-8)
    Powerfull: 8 weeks (1-8)
    Muscle Synergy: weeks 4-8
    Leviathan: weeks 1-4
    Dark Matter: weeks 1-12
    Note: will buy extra supps.to accomodate planned cycle with Christmas money.


    GOAL: REACH 200, and lose bf and 2 inches on waistline while focusing on increasing chest and shoulder measurements.

    Stats and background:19 years old, 6'0, 193 with a bodyfat anywhere from 16-18% (dont have any calipers, all I have is one of those ironman scales that reads 15 % bf- which def. isnt accurate; I got enough freakin body fat to seriously doubt that.) Lifted on and off since I was 17 and just had surgery this summer, during which the only workouts I really had for 3 months consisted of drinking and late night "partying" with "friends" . I started out in August at 171 with some muscle left, with arms then measuring 14.5 and a waist measuring 33 inches.

    Current stats:
    Arms: 15.25
    Legs: 24.5, unflexed
    Shoulders:48
    Chest:40.75
    Waist:36.125(relaxed, after eating a nice christmas lunch;good shiitt .

    I plan on putting up before and after pics on the log, too, and will try to keep a daily update with my workout. VERY EXCITED.WIsh me luck!!!

    Also, if anyone has any suggestions on my supp. cycle, or how to take them, they are gladly welcomed. I know I will be taking enough supps to open my own mini gym, but would gladly do so than screw my boys up at my age on a prohormone/steroid cycle lol. Thanks again guys!!!

  5. Im in as a fellow 19 year old! Good luck man, you have some nice supplements. Now it's time to tune in the diet, workout, and sleep if you plan to get anywhere. What kind of workout scheme do you plan to be using? Also I saw the agg in your username are you an Aggie?

  6. Day 1-

    Last night I had a little "distraction" come visit me lol, so I didnt get as much sleep as I wanted. When I woke up I felt pretty groggy, and thought my workout was in for hell. But about 30 minutes in my workout I started kickin it into overdrive. Maybe powerfull kicks in quick but idk. Not much else to note, except that Im already sore as FOKK!!!.Regardless, today's workout was badass.


    Workout 1: Back and Bi's

    Pulldowns- 100x12 (warmup) 120x12 140x8 130x12
    Standing T Bar rows- 135x8 135x8 135x8 90x10
    Pullups- 2 sets of 12 (last 4 reps of both sets=assisted)
    Seated machine cable row- 140x10 130x7(slow) 110x12
    Trap Machine- 6 sets of 12 at 270

    Bis:

    Hammer Curl: 35x8 40x8. 48x4 drop set to 35x5
    Ez Curl Bar (wide grip): 65x8 65x8 65x7
    Dumbell Curl- 22.5x12 25x8
    Seated Barbell Curl- 70x6 50x12

  7. Rodja, I plan on buying another bottle for sure, thats why I said I would buy more(1st post) to accomodate for the cycle I planned. Besides, it looks too badass to pass up. The results I have seen from ppl running the recommended 50 day cycle look bada**.

    Supps. are taken together in the morning (phyto, mass fx, and x factor), and then seperately throughout the day, with the exception of dinner ( mass fx and x factor). Does that look ok. Just wanted to make sure I dont throw off the effectiveness of the products.

    I typically went in the mornings with my girlfriend and workout partner. Rec was pretty free then. Ya I plan to throw down at Golds next year. A really cool guy named Thomas workout there. on here he is (vikinginc) hit him up I'm sure he can meet up with you and help you out in person!

    Decline Machine- 140x12 140x12 d. set w/110x5

    Supplement thoughts: I think PowerFull and the sleep benefits are definitely beginning to show. Sleep is beginning, IMO, to feel deeper, and although I haven't slept nearly as much the last few days, I am feeling much more refreshed and energized throughout the day. Muscles are looking slightly fuller already; I attribute that to the creatine from the muscle synergy and dark matter. Possibly a bit hornier too from the test. boosters.

  18. Day 4: Legs, Calves, and Abs

    Weight: 192.4

    Squats: 135x10 155x8 185x6 185x6 165x10 135x11+4 at rest pause

    Leg Press: 270x12 320x8 360x6 300x10 + 5 partials

    Ham Curl machine: 80x10 70x10 70x7

    Abs:
    Decline sit ups: 3 sets of 20 + 15 twists per side
    Crunches: 2 sets of 25

    Calves:
    Seated calf raise-80x15 105 x11 105x11
    Calf extensions:110x10 150x10 150x10

    notes: decent workout. pretty tight though throughout. legs were pumped as hell. hopefully ill be repping 225 soon again ( yes i do have chicken legs haha), was doing so after i got off prime but after a short resp/sinus infection I lost alot of weight, hence the quick weight gain i am noticing.

  19. DAY 5

    weight: 194.1

    Notes: weight is now higher than it was before I got sick. squats are still noticeably lower than what they were, but judging by the weight gain, something's def happening. took pics yesterday, will put the before pics up soon.

    Shoulders

    Skullcrushers: warm up-40x15 (had to stop, tweaked front delt on last rep of w. up, probably from bending elbows too much on raises, but feels fine now)

    Pushdowns: 80x25 80x25 80x23 (light because shoulder pain)

    wide barbell curls: 45x15 45x12

    Supplement Review(s): Took my first dose of Jacked today. Its effing bad***!!! I probably would have tried to stay in the gym until closing if I didnt have to take my sister to the orthodontist lol. Taste is amazing too, I ordered the lemon lime and it tastes like Sprite!! I only took two scoops; even that seemed like it was almost too much (almost puked on the weights, had to hold it back lol). This has definitely got to be my favorite preworkout drink, and I have never had a better pump in my life. My workout partner even told me he HAS to get some after watchin me train and seeing the pump I got. Today at the gym for me was equivalent to what Disneyworld is probably like for a 5 year old lol. Still energized as hell and I worked out at 1:00. No noted nervousness, about to go do some cardio so Ill stop bouncin off the walls .

    notes- decided to end the new year with a bang, and drank . didnt get schwasted, but i did stay up like a crackhead till late, and screwed up my morning meal. then i decided to overcompensate feeling like shiiit by taking 3 scoops of jacked. couldnt focus in the gym, muscle contractions sucke, and had extreme anxiety.

  24. Day 8: Chest
    weight-191

    Lifted moderate today.
    Measurements all the same, except chest, which is up 1/4 of an inch. not bad, could have had a better end to my week. drinkin effed it up new years eve. im done with it tho an got it out of my system. forgot my log for workout, so not postin workout today
