MASS FXMS/DTHC into PRIME status

TRANING
I’m not really a body builder per say but on mi auxiliary days I practice body building type lifts mostly just HIIT focusing on the intensity; again bigness is not a goal just brute strength!
M/W/F are core days bench, squat and clean followed by abs and other stretching type lifts
T/T are auxiliary I try to get in as many lifts as i can concentrating on my back and lats.

DIET
I am on a modified version of the anabolic diet, which consists of more carbs around my workouts.
Trust me i in no way will ever cut because I can get big and put on muscle vary easy and lose fat too, but i wont go into my theories or my practices.
I try to shoot far as much protein, fat and cals i can eat every day, aiming for 3600-4000+ and eating every 3.5-4 hours
LIVER TABs
yeah a whole butt load of em talking bout 40-60 a day

Some of my goals before starting DTHC/R4W
1) Gain as much muscle as possible
2) Lower body fat to achieve a leaner look
3) Increase power, strength and explosiveness in all lifts
4) Rep 300lbx10 on the bar for bench
5) Make the 220 something guys look like pussys, because im putting up the same or more weight than them!
6) clean 300lbs
7) squat 500lbs

MASS FXMS
2x PRIME
i have used these befor with outstanding results!
R4W befor workouts(it makes u feel! so! good!)
half bottle DTHC

i will take lots of pics to show mi transformation and ill get vids of my lifts

Im going to run mass fx for 2 weeks and then start PRIME and dose 3x3(prime) mass fx(2x3) every day. My second bottle of PRIME will be dosed at 6caps aday

since the 11/21/08 i have been doseing 6 caps aday MASS FX and 6 DTHC aday. this friday i will only dose 4 DTHC aday till its gone, i have half a bottle.
Then on the 12/5/08 i will start PRIME at 9 aday for 1 week the dose 6 aday til both bottles are gone
my last to weeks of prime i will probly add trione caps and DT 2010 because i havent tryd it yet :0

one thing i can asses so far is that MASS FX gives me MASSIVE headaches, its the forslean in it, i try to combat it by drinking lots of water but its to no avil, so i think i might dose 8 caps a day so use it up faster so i can stop it soon.
this bulrd vision is crap and the puonding is insane!!

same side on drive and when i ran MASS FX berfor

Definitely forslean, I do not get headaches from it like I do with x-factor, water and maybe a small dose hawthorne berry, or celery seed extract should do the job.

why not dose it lower, and see if that lowers the side effect?

lower dose lower side and lower results

i just need to drink more water

i have been doseing 6caps and i feel like i felt last time i ran it at week 3

also the pumps r intense and feel like im on anabolic pump
but wat causes these pumps??

come monday are my weight and speed training

The pumps are caused by a number of things. One of the big contenders, is a side effect from the nettle extract, which increases the activity of the Nitric Oxide Synthase enzyme. This, obviously, increases NO production when you work out. (and sometimes causes a few "randoms")

aslo im going to buy som NP 50% cissus its makes me feel tight and it get good pumps and a nice leaning effect from the cortisol control

man this is turing into quite a log!!!
cant wait till the end with DT 2010 and trione caps!!!!!!!!!!!!

btw when i go light weight squats i go all the way down
3x10 135lbs jumping all the way down squats
then i did 5 5second negitives jumping squats
followd by 10 each leg single leg squats
then 50 meter sprints 75%
leg swings

also i have been readin alot about intensity and how important it is to have the most intense work outs for the strongest growth.

so from now on depinding on how i feel wendays will be medium weight, mondays and fridays will be very heavy days

so far strength is up and recovery feels grest afte speed training today
fat nice nitrogen retention in my arms

6 caps aday of DTHC and mass fx till friday then prime, but i think i might go anther week of lifting hard and heavy on mass fx

very strong work out today nice pump mind muscle connection was great
target of the day was my back and it is dead!! also ive been working out my left arm more to catch p with my right arm

RECOVERY
i squatd pyrimid max style and usally im sore and cant lift hard and heavy till the following friday but im allmost fully recoverd
one thing ive noticed about when i muscle recovery is really fast my CNS dose not recover at the same pace, so at times espcialy in the morning i am very larthargic, but its the worst on the days i bench and squat heavy

Congrats on the PR man! I hated running out of time during workouts in between classes, nothing is worse than leaving the gym and knowing you are leaving it all there, you gave 110%. I tend to push myself so far that I'm lying on the ground and wasted inbetween sets sometimes. It really does pay for itself though, and later on I feel good about it.

oo crap man i really have been pushin for a 500lb squat max,
ive never felt like this week has felt, i know for a fact that imm over traind but im takin the rest of the week off till monday

maby ill do a very light " get the blood flowing type strech work out going " tomarrow

thanks man i really like massfx the recovery is the best and the power that it gives me!!!
the last week and this week mi schudle has been great. im able to dose 1 hour befor mi workouts with a fat table spoon of coconut oil!! i swear this really helps with absortion

well guys i lost about 3 weeks from training from the freak storm we got
lost 12 lbs
was able to get back in the gym around the 5th of jan 09
super sh!ty
