Bodytype: Oddball, meso in spots, skinny fat ecto in others. Pretty hard to say. Legs/Back are strongpoints, chest and arms are thin/**** body parts for me. I lost 20lbs this summer after contracting what the doctors think was Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. I have gained the majority of that back, and want to get all of it back before Christmas.
Current Training Schedule / (as much detail as possible): M/W/F/S split, giving a day to rest. Some days I will double up if I can't make it to the gym due to work/gym hours. I work 40hrs a week, managing a store and it is a high stress job.
Cardio Schedule/ (as much detail as possible): 30 minutes after workout is the usual, 5-8% incline @ 3.6 mph. I do at least a minimum of 3 days/week. I should probably incorporate it more, but I have a hard time balancing muscle and leanness. I have (what appears) to be a ****ty cortisol issue, your regular skinny fat ecto perhaps from a few years of alcohol and tobacco abuse and a stressful job. I do love me some cardio.
Current supplements (exact brand/product name): , multi. I think it's pretty important to drop everything so I can vouch for the product. I've been using Neovar for the past month now, and I can honestly say I think I will just stick with in the future. Nothing against the product or AN as a label, I apparently don't do that well with CEE. I will be using , Milk Thistle, and Arjuna for general well being and health. If anything needs to be added, I will do so at my discretion but no other ergogenic supplement will be added.
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): Carb Cycling, stole a template that Shelby Starnes (nutritional guy under Troponin - Justin Harris) had in a Q&A on Elite FTS.

Short Term Goal: Let's aim for 5lbs of LBM
Long Term Goal: 205 @ 9% would be great, primarily fill out in my upper body. Fill out arms / chest and trim waist size.
ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: Alcohol on occasion, in particular glass or two of dark wine once a week and occasionally a dark beer (Ale, Stouts). I will more than likely drop all consumption during this run.
Supplement history (as much detail as possible): 21 day cycle of Superdrol that I gained a solid 3 lbs on. I proceeded to gain 30 more after that cycle without PH/PS. I have used 1-T/4-AD before, wished we still had those goodies. Mine had expired but it was still the strongest I've ever been in my life. I generally suck with supplements, my favorite I've tried outside of a PH was Synthesize by Avant labs w/ glucosamine.

Can you post “before” and “after” photos (yes or no): Yes, I will post a before and after at the end of my cycle, and I do plan on having bloodwork done at the end of my cycle (basic CMP panel). I recently had a series of bloodwork done because of RMSF, everything in range. My HDL runs high, last check was 65, liver enzymes usually tend to run higher naturally as well or I should say they seem to be succeptable to things easier than others on these forums. Had some problems in the past, but those are all good now. (Search threads by me and the bloodwork thread, then also on IA's forum I posted a bloodwork thread and found closure there * Mods remove reference if you see fit)
