Last month, I received a package from Jacob (2 , 2 pslin, 2 ).
I got this pack for trading my before after pictures.
I just finished resting after 4 months training, so I'll be using this stack tomorrow to test how will work well for me or not.
I've had a great results from AP, hope pslin and prime does too.
My primary goal would be power, and strength. Secondary would be body recomposition although I really really dont like to be bigger than I am now, but bigger muscle is needed for bigger power.
I rather be small person who could lift big, than a big person who lift small.
I have been powerlifting for 4 months, and really really love it.
these are my lift and my goal is to make it better:
squat 386 lbs
deads 419 lbs
bench 298 lbs
About me :
Im Indonesian, 23years old
weight : 75 kg (168lb) , dont know %bf.
height : 178cm
I dont have a good diet plan, I just try to eat as clean as possible. I dont post any macro, or anything I eat because my meal would be strange to you. I eat moderate carbs, protein, fat.
Supplements dosing :
- Prime : 3x2caps/day, 5on/2off (really want to do loading phase, but I just got 2 bottles)
- : 2caps/day on training day (breakfast and post-training), and 3caps/day on non-training day
- Pslin : 1 caps pre-training, just on training day.
- : 6 caps/day.
- Whey : usualy 2 servings on non-training day, and 3 on training day.
I have to limit the dose because I cant afford buying anything from US right now. currently $1 = Rp 12,000 and Im not a rich boy, so I just have to limit these supplement for 2 months supply.
Training schedule :
I always begin my training session with soft tissue work (myofascial) with foam roller and tennis ball. After that, I would do stretching mostly dynamic. I dont do any cardio, never like cardio. My only cardio just what I do on my bed with my girl.
- lower body (heavy load)
- upper body (heavy load)
- lower body (speed)
- upper body (speed)
core trainings are trained every session.
grip trainings are trained 2x-3x/week.
I would change my routine every month/ 4 weeks.

I really appreciate suggestions and recomendations from anybody, especially powerlifter. Im a beginner and just want to get better.
