    w3ss first log. Testimonial for Prime AP and Pslin.


    hey guys..
    tomorrow, Im going to start my first log.
    Last month, I received a package from Jacob (2 prime, 2 pslin, 2 anabolic pump).
    I got this pack for trading my before after pictures.
    I just finished resting after 4 months training, so I'll be using this stack tomorrow to test how prime will work well for me or not.
    I've had a great results from AP, hope pslin and prime does too.
    My primary goal would be power, and strength. Secondary would be body recomposition although I really really dont like to be bigger than I am now, but bigger muscle is needed for bigger power.
    I rather be small person who could lift big, than a big person who lift small.
    I have been powerlifting for 4 months, and really really love it.
    these are my lift and my goal is to make it better:
    squat 386 lbs
    deads 419 lbs
    bench 298 lbs

    About me :
    Im Indonesian, 23years old
    weight : 75 kg (168lb) , dont know %bf.
    height : 178cm


    Diets :
    I dont have a good diet plan, I just try to eat as clean as possible. I dont post any macro, or anything I eat because my meal would be strange to you. I eat moderate carbs, protein, fat.

    Supplements dosing :
    - Prime : 3x2caps/day, 5on/2off (really want to do loading phase, but I just got 2 bottles)
    - Anabolic Pump : 2caps/day on training day (breakfast and post-training), and 3caps/day on non-training day
    - Pslin : 1 caps pre-training, just on training day.
    - Fish oil : 6 caps/day.
    - Whey : usualy 2 servings on non-training day, and 3 on training day.

    I have to limit the dose because I cant afford buying anything from US right now. currently $1 = Rp 12,000 and Im not a rich boy, so I just have to limit these supplement for 2 months supply.


    Training schedule :
    I always begin my training session with soft tissue work (myofascial) with foam roller and tennis ball. After that, I would do stretching mostly dynamic. I dont do any cardio, never like cardio. My only cardio just what I do on my bed with my girl.
    Monday :
    - lower body (heavy load)
    Wednesday :
    - upper body (heavy load)
    Friday :
    - lower body (speed)
    Saturday :
    - upper body (speed)
    core trainings are trained every session.
    grip trainings are trained 2x-3x/week.
    I would change my routine every month/ 4 weeks.
    the details of the session will be posted every training day.

    Im sorry if my english is bad.
    I really appreciate suggestions and recomendations from anybody, especially powerlifter. Im a beginner and just want to get better.
    please feel free to ask anything.
    I will keep my judgement fair and no hype. If prime doesnt work for me, then I would say it.

    after using this stack for full 2 months, these are my results:

    I didnt max out on 1 rm, because I just did it 2 months ago, but I feel Im getting stronger.. nothing huge.. for prime, I wouldnt say Im not getting anything from it.. I weigh about 176lbs now.. not gonna say all of that is muscle mass, but its not all fat too.. AP does nice, its my fav supps, no complain.. so does pslin..
    I guess thats all.. for the pics, Im not have any cam.. if anyone interested I would maybe borrow some from my friend..

    Day 1


    I just got home from my training.

    session 1 lower body :
    1. box squat 5x4x298 lbs
    2. speed deadlift 8x2x242lbs (50%)
    3. walking lunge 4x8/sides with 50lbs dumbell on each hand
    4. 1 foot plank superset with leg raises (20lbs)

    I feel dizzy all the time I was training, I think that was pslin. maybe lack of carbs.
    one thing I noted was I sweat a lot during my training, never sweat like that for a long time.

    Pslin :
    pslin gave me hypo too much.. I cant concentrate on my training.. but its just my first day, we'll see.. I will add some carbs for my next session.
    AP :
    I had this one before, AP didnt bother me at all, the only problem just AP made me hungry all the time.
    Prime :
    had not feel anything yet, since it was 1st day then I couldnt say anything.

    Day 3


    session 2 , upper body :
    -bench press 5x4 220,220, 242,242, 242
    -neutral grip incline dumbell press 3x10 @70lbs superset with
    -pronated grip cable row 4x10 195kg + 75 kg(a friend hanging)
    -prone trap raises @6kg dumbell superset with
    -plate raise
    -side bridge

    I had a really good training session.. the energy was there, focus was there, everything was there. I thought that 220lbs bench were like a speed bench..
    just taking it slow with the load, because I just back from rest due to my shoulder treatment. about 2 weeks ago, my shoulder (supraspinatus) was injected by 'I assume it was corthisone' (the doctor in indonesia not transparant about what medical treatment they use). I thought the injury was something like frozen shoulder, shorten my ROM. my upper body power was affected, I would say 'locked' by the hurts. when I bench press at test day, I still got the hurts. so, Im sure I should be pressing more than 300lbs.
    okay, no need to read my stories.,. lets get back to the business..
    oh, about the sweating I said earlier. it wasnt there anymore.

    Pslin :
    no more dizzy, I upped my carbs after pslin dosing. I felt good after ate a lot, I ussualy dont eat that much. the feeling I got was kind a stimulant type. I was surprised by the stimulant thing, made me "lets go to the gym right now!!"

    AP :
    like always.. made hungry all the time..

    Prime :
    I had a good training session, but I didnt know it was pslin or prime.. I assume it was pslin. I will wait for prime to react.. I would let you know, when I feel something..

    session 3, lower body :
    1. Front squat 4x6x200lbs
    2. Rack pull (knee) 3x6x374lbs
    3. Bulgarian squat 3x6x45lbs each hand
    4. pull through 3x115kg
    5. hangin leg raise
    6. farmers walk (body weight + a friend hanging at my back + holding 80lbs dumbel each hand)
    7. walking with huging 4 plate @20kg

    not bad training session, but not as good as previous session.
    nothing to add.. just ordinary.. I enjoy my training, no surprise..

    pslin :
    not gave me a stimulant type like my previous session. but as I recall, maybe not enough carbs. will up my carbs for my next training.

    AP :
    still the same.. just made me hungry

    Prime :
    still not feeling anything..

    because my friend was getting married, I had to cut my session. the following would be placed in my next sesion :

    2. side bridge (1leg) 3 sets

    I need to be serious about upping my carbs, today was a not good session.. I got the dizzy from pslin again, although not as bad as the first session.. pslin is to powerfull for me. In my country there isnt waxy maize, tommorrow I will try to use dextrose, just to supplementing my carbs about 20-30 grams, hopefully this would help me.

    nothing to add anymore.. untill tommorrow, then..

    Pslin is taken pre-training . . do you mean prior to your pre-workout meal about 90-120 minutes before the gym session?

    My favorite way of using PSlin was by popping a cap 120 minutes pre-workout, then 15 minutes later warm up one cup of oatmeal with 1-2 tbs peanutbutter in the microwave. Add extra water to make it more 'soupy'. Then I add 1.5 scoops vanilla protein and one whole mooshed banana to this concoction and stir it up. Totals appx 100 grams of carbs, 40-50 grams of protein and ~10 grams of fat. You will definitely NOT get that hypo feeling if you consume this following your Pslin. Oh, and you can crush the oatmeal (or grind it) to make it more like porridge as well.

    yes, I take it pre-training about 120 minutes before my training.. pslin-20min-meal-90min-arrived at gym.
    Im sorry if my english confused you.. as an asian, I used to eat carbs, as I recall I already ate nearly 100grams carbs.. but, I'll try your suggestion.. thanks for the recipe..

    as I said earlier, this week is deload week.. I cut my core training, so this session was just only for fun..
    felt great during this session. no hypo feeling whatsoever.. I already bought dextrose to add my simple carbs prior training..

    Yah unfortunately how you respond has more importance than how big you are. I am a huge man and 6 a day works very well for me.

    I felt euphoria right away and alpha male feeling. Some increase in pumps the first week. Around day 12 I started experiencing very good strength increase, all day pumps etc...It just got better from there.

    I have seen a wide variety of actions with the product. The three I have personal experience with including myself all reacted very postitive. I have read of a couple people who even seem to respond much better than I do. Then there are about 20% who don't respond that well at all. I would guess 10% super responders 40% respond very well 30% have moderate response and 20% don't respond well. Something along those lines. It's just a guess...

    I really dont care about euphoria, pumps.. I dont get it why many people search for the 'pump'. I just interested in strength/power. I know I have to train hard for that power increase, I just hope prime would help me a little bit.. thanks for your explanation.. appreciate it alot..

    I am not really talking about the pump you get while working out the goes away but that rock hard feeling you get 24/7 on this stuff. You feel bigger and stronger all the time. Yah the power and strength are definitely the most important aspects. Prime has good recomp effect as well which is most important for me.

    I had to cut my side bridge because I went to see a friend..
    for the rack pull, I think I had small muscle pull on my left calf.. Im not comfortable with that, so I only did that with 364lbs..

    well, for prime.. still the same.. I still strugle for my reps, no euphoria.. maybe just late.. we'll see..

    I feel good during this session.. I feel prime begin to kick in.. nothing major, we'll see for tommorrow if that was true..

    session upper body :
    1. bench press 3x6x220lbs 1x4x242lbs 1x5x242lbs
    2. pronated grip dumbbell incline press 3x10 @65lbs
    3. neutral grip cable row 3x9x280kg
    4. side lateral rise 3x10x22.5lbs
    5. plate raise 3x8x20kg plate
    6. prone trap raise 3x10@6kg dumbbell

    I have a minor pain at my right shoulder.. I dont know what happened.. I hope its nothing.. I plan to deload this session, no struggle for my reps.. next week, Im gonna up my load.. we'll see if prime already kick in.. for a couple days I felt good, the weight felt very light..

    session lower body :
    1. front squat 3x6x200lbs
    2. rack pull (knee) 3x6x364lbs
    3. bulgarian split squat 3x6 @50lbs
    4. glute ham raise 3x7
    5. pallof press 2x12 superset with
    6. prone brigde 1 leg 2x20/leg
    7. farmers walk

    still on deload.. weight felt light.. next week, Im gonna use a new routine.. I think prime already worked, but nothing major..

    not sure.. I always make sure at least 70-90grams.. when I got 'real' foods I eat with rice.. a huge portion.. so I dont know how many grams exactly.. the other would be 90grams oat, 220ml milk+1 scoop whey.. you using pslin too, friend?

    1. one arm dumbbell push press 2x7x70lbs, 2x6x75lbs
    2. weighted chinups 4x6 (body+40lbs)
    3. resisted band pushups 3x12
    4. dumbbell row 3x10x80lbs
    5. kneeling cable external rotations 3x12
    6. side bridge 3x12

    last session of deload.. tommorrow would be changing my routine and up my load.. we'll see..

    2. dumbbell step up 3x8@55lbs
    3. bar roll out 3x12
    4. leg curl 3x8
    5. pistol squat 2x10

    good session.. cluster really2 make me wanna puke..

    session upper body :
    1. incline bench press (4x2)x5 10s 220lbs, last 2 set 200lbs
    2. weighted pull ups (4x2)x5 +35lbs dumbbell
    3. dumbbell bench press 1x6 @80lbs , 1x8 @75lbs, 1x9@70lbs
    4. head supported dumbbell row 3x8 @60lbs
    5. cable backhand 3x12
    6. zottman curl 3x10

    before this day, I got flu.. so this session deff. not good.. the strength wasnt there.. ussually 80dumbbell press would be very easy..
