1. Take your powder put in the scoop. Fill the bottle with 20 oz of liquid ... ( i use half blue gatorade and half water )
2. Fill with a whole crapp load of crused iced cubes is der ...
3. Place in Freezer for an hour and a half workout .. When it comes out jus mix it around and if you feel the need throw sum more crushed ice in there ... Do it

if you have more energy throughout your workout is a positive sign for me. I'm getting to the point that its so heavy for me that by the time I am finished with my main lift thats about all I want to do. If I could complete the main lift and have just enough juice left over for some assistance work this would be super. thanks for understanding I wasn't getting down on you or anything, just wanting to hear about performance for my own selfish reasons!
From my own encounters with Intra aid I have noticed decreased DOMS and more endurance.
