    I am a new guy here. I will be keeping a 30 DAY LOG of Prime.
    Here is a little background on myself. I started lifting again 9 months ago, I was at 190lbs and I am now down to 150lbs (I have been at 150lbs for the last 3 months) . The last time I lifted was when I was in my early 20's, I was about 200-205 and I am now 41....
    Day 1
    Day 30



    My goals
    -lean muscle gains.
    - low body fat.
    - overall better shape.
    I don’t drink or smoke....Only drink water and 3 cups of skim milk each day.



    MY DIET:

    2,500 - 2800 calories a day for the last 9 months. Mostly fish, chicken, tuna, lean meat, pork chops, salads and vegetables. I average 3 solid meals and 4-5 shakes each day. I just recently added Natural Peanut butter 2-3 tbls a day. I drink 1-1 gallons of water a day.
    Clean diet…no cheats what so ever….for the last 8 months..

    SAMPLE:
    This is the staple of my diet.
    Breakfast: organic cereal with 1/2 cup blue berries 1 cup of skin milk.
    Morning shake: EAS shake
    Lunch: tuna or chicken or fish and veggies.
    Afternoon snack: EAS shake
    Pre-workout shake - 1/2cup oats and Met-rx shake in 2 cups of skin milk.
    Post-work out- EAS myoplex shake
    Dinner: tuna or chicken or fish and veggies
    Late snack: Nat. PB or 2% cottage cheese
    Before bed - EAS shake.


    Supplements:

    I have been on Anabolic Pump and recreate for the last 2 months.

    Morning 1 AP and 2 recreate 30min before breakfast.
    Afternoon with meal 1 AP
    Pre-workout 1 AP & 2 recreate 15min before a Met-rx shake with 1/2cup oats in 2 cups of skim milk.
    Pre and during workout - Whiteflood & Green Mag in 16oz of water.
    Post-workout 1 EAS Myoplex shake
    1 AP with meal

    My Workout:

    I workout at 6pm.....
    I workout 7 days a week at home in my garage and change up my workout every couple of weeks. No cardio other than work( construction related work)

    cable crossover 4sets x 15 reps
    pec deck 4 sets x 15 reps

    day2 - back and bi's
    sample-seated rows with v-bar 4sets x 15 reps
    bentover rows on smith machine 4sets x 15 reps
    pullups 4sets x 10-12 reps

    bumbell curls 4sets x 15 reps
    preacher curls 4sets x 15 reps
    day3 traps and shoulders
    sample- military press on smith machine 4sets x 15 reps
    bumbell press 4sets x 15 reps
    upright cable rows 4sets x 15 reps

    bumbell shrugs 4sets x 15 reps
    smith machine shrugs 4sets x 15 reps

    day 4 legs.
    sample-leg extensions 4sets x 15 reps
    squats 4sets x 15 reps
    leg press 4sets x 10 reps

    I work my abs every 2 days ...

    Prime dosing: 7days a week; 2 morning - 2 lunch- 2 evening

    overall feeling 5/5 I did notice I was sweating a little more than normal..

    Today was back and bi's....
    seated rows with v-bar 4sets x 15 reps
    bent over rows on smith machine 4sets x 15 reps
    pullups 4sets x 10-12 reps

    bumbell curls 4sets x 15 reps
    preacher curls 4sets x 15 reps
    Prime dosing: 2 morning - 2 lunch- 2 evening plus AP 15-30 min before meals, no recreate. I am done with my bottle of recreate. I will start up again in a few weeks and I will report this.

    overall feeling 4/5 hard day of work had me feeling a little tired today...

    Today was traps and shoulder....
    military press on smith machine 4sets x 12-15 reps
    bumbell press 4sets x 15 reps
    straight arm press downs 4 sets x 15 reps

    dumbell shrugs 4sets x 15 reps
    smith machine shrugs 4sets x 15 reps
    Prime dosing: 2 morning - 2 lunch- 2 evening plus AP 15-30 min before meals.

    overall feeling 4/5 Weights felt light today... Today at lunch I started taking Prime with natty PB and 1 hr later I had a feeling of a nice well-being…Same with my evening dose, same feeling.

    Today was legs....
    leg extensions 4sets x 15 reps
    squats 4sets x 15 reps
    leg press 4sets x 10 reps

    Prime dosing: 2 morning - 2 lunch- 2 evening plus AP 15-30 min before meals.

    overall feeling 5/5 - The weights felt light again today... My workout was very intense once I started. I had to force myself to stop. I really worked my abs today....

    I am up one pound in a week and I have been at 150lbs for the last few months....

    overall feeling 3/5 - I did not get a good nights sleep, felt like I was awake the entire night and this is not normal for me. Workout was a little off but still felt good. I felt really good on my bi's so I added a extra set of preacher curls.
    Back and bi's
    seated rows with v-bar 4sets x 15 reps
    bentover rows on smith machine 4sets x 15 reps
    pullups 4sets x 8-10 reps

    bumbell curls 4 sets x 15 reps

    Prime dosing: 2 morning - 2 lunch- 2 evening plus AP 15-30 min before meals. Added Purple wraath with my WF and GM prework out drink.
    WEIGHT morning 151lbs evening 155LBS
    Still up one pound for the week and this is good for me since I was at 150lbs for the last few months and my diet is still the same.

    Thanks guys, It has been a lot of hard work and dedication but feel like I have made a lot of progress in the last 9 months...
    Anabolic Pump and recreate has helped me a lot...

    A quick question: I have some Usplabs Powerfull and was wondering if I should also take Powerfull for Natural Test, my question is since my test is probably very low at 41 will it help raise my test?

  9. Wow, great improvment man! Shows that cut at 150lbs can look bigger than a higher bf at 190lbs. Well done!

    Thanks....I am guessing my BF is 9-10%....I don't do any type of cardio...

    Yes I do feel that I have my diet dialed in and have held steady at 150lbs for the last few months. So for me to have gained 2lbs in less than a week is telling me something is adding the weight and the only addition is Prime. I am up another pound this morning, so I am really pumped about Prime. I would be very happy with 5-6 lbs increase over 30day and still look lean.
    No roids or hgh what so ever .. Only Anabolic Pump, recreate , EAS & Met-rx protien and now PRIME..

    overall feeling 4/5 - I am on my 5th day of Prime and really like the results/feeling in such a short time. Still had a hard time falling asleep last night...Felt like I was pumped all day.

    Up +2 pounds in 5 days.... This is really good for me, since I have been at 150lbs for months while still maintaining the same diet and intake...

    overall feeling 4/5 - My Workout was great. Usally I am beat after legs but today I still had some left in the tank. So I added lying leg curls. I Felt like I could do more but made myself stop and call it a night...

    overall feeling 4/5 - Started out slow but by the end I was still going strong. Once again I felt like I could do more but made myself stop.

    overall feeling 4/5 - My workout went great, it was a nice steady pace plus I was not tired at all at the end. Overall I have had great improvement in endurance over the past week. Felt like I still had more in my tank. My chest was sore today after yesterdays workout.

    I feel like I am doing everything possible to make this an honest log with pics of before and after 30 days of prime, with hard training and proper nutrition, for a 41 year old.

  25. One thing I would like to mention after observing my son while on Prime. Don't be afraid to push the heavy weight around, even do some lower rep workouts, there are tremendous strength increases on this product and it is a good time to go heavy.

    EXACTLY ! i set like 5 6 PR so far man ! my strength is there i just haven't seen any size increase just yet but its on day 12 so well see i hope i can get some more money so i can run it back to back cuz thats when i think its gonna really kick in 55 is alot tho man .. i wish i would have got another at 30
