Alright guys, im getting both of these bad boys in tomorrow and will start the products tomorrow when they arrive.
Ill be dosing DTH just like it states on the bottle, and JP8 probly 1 to 1.5 scoop the first couple of days to get acclimated. I get buzzed super easy off R4W so this should be a killer product for me.
Training split is all over really, i have set days but they get mixed around and its whatever feels good. Ive become so in tune with my body that i can do this with no problems.
Im cutting right now, keto diet, nothing hardcore starvation but i am in a calorie defecit.
Im obviously not looking to gain weight, just keep focused, stay energized, shed some fat, and keep my strength and muscle!
